I ask them every time to cut then wash so there is not all of that loose hair and it never happens! I had them leave it a little longer this time since we are about to go into the colder months and my dog spends most of his time outdoors and it looks lowsy. They shaved his doggy wart off. And they told me they would call me when he was ready and they texted instead which I didn’t see for 2 hours🙄 if you say you’ll call then call😡😡

Kristin was absolutely amazing with my rescue husky Finn! It was his first grooming experience at a salon, I’ve always done it at home because he absolutely despises being brushed and gets nippy once his patience is worn thin. I’m disabled and having trouble keeping up with his coat, so I was desperate for help and along came Kristin - she was like an angel! First of all, she did a beautiful job with his groom, he really looked stunning. But she also took her time with him, and catered to his needs by making sure he was the only dog there when I checked in (he doesn’t like other dogs), she kept him in a crate close to her so she could keep an eye on him and make sure he wasn’t anxious, and she even sent me videos of the whole process so I wouldn’t worry about my boy. They bonded so well that he didn’t give her any issues at all. She also gave me a lot of advice on what I can do at home in between grooms to make it last as long as possible, and get the best bang for my buck. I’ve met a lot of groomers over the years and I have to say, I am just so impressed with Kristin. Not only did he look great, we were both treated so well and the cost can’t be beat. I really can’t speak highly enough about her!

I dropped my dogs off for grooming at 8:30 am. I had appointments for both dogs.We got our dogs back a 9:30 pm last night - 13 hours later!!!

First and last time using this Petco for grooming. My appointment was at 11am.I was told it would take 4 hours, the longest time ever quoted since I've had my dog in 2 years. I get there 4 hours later and he still wasn't ready. I was then told it would be another 45 minutes. He was washed, but not cut and if i needed to go I could take him. 75 minutes AFTER THE 4 hours, I go back in asking where is my dog. I was finally told he was ready but no phone call.I pay, grab my dog and leave. I get in the car to realize that they didn't do a final blow. He shook and his fur and every other dog fur went everywhere. We get home and his haircut is botched. Some areas are really low where some areas don't looked to be cut at all. Unacceptable.

Normally, my pup is groomed in Columbus, GA. This time she was groomed in Huntsville, total difference and not a good experience. She looked rough after leaving and didn’t have on a bow or anything, and the environment wasn’t as welcome neither.

Seasoned fish keeper.Bought 13 silver dollars that were bagged with a hole and told to hold upside down by the knot. Leaking water and oxygen. Within 24hours fish got ich (white spots).Have successfully treated ich many times before.All but 2 fish have died. In less than a week.Won’t give refund because the pH read 6.4 on their inaccurate basic testing strips. Safe pH window for silver dollars 6.5-7.5.$120 in silver dollars gone. Most likely due to their poor tank quality and stress of delivery and being packed poorly to sell to customer.Mind you the water tester half my age and most likely not an experienced fish keeper. And used test strips not actual thorough water checking solutions.

This was my first time having my dog groomed at this store. Rachel was pleasant and courteous. She had my dog groomed and ready for pick up in less than a hour and I had no complaints about the cut. I will be taking my dog to Rachel for his next groom. Thanks!
