I love this store. I'm not usually a fan of big chain stores, but this one keeps the small shop feel. They also have ALL the healthy foods and treats for my dogs and cats. I can finish brands here that you can only find online.I also use them for grooming my St. Berdoodle. I am so very happy with the grooming services. They know what they are doing and can help you. They are kind to the dogs!! There are horror stories from other big box stores, but this store treats my dog like their own. He is always happy and never scared to go or when I pick him up. He goes to them happily and is excited to see them. That tells me a lot. Alyssa is our groomer , and she is so sweet. She has helped me figure out the type of cut that is best for my dog and his coat. I highly recommend them❤️Here is Tulan with his first puppy cut and then his latest cut we had at 17 weeks old.

Incredibly helpful staff. Everyone here is friendly and genuinely wants to provide a positive shopping experience. Staff and management worked together as a team to provide excellent service.I love my ferrets, and I have run out of options for food by the pound. Premium specialty bagged food is all that is left in most stores, and the staff has consistently helped me get my hands on suitable volumes of food without the price gouging these remaining ultra premium brands are pushing. Thank you Huntsville Midtown!!!!

First time customer at this location and I absolutely loved it! JuJu was such a big help and very knowledgeable about pets of all kinds! She has a great personality and very easy to get along with! Couldn’t have asked for better customer service! This will be my new spot to get all my Bearded Dragons goodies ☺️ The manager was very kind as well! Overall an excellent experience!

Everybody there is very friendly and helpful. They greet you when you walk in. They will also order or check online for products. Smiles all around. We also adopted a kitty from A new leach on life through them. They were extremely helpful with all of the paperwork and phone calls. Charlie is the one on the right, turtle is on the left. She is the one we adopted.

I have an almost 3 year old doodle that has never been to a groomer before. When I dropped her off with Selena she was terrified and even though I trusted the staff it was very hard to leave her as I’d never seen her so scared before—she even growled at the staff! I’ve never seen her growl before! The dog I picked up a few hours later was the dog I’m used to seeing—she was friendly with everyone and generally happy-go-lucky and obviously very comfortable with the staff. The actual groom itself far exceeded my expectations. I’m a nervous pet owner by default and Selena was just fantastic and so patient with me and my dog. I really can’t say enough good about my experience at this location.

I took my 12 1/2 year old pug here to give it a try. She’s not a big fan of baths and I hate trying to give her a bath at home- it’s hard on my knees and she slips too.So I took her to the bathing station and they offer a gated area with 3 different height/size spots.They provide towels, multiple kinds of shampoo ( oatmeal, hypoallergenic, deodorant), smocks to protect your clothes. They have slip leads to keep them from trying to hop out or off( you still have to stand there with them of course but if you’ve ever tried to wrestle a slippery dog back into a tub? You know) The dryer is salon quality and made blow drying my lil old lady so much easier.Every single person I met there was extremely sweet and helpful.I also grabbed a bag of treats on the way out. Apple and pumpkin shaped like little daisies!My Dio loves them and they were on sale!I spent approximately $20 today and will gladly do this every couple of weeks.Thank you!

I ordered delivery from them. They used DoorDash, which mixed my order with someone else and I got IHOP delivered instead. Pet Supplies Plus went out of their way to get me my order from the wrong house and delivered to mine. I highly recommend because of wonderful customer service. I will definitely use them again.

Selena gave my Husky mix an AMAZING grooming! The De-Shed treatment she did on my dog was a 10/10! I would definitely recommend her for your grooming needs! Also, the whole staff was super friendly and polite!

This is the best pet store in the Huntsville area! I am in there at least once a week and the employees are always so friendly even if we are just browsing. My dog who has been terrible for other groomers is so loved and cared for there. They have made her grooming experience so much better. I could not be happier with their service! Always friendly and you can tell they really care about their animals and customers. I can not recommend this pet store enough!

I went in today for some aquarium supplies with my four year old son and was helped by Josh today. In the year or so that I’ve had my aquarium, the questions I’ve asked employees in different pet stores have typically been answered with “I’m new, I’m not sure” or very basic answers. Josh however was an absolute wealth of information. He was friendly, polite, and patient with my very excited four year old as well. So a big thank you from me and my fish that now have a much better chance at survival due to your amazing employee!

This is by far my favorite place to buy pet supplies for my 6 critters. The staff are always helpful, happy to be at work (amazing, huh!?!) and willing to carry out to my car! I have a delicate back, and they are always willing to lift my heavy items out of my cart, and into my trunk. I’ve met the owners, and I believe their kind spirit is why this happy team works so well.

Arrived at 9:15 with my daughter to help with 2 dogs for a grooming appointment at 9:30..At 9:17 when I went to the front to inquire when the groomer arrives..The manager brandy came out of the office to get her Door Dash breakfast delivered... told the counter person.9.30 and went into her office...We waited in the back with me on my phone... checking times..2 sales people walked by without a word...We walked out at 935...I called brandy back and was told I was lying about the time. She even said they checked their cameras!..Told me the groomer was there at 9.07...Unacceptable behavior for management...

I brought my friends dog, Trip, for a grooming. He looks fantastic! Fur cut just perfect. So nice and clean. His nails were shaped very nicely. The entire staff was very attentive and nice. I would recommend this to anyone looking to give their dog a spa day.

We love this location! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and love to interact with our dog when we bring him in. Also, I love the dog wash station. They provide everything you need to wash your dog for $14!
