I am more than impressed with this store and the manager. I ordered balloons for a celebration of life to do a release. Before the party started the balloons were deflated. I called the store and was told I ordered the wrong balloons but the manager replaced the balloons with the correct ones and had them delivered. It saved the celebration. I loved that real service and customer appreciation is not dead. A huge thank you.

This store was very organized and put together, but the reason I am giving them 5 stars is because of their customer service. I was planning my daughter's first birthday and I chose a theme that had very unique colors(I ordered a boho theme from Amazon) and needed items to match. Emily and Sarah, made my experience a 1000 times less stressful. They were consistent, fun, thoughtful. They made my hour and a half drive worth it. These ladies deserve a raise!

This is a ROUGH looking store with mostly empty shelves and obvious signs of ceiling leaks managed by tarps and buckets placed in and over aisles. Close this place down.

I don’t believe I will be returning to this store. The man who checked me out was making people very uncomfortable, I believe his name tag said Jareth possibly. When someone walks in he screams at them “welcome to the party” as well as something of that nature once you leave. I Proceeded to bring my items up to the counter when he decided to attempt to ask why I needed these particular items and told me that he’s never had a purchase confuse him so much (it was a prop microphone, top hat, and gloves for a costume) I didn’t feel the comments and overall attitude towards every costumer was needed. Not a positive experience.

I can honestly say that I went on there Halloween night between 4 and 5 o'clock in the evening, and everyone working there was kind, moving quick, working hard, and doing their best. It wasn't a bad experience, and I was in there looking for a last-minute costume for my 16 year old, who was not with me. But I did have my 11 and 5 year old with me, and somehow, I was able to find what we needed, although things were getting pretty cleared out by then, of course. But they still had a good bit left for all ages. They were actively working to keep inventory moving while still being helpful on a pretty chaotic and possibly one of the busiest days. Thank you to the ladies working last night and to the other customers for being so courteous when it could have very well been more like a train wreck. 😄

Purchased the full body skeletons, the separate bones and hands to put in the ground along with tombstones for the yard. I loved it all and we got several compliments. My one and only complaint which is small but the skeleton full bodies had the hands on backwards. So when we positioned them the hands looked goofy but no one really noticed and they still made the spirit of Halloween come alive. Everything lasted in the outdoor climates as well. We started decorating around the start of October and it stayed thruout Halloween night.

Does not honor price mistmach at all. They said "the item is new so it's not a price mismatch - it just doesn't have a price labeled" despite multiple of these items being on a shelf marked only with a single price tag. Unacceptable.

We had a small issue with our order. The store more than compensated me for the mixup. Everyone makes mistakes from time to time. How you treat your customers during a mistake or misunderstanding REALLY matters. I highly recommend this store!!

I understand that it's this holiday time but this particular store is poorly organized making it very difficult to find most items. The items that we did find were over priced in my opinion or low in quantity and not appealing to the eye. We left and went to dollar tree and Walmart!

I wish the aisles were a bit wider. It's hard to avoid the families with their five kids and two strollers each. Prices are good, though. If you need a better shopping experience, go during school hours.

Just floored. This store has repeatedly exceeded my expectations. I have never had any issues with pick-up orders. Today really took the cake. Yesterday I ordered balloons for pick up and my husband picked them up. I had ordered a red #2 balloon, and my husband brought home a pink one. I questioned if I had placed an order for the wrong one. I had not so my husband when he called today to make sure the red one was in stock and they were able to fix the issue. Not only did they fix the issue, they went the extra mile. The blew up the red balloon and had it Ubered to my door. I am speechless, Party City way to go, I will never choose another location to shop at, you have made a little 2 year old's birthday extra special.

Store is stocked with lots of party supplies for kids and adults. Lots of stocking stuffer ideas too. Store was clean and organized. The employee was also nice.

I am really going to need them to update their system! This is the second time, I have ordered something in stock only to turn around and find out it is out of stock and my order has been cancelled! Now, I have to wait on my money to come back on my card which takes usually 3 to 5 business days and I also have to go ahead and purchase the item from somewhere else! So, basically I feel like I'm paying twice, because I have to wait on on my money! People are not made of money and I really hope y'all system gets better, because I am really considering not shopping with party city anymore‼️

Had a giant pile of boxes in front of half of the isles including the section we had drove an hour and a half to look at, then was very rude to us when we asked them politely to move it. Multiple employees ignored us or sent us to other employees and ran off rather than giving us assistance. We will not be returning, don't waist your time going to this one.

I stopped by for accessories and the selection was decent. I found some festive items to wear. I'm completely appalled by the staff last Saturday. I'm a customer service manager for 3 boutiques. I didn't know that employees are allowed to smoke out front and use profanity. I didn't know that my cashier should be more focused on going home and drinking a coffee rather than help me. This is a nice shopping center and I can't believe that this lack of etiquette is allowed.

Applied for a job here after noticing a hiring sign in the window had an interview and was told I was going to be hired and start training soon. A week passed and I was down that their computer system was down and they couldn’t put new employees in and that their regional manager was coming soon and they would have someone to fix it within a week. A week passed and I called to get an update, was told that the person that was supposed to fix the system hadn’t come yet and that the manager would call me about the situation within the next few days, three days pass and I call again, I am told that the manager is on vacation and he will be back in a week. A week later I call and i’m told that the manager was busy l, they still wanted to hire me and that he would call me shortly. Has since been four and half months and have not received a single call. I have since gotten a different job. I have only spoken to and seen the manager once and that was during my interview, and haven’t received any contact from him since. If you are looking for a job, don’t go here, terrible management and a poor excuse of a company for ghosting people who they said they would hire.

Myself and people in three other cars waited in the parking lot until 10am. When we got to the door, there is a printed sign that the store opens at 11:00 BUT your hours on gps AND your own store phone message says 10:00 opening hours. Since I have been writing this, two more vehicles have pulled up and gone to the door. RIDICULOUS!

Picked up my costume with no trouble but when I was waiting in line to pick up my costume I seen that there was some bow for sale for $4.99 so I bought two packs of the bows.. But for some reason the bows was ringing up for $6.00.. I went back inside to ask the cashier why the box where I got the bows said $4.99 but was ringing up for $6.00 and she honestly couldn’t give me a straight answers only that there was price stickers underneath the bows that stated they were $6.00.. don’t have two different prices in two different areas.. this store needs to have this fixed..

Should have more employees the day before Halloween. I came in and got 2 balloons. I paid and then the cashier proceeded to tell me that it would be just a second before she would inflate the balloons. I expected her to run and grab something or go prepare something. However, she continued down the long line of customers rather than completing my purchase. I waited and waited, and she helped at least 5 customers. I have things to do so I politely asked her if she could inflate my balloons. I wasn’t going to wait for her to serve everyone and since I had already paid she should have completed my entire transaction before moving on to the next customer. She then proceeded to give me a look of anger, snatch my balloons, fill them (this took 5 seconds) and then give them to me. Politely I responded with “thank you” to which she gave a very rude “you’re welcome” with an eye roll.
