I hate to give this review as I've been going to this store for twenty+ years. Owners are very polite, always have been. The brunette is horribly impolite. No casual conversation, no "thank you" or anything. I will start going to another store if she continues to work there. Cheaper prices doesn't make the shopping enjoyable when you have bad service every time you walk in. She seems like she doesn't care about what she does for a living, which is customer service.

My name is Alan Strickler.I have been going in Papa Johns for years and being discrimnated and treated like a second class citizen.I'm 60 years old retired from Chrysler and crippled.Now, the man who owns the store is fair and honest and respectful but, his wife is very judgemental.If you don't look like she thinks you should, no matter how polite you are to her she treats people like they are dirt.Tonite the same as always went in my favorite store in 5 points.I stood at the register and when I did she started talking very loud to another person working for her.Left me just quietly standing there.Louder and more rude to me.A lady walked to another register.Man not doing anything, like her, got up immeditely with, "Yes,mam can I help you?"Then finally she waited on me still talking to someone else.I had to say loudly, "Please give me 2 packs of ciggs..She just gave me a dirty look.Never spoke back.I bougjt the ciggs. and she never said "Thank you!"She just kept giving me dirty looks.So on my way out I said "Very, very rude!".I told my wife this is a racist store.I will tell everyone in this area and my friends too not to come to this store!
