This store is poorly managed. I waited in line 18 minutes, because two of the three checkers were being trained. The assistant manager came up to supervise and didn’t even pitch in to “assist”. What a lazy piece of $hitt.

Well stocked and well organized.Was busier than I had hoped but the cashiers were friendly and very efficient. The line was really long when I got in line, but I didn't really have time to look at the impulse-buy items because the line was moving so quickly! Give credit where it is due! I love this store. Definitely really packed though and selections always get bought up quickly. You have to go earlier in the day if you want a soild chance of finding things you like.

I can say I am vary happy to be apart of them they vary nice and vary cool loving respectful people. I spent hours with them today and they are vary patient. Great listeners. Vary involved. I love the managers I worried about being shy and nervous but the managers knocked that off my shoulders. I feel at it more comfortable etc.

Google says Wed before Christmas week opening time is 7 am- I'm here. Doors were still locked at 8:42. Employee came to door and said they don't open unti 9:30 am.

This was my first time in Marshall's, and I was impressed. I always thought it was one of those over priced places, but they had really good prices on more than half of their inventory. They do carry some high end name brands, and you have to pay more for those wherever you go so I can't ding them on that. I will definitely be shopping there more often.

Today was first time I was in there.. Great prices & helpful Associates! Major clearance sale going after Christmas. Only had 2 cashier's.. line was extremely long but they were handling it just fine!

The store was neat and well maintained but as with many of today's store, shopping there was like all the rest. It was just a run of the mill, me mundane offering of mainstream clothing that lacked variety and character, not mention the sizes needed for bigger frame men!

This is a good Marshalls. The have large selections of guys clothes and girls. They also have a lot of random electronics and miscellaneous gifts. I like to go and get very discounted items or if the clearance section. They have tons of comfy gym clothes slippers that I like a lot too.

The staff in the store is unusually friendly and accommodating. Displays are kept neat and items are priced consistently. Always interesting items at fair prices and sometimes at unbelievably low prices.

I found the shelves orderly and well stocked. Lots of home furnishings at this store. The makeup selection was terrific and lots of lashes. Shoes were your basic Marshalls Shoe Dept. Lots of Bama gear on hand and some good finds on clearance namely some KatVonD True Romance eye shadow trio for $3.00 what a GREAT find. There is plenty of parking, the store was clean and filled with friendly staff. I'm calling this one a good stop and shop.

if I could rate this PARTICULAR store negative stars I would. This review is about the Marshalls store on Carl T Jones DR SE in Huntsville and has nothing to do with other Marshalls stores. To make a long story short, I was trying to return an item that I purchased the previous day at the other store in Madison. Apparently, even though I had a receipt and everything, they said the bar code belongs to sleepwear and the item I had was a button down men's shirt which was not sleepwear. I asked how was that my fault and how come they did not see this when I purchased the item. But all in all I did understand that the store policy did not allow them to take the item back. My only problem that I have was with the ATTITUDE of the employee and the manager.They both were extremely rude, they acted like I did something wrong, like it was my fault, like I was disturbing them. Manager Jesus G came from the floor with his eyes rolling and an attitude that screamed "what now?" and on top of that, after the whole return thing was done, while I was still shopping in that store, he came up to me in the aisle and said something about the return incident, without even being asked. . I am an educated woman, speak multiple(4) languages and I had my share of retail jobs, and every interview that you have , you ask the future employee this question : "what would you do to calm down an upset customer?" . The manager of this store, Jesus G, would have failed miserably because instead of turning the negative experience into a positive one, he just pissed me off to the point that I wanted to cut off my TJX Rewards card. I don't think a person like that should work with people, and manage a store.Needless to say that I will no longer shop at this store and I will make sure all of my friends do the same: take their business elsewhere. Also HQ corporate offices will receive a letter about the incident.
