When I visited the pharmacy, I could barely speak or swallow and the ladies at the desk helped me right away. You can tell that their passionate about their profession and that they care about their customers. The pharmacist explained to me detail EXACTLY how to take my meds and it doesn't hurt to have a clean facility. While waiting on my prescription, I said to myself that theses ladies deserve an online review... So here it is!

Sheila does Lymphatic Therapy treatments and they help so much! After struggling with infertility I got pregnant after my 9th treatment (we had been together 12 years). I highly recommend her and this treatment if you have auto immune issues, PCOS or any other autoimmune issues

Absolutely WONDERFUL service. I would HIGHLY recommend this compounding pharmacy to anyone and everyone in the Huntsville/Madison area who needs compounding services. I recently received a prescription from my dermatologist and it was called in to Madison Drugs to be compounded. The inside of this pharmacy is immaculate! It's extremely clean and it's nicely decorated. The pharmacist that explained my prescription to me was such a doll. I wish I could remember her name (thank you if you're reading this!). About two weeks after I picked up my prescription, I received a very nice courtesy call to ask about my experience and the service I was provided. I had nothing but positive things to say! And if that wasn't enough, I received a 'thank you' postcard in the mail with a coupon should I need a refill on my RX. In my opinion, customer service with that level of professionalism is a rarity these days. I genuinely appreciate the kindness and the extra mile that the pharmacy staff goes through to ensure exceptional service. Thanks so much!!

This is an incredible natural, compounding pharmacy. The two pharmacists are highly trained and very articulate, and show much caring for their fellow man. They believe you should be able to reach a person when you call, and this reflects their entire attitude of service. We are lucky to have such a pharmacy in the Huntsville-Madison area.

Very nice and clean. Expensive, but compound and specialty meds are. Not a knock against them. Everyone's been really friendly when we've gone there. Closed on the weekends, which is kind of a bummer if you can't get there during the work week.

I would give them zero stars if I could, giant waste of time and money. Had two meetings that were overall about five hours of my life I can’t get back. The first waaay too long meeting he just explained basic biology concepts you could understand with high school freshman bio being your only education for literal hours. Finally at the end said well we can’t do anything until you also pay for these tests. Take the tests. Have another absurdly long meeting where he spent hours pretty much telling me everything everywhere in my body was out of wack and I was pretty much headed straight for ruin before i even turned 20. Then after two hours of fear mongering he says that well we don’t have any time to go over possible solutions right now but if you pay three hundred and something dollars for another hours long meeting then maybe just maybe we can give you some vitamins you could just pick up at Walmart. Just taking forever to explain this apparent massive problem, which was very upsetting to hear, and then doing nothing no help but give super vague answers when asked. I have shown those exact labs to multiple professionals and specialists and they have also run their own tests. All say i am perfectly fine, and I am having no problems with anything they said. If your true goal is to help people, like you say, then help them. Stop just scaring everyone and taking their money.
