The five stars is for this particular visit that this review came up for. A young lady that was working the register on my way out this day was one of the most pleasant employees I have ever dealt with there or elsewhere. I wish I had remembered her name, but I did call the store about her but the person that I spoke with seems like they could not have cared much less that I called to rave about an employee but she was a breath of fresh air. And of course Lowe's had what I was looking for.

Went to take arrow pop rivet gun that I only used for 3 pop rivets then p.o.s.fell apart well let's just say limited lifetime warranty doesn't apply to those folks the woman at the return desk did everything she could to have not return for that work and I did explain home depot don't give me the blues like they do and I'll probably be shopping there at home depot rather then them she act like no big deal avoid south parkway Lowe's if possible
