This location is very run down and dingy looking. It is in desperate need of a renovation. Shelves are always low in stock or empty, and produce rarely looks good. I have done pick up a couple of times here, and cold and frozen foods were never cold. They would be room temp at the coldest, or melted.

The new manager (I’m assuming since she was barking orders at the employees) is going to run away what customers and employees they have left. They only had self check out open and I had about $300 worth of groceries and while I was scanning them I overhead her talking to other people telling them to “watch me” and then kept walking back and forth around me not saying anything just to watching me scan which is weird then she sent another employee over to scan items that were below my cart when I had already scanned them and I said I’m not paying for it twice if it was going to get scanned again. The employee looked like he hated his job and didn’t say anything to me he then told the manager lady (she was wearing a brown like jogger suit) and said “she already scanned that”. Then I heard more whispering. I have been coming to this store over 15 years but this is the last time I will ever come back to this Kroger location I have never been treated like that in all the years I have came there. Their is to many grocery stores in the area for corporate or whoever is in charge to allow this woman to come in and ruin the store. As I was loading my groceries two employees were talking about this woman and then I started talking and told one of them what had just happened and they said that manager has been treating all customers like they are thieves and agreed that she’s going to run off the staff and customers.

Zero stars if possible. Be careful of online pick up. After waiting 20 minutes. Got out of my car to ask one of the folks working the status. After several more minutes they determined they gave my groceries away - but hey - accidents happen, except they acted like it was me in the wrong over getting out of my car and asking for a refund and the manager comes out with total attitude and puts it back on me to get the refund or say he can contact customer support (but acts like total inconvenience). Just wanting others to be aware of this level of service and may the odds always be in your favor. Wife had better luck with the app than I did with humans at the store... how about a little apology in future and no attitude from management. IMO - terrible! But hey - to each their own. Go to Aldi.

Waited nearly an hour and a half to get my pickup order. Ended up going to the front. I was told the pickup department’s lead had left for the night leaving someone who had only been on the job for a week to take care of everything. It was implied that the person did not even care.We’ve had issues in the past with the pickup department, but this experience was by far the worst.Beyond all the explanations for why they’ve been delayed, etc, it’s clear that the management at this store simply does not care about their customers’ experience. It all starts with leadership of which this store is lacking.That being said, I would do yourself a favor and shop at some of the other nearby stores. You work hard for your money and should make sure that no establishment just assumes you’ll shop with them just because.

Ok grocery store. Clean and employees are helpful and friendly enough. Not a huge selection. Prices are approximately in line but higher than Walmart but lower than Publix. I love their fresh vegetable selections, fresh corn, peaches. Their stock men sass and women keep it fresh and presentable and clean. I hear good things about their pharmacists too. It's a small grocery store not a warehouse. The checkers are friendly faces you see most all the time. Their bakery is outstanding.

There was only 1 employee running a lane and several standing around. Everyone had to use the self check out, and the line was backed into the seasonal isle.

Kroger is hiding "Apeel" labels underneath brand labels on their fresh fruit and produce. If this stuff is good for you, which it isn't, it is toxic, then why make the effort to hide from your customers the fact that you are coating your produce and fruit with it. If you're reading this and don't know about Apeel you need to research it.....owned by Bill Gates

I went in for 12 - 6 packs of Splash Blast Mandarin Orange flavored water - they had 1.Update;This time, I went for 10 - 6 packs of Splash Blast Mandarin Orange flavored water - and they had 10! Additionally, one of the employees helped me get the water since it was on the top shelf, and I couldn't reach it.

The entire store was being stocked while we were there. Everything we needed was in stock. There was only 1 cashier with 6 customers in line. She was grumpling to the bagger the entire time. The bagger just bagged the food. He thanked us and asked if we needed help out. The self check out was busy as well.

This Kroger is the closest grocery store to my home but omg, it's like a half rate store. Deli seems like it's under redesign permanently. Not sure what is going on with this store but glad it's here. I feel like I have to march all.over the store to get the things I need. But I do like some of their products, like the Kroger brand sour dough pancake mix. Better than any other mix in the store. Hands down. And their apple jelly, fantastic.

The cashiers, the woman who usually watches the self checkout and the guys that stock the produce have always been so kind and helpful. I like Kroger prices, and this is close to my house, but I think I will start shopping elsewhere. I was hopeful with the remodel that quality of groceries would improve but I still constantly find products that have been expired for months on their shelves.

I'm shopping at Walmart from now on. The food is not fresh as it says. You buy a loaf of bread it expires in 10 according to package but you get it home and open it and it's already old and has a bad smell. A 5pd bag of the Idaho potatoes forget it you may get 3 good potato out of bag the rest of rotten inside. Said I'd never go back but just had to run up there for a cheese cake was having company over we couldn't eat it was old and didn't even have a taste. The prices are way to high. I'd rather spend a little more and get fresh food than have to throw it away. Their drinks are on sale but really it's not much of a sale when I can go to dollar store and get them cheaper. No today did it for me. The only change is the prices got higher

Decent store ... lower prices than Publix (in general), but it seems to be because they have fewer employees in general and cashiers in particular.If you know exactly what you want, where to find it, and are not concerned with how long it takes to get checked out... this is the store for you

I don't know who thier trying to fool with this fresh nonsense. The can of beans i bought there expires in a year and a half from today. Plus you can't never get no Kroger card no more. Cashier asked for my phone number. I was like I dont need you to call me every day I just need a new Kroger card to get them with card deals they advertise.

At the end of June 2022, my aunt was in the final few days of her life and was in ungodly pain from stage 4 cancer. In those last few days, on one occasion the pharmacy failed to notify her husband and hospice that they didn’t have her morphine prescription. On two other occasions, one of the women who worked there (I don’t know her name, but she was a heavyset woman with short blonde hair) was rude and made the hospice nurse wait over an hour for my aunt’s morphine. She made a comment that the pharmacy was a “community pharmacy” and my aunt would have to wait like everyone else. Needless to say I will never spend my money in that store again.

Used to be a regular customer of Kroger. For over 30 years. Tried going there last week, it was a horrible experience. From dirty old store, to terrible produce, bad customer service, and self check out only.Self checkout with three employees standing off to the side, talking and eye rolling.Understand staffing issues, but regular evening, week day, with plenty of employees standing around looking at you? And having to come and help with the usual self check out issues.Publix is beating Kroger in every way. You're losing business fast Kroger, you've lost ours and everyone we know.

This is the Grocery Store closest to my house so I often shop here, however it is not my favorite place to shop as the store is limited in selection and doesn't have good seafood or sushi like the Madison or Jeff Rd. locations. The store is old and has some wear and tear. Some of the employees are nice, some are not, if you're a regular you'll know who's who.

Went to this Kroger early after getting off of working a 3rd shift. Had a wide variety of items to pick up, from drinks to diapers. They had everything I needed plus fresh donuts were just put out. Staff was courteous and helpful while I was on the search and checking out. Great experience at 6:30am.

The best Kroger's in town. I've been shopping there since I moved here 2009. Everyone speaks. It's the same group of people since I've lived here. Of course some have been promoted others just love what they do in their position and are happy. Always fresh produce helpful employees working the isles. Clean facilities.
