Seeing people walk at the front door with stolen items doesn't make me want or feel safe to spend my money there. The employees are great and they told me.There is nothing they can do because their management Allows it to happen. I would rather spend my money somewhere else. Where they care about the customer.

Picking up an order should not be difficult, it wasn’t the fact that I received a message stating there was no one to bring my order out but the Store Manager had the device the entire time and once the employee called him, it was a problem as if he did not have time, the young lady had already been paged twice and never came to order pick up, it’s called customer service and he really needs to be coached on his response to employees and customer response, we had already waited outside for 14 minutes and then I came in to wait another 12 minutes, The Store Manager at Kroger (Logan Square) you need to do a much better job than what your doing now, because your service yesterday was more a team leader and just turn in your notice and go work at wal mart your device better fits that environment

I want to say thank you to Chris at the customer service counter. Most would have rolled their eye's or have been dismissive of someone, which should have known better, to bring in a bill or have their account number to pay a bill. He made eye contact, kept a calm manner, didn't make us feel less than, and was just absolutely so kind.Chris, thank you. I hope you are treated with the kindness that you give.

Shopped here with my Kroger card years ago but my favorite place is the one at Oakwood Avenue. My wife Crystal Harper likes Kroger groceries a lot. We both do like fresh fruits and vegetables. Our family Kroger hahahahahaha

This is probably one of my favorite Kroger's to visit in the Huntsville area. Customer Service always goes above and beyond in meeting customer needs. The store is usually well-stocked, not cluttered, the meat and produce is always fresh, bathrooms are super clean, and never have I seen any expired food.

You've probably heard people talk about their store. Maybe Walmart or Target perhaps Publix.For the last 8 or 9 years we have got our groceries almost exclusively at Kroger.This week's shopping is a perfect example of why we do. If you haven't given Kroger a try, I suggest you do.On Tuesday we took both car to Kroger for gas. Using points earned in January only we filled up (35gl) for $20.26.Today I stopped in to get groceries, before the coupons and discounts were applied the total was $79. After applying digital coupons and discounts the new total after taxes was $0.79.So in an economy of such inflation, Thank You Kroger for making the money go a little further

I love Kroger! The discounts and bonuses rock! The people that work there are nice and helpful. I really appreciate the pharmacy staff. Quality, value and kindness - how can you do wrong with that!!

Went to the Kroger that use to be on Drake Ave for years but this is the next to closes one since they closed. Not to mention this Kroger has been here for quite some time as well but just a little smaller than the other. This has been a great local grocery store. Always well stocked, organized and clean. Most employees have been there awhile and are very friendly and supportive. The bakery here is awesome. I would recommend anybody to shop here. Their prices are very comparable to Walmart and the convenience of their location is what has kept them in business here for this long.

Kroger on Drake was where I shopped groceries. Of course it's no longer there. Even though Oakwood location had a better variety and lower prices Drake was still more convenient for me. Now I've moved and South Prkwy Kroger is both everything I need and want Kroger to be! So far great staff as well! Super clean well organized killer meat dept specials killer variety and amazing ethnic sections. Great savings and great shopping experience.

If they are going to force customers to use the self-checkout terminals, they needs to make them more responsive. Lately I've been experiencing delays before I can scan the next item. Terminals continuously nag about bagging groceries one second after scan. Discounts are sometimes not entered into system.

Never fully stocked in fruits. Prices jumped and now cereal is $7 a box. I’d rather spend that kind of money at Publix, where at least the floors are clean.

I wish that I could leave less than one star. I have been shopping at this store for over 20 years, but after today I will pay extra at publix. The assistant manager Derick was extremely rude and did not want to help me. He told me to call an 800 number. He acted as if it wasn't his problem I asked him to help me and he refused. It's wrong that stores can steal from people and then refuse to help them. It's just wrong. They made a mistake and they should help me they didn't mind taking my money.I thought I would try agian but nope very dishonest

This Kroger location is one of the best ones so far I found in Huntsville. The shopping experience is pleasant and I do appreciate good customer service, I mean who doesn’t! Definitely the only Kroger I’d shop at.

Almost each my trip to this store I can find item with expired date.I was talking to management about 20 times. Nothing happened. Expired items remain on the shelves.Mostly they are butter, cheese, juices, mushrooms, salads.But can be something else.Be careful, but better go to Publix.

Give 2 stars for items being in stock unlike other Krogers.Cashier panicked seeing a buggy full of groceries. He called for bagging help twice. Isaiah showed up with a really bad attitude and stated he couldn't bag because he has buggies to gather from parking lot and said this right in front of us. This is refusing to help customers and he should be fired. I can't believe that me and my wife had to bag every single bit of it ourselves and did not even get a thank you from cashier even after I said your welcome (sarcastically) These are unacceptable Kroger policies as I used to be an employee. I hope next time I come I done have to deal with these 2 or I won't be back.

In produce, I asked one of the stockers if they had more green onions in back and he told me to come back in 20 minutes. In deli I had to wait a few minutes so they can finish up with what they was doing. Baggers throws my grocery bags into my cart. No all this did not happen in one visit, but it has happened multiple times. Customers shouldn't have to wait

This is my neighborhood grocery store, so take this review with a grain of salt. Convenience is a major factor for me. As for the store: It is generally well stocked with the healthy food we count on (vegetarians, except for occasional fish). Good, fresh produce, moderate selection of organic packaged food also. As for the service, it varies. The front-end manager John is super friendly and helpful. Some of the employees are, too, but definitely not all of them. Some of them don't seem to realize that customers, rather than being the inconvenience that they seem to believe we are, are actually the only reason they have a job. Too bad John's attitude isn't more universal.

Ordered groceries for pick to prepare Christmas Dinner. South Parkway Huntsville Kroger canceled the order without notice. It’s the day after Christmas and the money is not returned to my account. We couldn’t go elsewhere because Kroger still had our money. No Christmas Dinner at out house. Kroger you ruined Christmas.

I’ve always had a good experience with this Kroger. The staff is very friendly. We live close to it and are in there quite a bit. On a first name basis with many of the employees and they remember me and my 3 year old son. They always take time out to play with him and talk to him. He loves going in and seeing them. Prices are good, as well. It feels like a small town local grocery store even though it’s a big chain. Highly recommended.

I love this Kroger. The produce is great and so is the meat. The employees are friendly and helpful…EXCEPT for the woman who works in the floral department. I asked a question very politely, and she was so rude! Very needlessly rude. I stood there with my mouth open while she added two more rude remarks. I still love Kroger, but I’ll never buy flowers there again! And that’s a shame, because I’ve always bought a lot of flowers there.

Not being able to get important prescriptions the same day as an appointment with doctor and sending in new prescriptions that are needed due to serious illnessAnd having to wait almost 24 hours for 2 prescriptions to be ready is ridiculous!I use to get my prescriptions same day here but not anymoreI even called and asked for them to be ready same day and I was told yes and it was still almost 24 hoursI think it’s time to change pharmacy’s
