Love this Hollywood feed location. I stopped in yesterday and was immediately greeted by two friendly faces. They asked if they could help me, I showed them a picture of the food I needed and they had it at the register for me in under a minute. Offered to carry it out to the car for me. Excellent experience, excellent customer service. I wish I had gotten the names of the two nice ladies working that helped me but I was in and out so fast I didn’t catch their names!

This store has great deal sometimes. I love that they are the only place I can find the dried cod skins that my doggies love and it's so beneficial to their skin and coats. Just wish they weren't so high in prices.

I love Hollywood Feed & this location is always top notch. They never fail to show concern for my babies well-being , & genuine caring & affection for them. I always have confidence in the quality of the selection of food & products as well as great quality people. Consistency is so important & I find that here.

Hollywood Feed is awesome! It’s definitely our favorite store to purchase all the goodies for our new puppy.This location is super convenient to Huntsville. Located in the Whole Foods shopping center, Merchants Walk on the bottom level. This location is one of their smaller stores. We were surprised they still had a great selection! If you’re looking for a wide variety of leashes and collars, this is the place! All of the Hollywood Feed branded ones are backed by their guarantee for free replacement if it gets chewed up by your pet.All of the staff were super friendly and welcoming. They were very helpful and answered all of our questions. Check out the dog treats near the front of the store! They have all the specialty treats like cow hooves, pig ears etc near the front. They also have fresh baked cookie treats near the register.Make sure you sign up for the rewards program! You will receive exclusive offers and discounts via email. They accept contactless payments like ApplePay!

I love the staff at this location. I actually live in Decatur but go out of my way to purchase my dogs food, treats, and toys at this store because of how much I like the staff and the store in general. They always greet me and offer help when I come in. They are extremely knowledgeable of their product. Several members recognize me and no longer ask for my phone number when checking out because they remember my information. The store is always clean, organized, and well stocked. HIGHLY recommend!!

Would have given five stars, but someone named “River” decided to barge in and explain how he had four cats and knew what was going on when he has never owned a Savannna or Bengal. He did not ask questions, he just told me he had no clue. All along I was being helped by someone else. The experience was confusing as much as it was upsettingEdited to reflect “River” was an employee not a random person.

I placed my pickup order and when I arrived construction work blocked the entrance and much of the parking. I called to let them know I had arrived and in no time at all it was delivered to my car! Great service!

Sam at the Bob Wallace location is amazing! He always answers our questions and gives his best advice. He knows us as soon as we walk in the door and always asks how our dogs are doing - typically by name. We absolutely love going there and so do my dogs!

Hollywood Feed is a great place to go for all your dog’s needs! I’m a new dog owner and my pittbull loves coming to the store and loves all the products I purchase for him from here. Sam, one of the employees, has been extremely helpful with not only getting me the right products I need, but going the extra mile to fully educate me on the products and my dog and takes time to figure out exactly what I need. I highly recommend Hollywood Feed if you or your friends have any dog needs.

Everyone is always so helpful when I go to Hollywood Feed. Love their frequent feeder program and also love the fact that if your dog doesn't like something, you can bring it back and they will refund your money and donate it to a local rescue.

The worst of these stores I've been to, rude staff, so incredibly rude. They assault you at the door as you walk in to try to upsell you before you get in the door good meanwhile you can expect incorrect info if you ask them anything at all beyond what they are currently being told to promote and then you have to chase them down to be able to buy your stuff. Worth the drive to go to the one on University drive at least they aren't so dumb there.
