They go out of their way to be sure they know what you want and aren't afraid to try some new look. They have always made sure the anxious grand puppy was treated with the utmost care to keep her calm. Give them a try if you haven't!

We had such a wonderful experience here! Everyone is super nice and helpful, and my puppy, Cooper absolutely loved them! This is our first time going to the groomers, so I was a little nervous... but I didn't have to be at all! My little guy would have gladly stayed with them all day long! When I picked him up, he seemed sad to leave! 😂They are so amazing, we're so happy to have found them! 💙

We just moved here and we’re looking for a new groomer! We were using one where we used to live who our dog absolutely loved. They did his nail and trimmed his paw pads every two weeks quickly and never had any issues. My partner brought him here a Couple weeks ago and it was his first time and said that he was pretty nervous afterwards but they did them. I took him a couple weeks later and he was already nervous when I pulled in, thinking he was just anxious because he does have anxiety which we medicate before the appointments I brought him in anyway. As I stood in the lobby I heard him whimper and they brought him out saying they could only do his back feet because he was extremely worked up. This concerns me because I have never had a groomer turn him down or him be so anxious he couldn’t get his nails trimmed. He is about to turn 2 and we have done this ever 2 weeks since he was 6 months old. I took him to a different groomer after leaving there and they were able to clean up his back feet and do his front no issues and said he was just nervous and that they sat with him for a few minutes and let him warm up and after that he did great. If you have a anxious baby just be cautious.

Great owners who were always friendly and accommodating. I was a longtime, happy client. But I believe the volume of business outgrew their means. The quality of grooming and customer service have both gone heavily downhill since last year. The customer service issues stem from new hires and less oversight for how those individuals operate. They stopped taking new clients for a while, and I’m not sure if that changed again. But I think it was way too late for that and they are just over capacity for what they can genuinely handle. Can’t recommend them to newcomers as it’s not the same business it was 3+ years ago.

Wonderful locally owned business! Excellent groomers- I’ve had a couple different ones and they were great. Not the cheapest price in town, but reasonable compared to similar businesses. I’ve shopped around quite a bit. The owners are also lovely people and very easy to work with!

Super friendly, and got my dogs nail trim done in about 10 minutes as a walk in! They even brushed him out a little for me, and recommended a brush that will be better for his coat. Great pricing too! Definitely coming back

Very, very nice caring people. I was bringing someone else's pet there that had been matted , and I didn't know what else to do. Robyn was fantastic, very non judgemental and understanding of the situation and gave perfect advice to give to the owner of the pet. Everyone there was really nice and non judgemental, caring and concerned.Also be aware that you need to open the door for His Royal Majesty, the resident cat that has decided that place is his. Very regal looking grey cat.

Took my wife's cat, Zeus, here. They are one of the very few (not sure if there's any others) that groom cats. He got a "lion" cut. He looks so cute; like a little lion. They were patient with him, even though he doesn't like sitting still. They managed to give him the cut. Great job! We will be back.

Okay, so I had my doubts. I usually have my cat sheared down by a vet, but this time I decided to see if there were any local brave souls that would actually try grooming cats. I found Robyn of "Goin to the Dogs and Cats Mobile Grooming," and contrary to what I expected, Robyn actually seemed *sane* for someone who would CHOOSE to groom cats.Last week when I made the appointment, I explained to Robyn that my cat (Allie) would NOT be cooperative. This is a temperamental cat, and just getting her from my house to Robyn's van was going to be challenging. But Robyn she assured me that she would do her best, and that there would be no charge if she wasn't successful with the shear.Fast forward to today. Robyn came and started working on a very, very unhappy client (Allie, not me...I'm bald). She said it usually takes an hour or hour and a half. No problem. I asked her if she uses anesthesia, and she said no. I hid my true thoughts and left her to her work, although I will admit that when I got back inside the house, I muttered a few words of extreme doubt. No way was she going to get this job done without heavy drugs.At about the 50 minute mark, my curiosity was killing me. The van has a tinted window that you can look into if you want to watch. And I just HAD to see Allie's demeanor. If I had waited just another minute, I'd have missed my chance because Robyn was....FINISHED??In less than an hour, Robyn did what I predicted couldn't be done without elephant tranquilizers. And for the price she charges (hint: it's extremely, extremely reasonable), it made my day, week, and year.So....do I recommend Robyn, the cat groomer? You can bet your grumpy cat's life on it! (Out of 5 stars, I give her a 27. Allie, on the other hand, wants never to see Robyn again. But she definitely will! :))

Amazing service - Robyn and Nina are both so great with my cat Puff! He'll live up to his name if you let him, but he loves his lion cut! He's can be a scardy-cat and I was very worried about him being stressed during grooming... Robyn and Nina both put him at ease and he even enjoyed the expurrience (was purring!). I was very happy that we didn't have to give him any kind of medication, that's a big deal to me.

Gracie is a very SR cat (21 in May!). She is in amazingly good health for her age but has gotten to where she can no longer groom herself and will not let me brush her any longer. She has very thick long fur and it was becoming severely matted. I was at my wit's end. I discovered this place on line and read all the reviews so decided to give them a call. Robyn promptly called me back and after discussing Gracie's needs we set up the appointment. She spent a very long time working on her and I became more and more nervous. When she finally brought her back to me she looked fantastic! She was very up front about the fact that she had nicked her in one place. (It was just the tiniest of places on her little boney elbow.) The fact that she did not try to hide it is what I really appreciated. This little Kittie is only a little over 6 lbs. But very strong. She actually bit me a few months back while trying to work on some of her mats, requiring antibiotics which I told Robyn about on our phone call. It didn't scare her away. I am very impressed with the job she did and how caring she was with my girl. Thank you so much!!

I had a very positive experience! If I could give them 100 stars I would, I have a Beagle(Boomer) and he would not let anyone touch his nails, most of the time he would have to be muzzled and still would fight and stress himself out. I walked in with him, and Erin said let’s try it without a muzzle and she got down in the floor with him and talked to him and he let her clip them! I was in complete shock!! Thank you so much! It means so much to not have to muzzle my baby and see him so stressed out!! I literally almost cried!! We will definitely be back!!

Robin has taken care of our cats for many years. Frick and Frack love her and she loves them. Everyone is so very kind to your "babies" and assures they are well taken care of, and not to forget the quality grooming given. Extremely friendly staff, excellent service, and reasonable prices! I brought my 14-year old cat to get her first "salon treatment," and her groomer, Robyn, did such a great job! My fur baby's claws have just stopped shedding on their own; Robyn cleaned them up so nicely that my baby girl actually started scratching her posts again. When I brought my baby girl home, our younger kitties were jealous as she rolled around and flaunted her new, clean look and smell. We will be returning!

Very reasonably priced groomer (I did a lot of local comparisons). They were very responsive and quick to reply. Super friendly staff, which is important to me too and I really appreciated that. My 3 cats were all done with baths and cuts within about 4-5 hours which is normal. Although I have experienced other places who overbook and end up keeping them all day. This place was prompt and my cats came home calm and happy! Just be sure to be specific with how long you want the mane on a lions cut, or any other details you feel particular about. But overall they did a great job, my cats smell lovely and we can tell they feel good. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

I have brought my cat, Kitty is multiple groomers in his life, and never have I had him returned to me with a more beautiful cut. Having just moved to Alabama, I was in the the market for a new groomer. I was pretty excited to hear about mobile groomers, because that’s not a thing back in KC. So I was definitely ready to try something new. I called up Robin and chatted with her a bit about Kitty and his needs. She is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They were able to schedule me about a week out, which is great! I’m used to having to schedule weeks in advance. Nina is the person that groomed Kitty. She has 7 years experience grooming cats, and you can certainly tell! She did an exquisite job. Kitty was booked for a groom and bath, but he’s never had a bath and ended up being too scared for that. I even made a special request to have his face trimmed up, which I know is unheard of for cats. But she was able to trim his face as well! I can’t recommend them enough. The price is better than any groomer I’ve ever brought him to. Between the price, them coming to you, and the quality of grooming, there’s absolutely no reason to bring your fur baby anywhere else.

Britt is outstanding with both my girls (7 and 13). They always are happy, well adjusted, well loved and look wonderful when she finishes with them. In addition, she has shared her expertise in dog training and general well being with my old girl and my new puppy. Scheduling is easy, and if you need to change days or have a question, Erin is very quick to respond and very accommodating as well. My experience over the last couple of years has been excellent! I highly recommend!

They did a phenomenal job. My dogs have always had problems with their fur being coarse and dry. One dog has dry scaly spots all along her back and tail area. Whatever you put on her fur this last time was a God send!! She is like a different dog!! Her fur is so soft and those dry scaly spots have almost gone!! I cannot thank you enough. She seems so much happier and playful!! Thank you for taking that extra time and going that extra mile to make my girls happier and healthier!!
