This store was fantastic. They offer self serve dog baths for a very affordable price while also providing supplies for you to use such as shampoo, conditioner, an apron, towels, and ear cleaning tools. The woman working, whose name I unfortunately forgot to get, was very nice and helped me get set up very quickly and easily. The store also has a good selection of toys and treats, as well as a reward program. 10 out of 10 recommend

I love this store and this is one of the few images to find decent dog training supplies. They are really friendly here and helpful with making sure I got the right type of harness for my dogs.

Bought a pricey harness( 45$) here. Employee assured me if I didn't like it, I could return it. Less than a week later I tried to because it did not work out for me and my dog. Full disclosure, it was a little dirty. I should have washed it first but, I didn't notice until I was in the store. Was informed by another employee I couldn't return it because of this. Also added that only the owner could refund it otherwise it would come out of her paycheck. Apparently, she doesn't honor refunds and if she does, it comes out of employee pay. Very surprised and disappointed that this is the manner in which she conducts business.

Love this place!!! Way more personable than places such as petsmart and places like that. They are so nice and friendly. My dog loves the treats we get from ther!! I have now been there twice and when she runs out of her treats I’ll definitely be back!!! Got her harness from there and it’s holding strong

We have rescued a dog with an unknown past— and some aggressive issues. We were a bit nervous about bringing her to the shop to use the dog wash. We were so amazed that we were able to get her cleaned and taken care of! Such great people and beyond amazing animal lovers.

Such an awesome place to go give your baby a bath. They provide several different soaps and conditioners and give you clean dry towels and even give you an apron so you stay dry. I'll definitely be back

I just went into this store for the first time yesterday and I was really impressed. At first I was concerned that the cats for adoption in the window were from a breeder but they are actually fostering them for a local organization. The prices were very reasonable and felt comparable to the larger pet shops. Everyone we interacted with was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. They also had a very unique assortment of pet treats and toys and are willing to special order items not kept in stock. I will be going back and like that as it is a local business I am giving my money back to the community and people that truly value the wellbeing and care of animals.

A wonderful, little pet boutique in the heart of five points! They carry just about anything you need. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We also occasionally use the wash station and nail-clipping services. This would be a great place to find unique gifts for any dog or cat lovers in your life.

We LOVE this little pet store. We go in to grab bones/antlers for our dogs a couple times a year and we’ve used the dog wash plenty of times. The team here is knowledgeable and genuinely LOVES animals. Our pups love it here and we always love to drop in and check out their new toys and treats. They sell Zuke’s treats which our animals love.

This is a great pet supply store with friendly and helpful staff! They have a self service dog wash, which makes bathing our 70 lb dog SO much easier (call before you go to make sure the dog wash isn't booked). I'm so glad to have Goin' to the Dogs & Cats in the neighborhood!

Robyn is UH-MAZING!!! She bathed two of my cats and my little dog. Trimmed nails and shaved my Persian cat. They look great!!! And she was so kind to me and my babies. Highly recommend!!! Prices were great too!!

Wonderful place took my bulldog to get a wash , the owner was very helpful had great products available . A wide variety of food , treats , toys bedding and more . This is definitely a One Stop Shop for all your fury family members needs. I easily see this becoming a fav for me and my bulldogs

I went in looking for an XXS harness for my fur baby! She was so helpful and seemed to love what she does at the store! They go above and beyond to help you with anything they can! And after a long day, I felt oddly rejuvenated after being there.

I love the self service dog wash. They provide a great facility with a big tub, shower wand, variety of soaps, ear wash, towels and blow dryer. Makes a big job go quick!

They are a great local small business in Five Points. They will trim nails with either clippers or the Dremel tool and abrasive drum. I prefer the Dremel approach as the nails get filed as they are trimmed. And I they give treats too.

Great pet store with good selection of pet supplies for dogs. They sell fromm dog food there also which is one of the few places in town that has it. Very knowledgeable staff also. I will be back !

Very rude peopleI went to get help with my dog nails and a bath. I ask for help and help was no available. When I called before hand the person I talked to told me there would be someone to help. My dog has alot of engery and at time pulls me to the ground. I did get help with getting her outside. However the person who took her out let go.of the.leash and my dog went out in the street where there 8s traffic.

I used thelr dog bath sink. It was convenient and great to have the dog up so high I didn't need to bend down. That said I think $15 is a little too high a price.
