I love this store. Always clean and well stocked. I have witnessed shoplifters on more than one occasion, walk out with items as though the store is a free..take all you can store. Was rather bizarre. I hope the store management is taking notes. I was also surprised to find that not all items are actually $5 and below, as I figured the name indicated. So that was a bit of a shocker. But, overall, great deals. It's like an uptown version of a dollar store. Cool for party gift bags, stocki g stuffers, cool t-shirts and inexpensive toys and trinkets.

Five below is a very unique and fascinating store. They have a wide variety of items so I'm sure there is something here for everyone. I love their electronics they are top quality even if they're only five below. The quality of products are very good and with proper care less a long time. They have toys for children and toys for adults. Their supply is outstanding and they keep their shelves stocked throughout the day. The staff there are equally as friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. I recommend everyone should come and find out what they like about Five Below. This is truly a One-Stop family friendly store.

Went to the location next to Beall's on University. Got a few things that were really a deal. Good shopping experience because of Alyssa. She was super nice.

The store was very unkempt and generally understocked. There were very few items that had prices listed. Then in the middle of checking out, the cashier answered a personal phone call and continued the conversation with an earpiece. It was uncomfortable hearing the context of the conversation, especially with my 12-year-old daughter on earshot. We won't be going back.

Would not recommend going here. Came in with 45 minutes left til closing and they turned the lights off on us and the lady checking us out threw our stuff in the bag and broke two of my light bulbs. I get it, it’s close to closing and you’re tired but you literally are in a business that is customer service. Super disappointed and I spend a lot of money here. Will be going to target next time.

Very nice place to go shopping but as far a working here its the worst. They cut your hours every week no matter how many you get. The manger is horrible and doesn’t really care for her workers. They need new management ASAP

I always love this place! Best place to go for holidays when you don't want to spend too much but want to get a bunch of gifts for your kids! We always go here for Christmas shopping and Easter! They had a great selection even the day before Easter and the prices are always great!

I used to like Five Below but hadn't been in a few years because it was out of the way. I stopped in a couple of weeks ago and was incredibly disappointed. The prices have increased, which is understandable for some things, but for a Chinese hunk of plastic I can get for half the price it isn't worth it unless I absolutely need it right away.As well, the store is extremely cluttered, making it difficult to navigate and shop. Other customers have the same problem & just end up creating traffic jams every which way.

This store on University staff is very friendly stories very clean they are very kind and considerate the cashier when I got up there her name is Melissa she's the best one yet she is very friendly does her job very well she is very polite and I like how she greets you when you come through the door and when you get ready to leave thank you very much you put a good smile on my face when I am down and out I come to the store and she's always very polite and makes me feel at home this is the best place to shopAnd if I could I would have give this store 100 and everytime I come I always see her on the floor I think she goes on and be all her needs she is a good worker keep up the good work

It was so cluttered & unbelievably disorganized. The staff were NOT friendly at all!It was an awful experience.After I paid & we had left the store, we were still in the parking lot, putting our purchases inside our vehicle... I discovered the item that I bought had a visible price sticker on the outside of the package & it rang up a dollar more than the actual price tag had on it! I must say that I was so disgusted with the staff & the condition of the store, that I didn't bother going back inside.This was my first time in a Five Below Store & it was quite disappointing, to say the least!!!I truly hope that the other stores are in much better shape, & with much nicer folks working at them!!!This place is a real mess & the staff are shockingly unwelcoming & downright unfriendly!!!

Fair selection of items, fairly priced. Customer service is what dropped the rating. 2 cashiers playing on phones and gossiping while checking us out. Didn't speak at all except to announce price. Never made eye contact with us. Their coworkers warranted more attention than we did. Had to ask for my receipt and was rudely informed it was in my bag. If this is the best they can offer then I will skip Five Below when visiting Huntsville.

Need to take cellphones away from cashiers! They can not multitask!! Very rude to be texting the whole time you are trying to checkout. You are not that busy...put the phone down and check people out.

I absolutely love this store!! It has really good stuff. Im constantly get art supplies from here. They have such good deals. I got 5 8x8 canvass for 5 dollars and some nice felt tip pens and my daughter found her tv character toys there. We are both very pleased with our visit and we plan on getting all our Christmas gifts here!!!!

The register employee was GONE as we approached to checkout at 6:30/7pm! There was an employee at the register who appeared to be sorting items to re-stock the shelves = stocker. We visually scanned the sales floor to catch someone's eye so we could check out.The Stocker pressed a bell/buzzer to summon a clerk. She rang it three times. No one came forward. As the line grew, she said, "I've never ran the register." 9 customers-waiting later, a clerk sauntered behind the counter on her cell phone!! I guess she couldn't be bothered to do her dang job, and she seemed absolutely clueless about customer service. I waited 15 minutes to check out. I was really close to leaving, but I needed a gift card for a late Christmas present.
