Bad customer service and open/damaged products. Went in today to find a gift for a friend and saw a doll she would’ve liked, but noticed that it was open and part of the packaging was damaged/not there. I went to the front and asked if they had any in the back and the manager was called. She came and looked at the doll and was obviously annoyed. She told me that if she had known that this was the reason she was called, she wouldn’t have came up to the front in the first place. She gave me a buck off and went away, but the transaction declined. One of the cashier’s then redid the transaction, but I only got ten cents off. I normally love 5 Below, but today was just a bummer.

I absolutely cannot brag enough about the staff at this location!! No matter who I've encountered, they have always gone above and beyond with customer service! A couple weeks ago I took my 9 year old nephew, who had his own money in his wallet and somehow in the chaos of us getting our bags and getting out the door, he dropped it. I went back and the employee had put it up safely behind the counter in case we came back. I'm so grateful for honesty and great customer service. I always drive out of my way to visit this location even though there is one closer to my home.

Lots of affordable variety. However, some of the items for sell do need a thorough look over before purchase, just to make sure they're decent quality. I bought knockoff crocs there once just for convenience to wear around the house/yard. Size was 8/9 and the fit itself was fine, but the strap that is able to sit on top or slide back to be a heel was for size 8 only, not 9, and stopped an inch away from the back of the shoe and wouldn't have been wearable with it. I don't use the heal part so it wasn't a problem for me, but some may.

Wasn't impressed with the immaturity of the girls working at this location. They were running around and screaming like children. I would think that they would hire grown adults, not juveniles.

Not good .... They opened up the store but none of the registers were working. And customer were getting frustrated about the only employee there and on the phone trying to get help with the registers

Great store, lots of items which appear to be of good quality for $5 or less. Have to know your local market though, there were some things priced higher than they could be purchased at a couple stores down. Staff was friendly and helpful. They exhibited a great amount of patience and professionalism when dealing with a customer ahead of me. Even though there was a price sticker on everything she had, she repetitively questioned the price. Kudos to the young man dealing with her, you were great.

I would give it a 5 but they now have things that are up to $10.I liked it because I could take mytwo grandsons 6&9 and let them pick out anything they wanted for $5 But now things are up to $10.They did have a nice selection of Beach stuff I bought a float for $5 00 and beach balls for $1.00.Also I got a pair of rainbow shoes for $5 that are so pretty I love them

While 90% of this place is Chinese made cheap stuff, it's great for people with lower budgets to get toys, games, inexpensive but workable electronics, etc.

Good stuff for less dough. Friendly staff. They have SUGAR BABIES AND SUGAR DADDY candy. I love this store it has something for everyone! They now have earpods.❤ I love getting my run around sneakers there also. So many colors to choose from patent leather is my favorite.

Walked in at around 8pm to let my granddaughter shop for a few things. Nobody greeted us or said a word when we walked in.. Wandered a bit and picked a few things, approached by an associate who asked if we needed anything, because they closed 5 minutes ago. I apologized and commented that nobody had said a word when we walked in. She rambled on about they open tomorrow and maybe 11 (?) until maybe 6 (??). Quickly grabbed a last item and went to pay. No cashier, she was somewhere cleaning. Finally rushed up and rang us up and then had to let us out. Had no idea they closed at 8pm on Saturday. Everyone was semi polite, but completely clear we were holding them up. Like constant running around frantically cleaning. I get we were last, but simply mentioning they were closing in a few minutes when we walked in would have made this much less awkward. 100% made to feel like an inconvenience.

Clean and well organized bargains galore! This store could easily be in shambles every day, but there was a place for everything, and everything was in its place. Love this place, and the staff is friendly and helpful!

Good selection, everything under $5. Recently bought a pool float that developed a leak after just a couple of uses. Fortunately, I hung on to my receipt. Took it back and exchanged it with no issues.
