Nearly 5 hours!I couldn't believe that Firehouse Antiques has been open since 2001, and I finally got to stop, and spend an afternoon there. It's almost like a museum. You name it, from little knick knacks to big ticket museum finds. It's in there. The building looks average size in front, but it keeps sprawling, further and further to the back and even upstairs. It's a good way to spend an afternoon getting immersed in Antiqueing for nearly 5 hours. We loved it

Very Cool Antique store with a lot of neat items and this 2 store building is definitely bigger than it appears to be. I had a great time looking around at all the different things for sale.

Love Firehouse Antiques!! Have purchased many items there over the years. Found this gorgeous chandelier hanging in a room way in the back. The guy up front got it down, carried to the front, connected power, and checked each socket to make sure wiring was good. Cost paid $91. I would a million times over rather buy gorgeous antique pieces before spending that much or far more for a new piece from a box store. Awesome prices and kind staff, with so very many things to choose from.

The store is very nicely managed. They have a lot of inventory, but Steve Watson bought a glass display cabinet from me once, that I helped to save from going to the City of Huntsville landfill. It was nice, and I knew that I had to save it! But, I had towels and bubble wrap to protect the glass from breakage, and I had two people help me get it into my minivan. Steve Watson bought it from me for $40, and it has new life now!

Very nice things! A little bit of junk, but more beautiful, and authentic, than not.

These guys are great! My son loves to venture here to see what kind of "vintage" computers he can find and has thus far b I bought three! The staff has always been so kind and so patient has he counts out his money and tells them everything he has to say about his tech. They have so much beautiful inventory that's not tech related and walking through their store (which is ginormous!) Is always such an adventure as well as trip down memory lane.

This place is massive! It has so many fun and unique vintage items that I always come out spending so much more than I originally intended. The guys that work there are so fun and nice and have helped me a great number of times. I love how many vendors they have and how they always have a great rotation of items. Everything is priced so reasonable and is always a must stop for me whenever I’m in that part of town!

I was in their store today trying to purchase an item in one of the booths the gentleman at the front deck was helping, put was questioning my offer the to the both owner or renter. He did call the owner with my offer and the owner counter offer. I said I would do that price with tax’s included. The gentleman then replied saying I have called and txt them, they will not do that and I not contacting them again. My problem is with the gentleman, I fell as the customer that it was not his place or both or item to have any say. I was making a deal with the owner of the both. I was not buying an item from him. I and my mother and best friend fell that it was not his place to make.that call, it was only 7 dollars difference. He did not have good people skills. We were from out of town, and this is one store we will not go back two.

Their antiques were very interesting, and it’s always a pleasure to stroll through the treasures. They had a variety of items from wall art, jewelry, furniture, weapons, and more. The jewelry was very fairly priced and I want to go back to look through it more. The bakeware section was a joke; I thrift for vintage Pyrex all the time, and I’ve built a collection for quite cheap. They were selling Pyrex sets for 10-20x what I would reasonably pay for it. As long as you know what you’re looking at, you can make a good estimate about the value of the individual pieces. There are different vendors in this store, so their own prices can be reasonable or extreme. It just takes some mindful shopping. Overall it was a cool place and I will be back to search for the good deals among the different areas of the store. They’re huge! I couldn’t see it all in one visit.

The first antique store I went to, expecting to go to many more. Found something I fell in love with almost immediately and the price was great! My only complaint? I didn't get to spend the rest of the day drooling over antiques since I found what I needed so fast haha!

This is definitely one of the nicer & more organized antique stores. I have been here multiple times & always had a good experience. The staff seems to be cordial & friendly as well. As for the actual items there are some interesting things in stock from time to time. I have noticed that the majority of items in stock seem to be actual furniture or furniture related - which is fine. But otherwise there are still plenty of neat things to look at & purchase.

One of the few true antique stores. Many places call themselves antique stores but what they really are is Flea markets. this place has true antiques. You may find some flea market stuff here and there, but for the most part, some very nice things.

Firehouse is a blast! We love coming here. The store itself is quite large and rambling. We mostly come to browse but always leave with something neat. It is a great place to come walk around if you like antiques. Definitely recommend!

We came here a couple months ago, as we love antique stores. We were actually on vacation in Chattanooga, TN but decided to drive to Alabama to check out some Pokemon shops and antique stores.I have to say this is probably the most disappointing antique store I have ever been too!We saw the reviews online and how big it looked inside from the pictures. We decided to swing by and check it out. When we first walk in to the right we saw a dalmatian dog statue. We collect anything dalmatian and went straight to look at it. There wasn't a price, so we asked the man at the counter. He told us an outrageous price, and the way he was talking he was doing us a "favor" by giving us that price. We should have known to leave right then and there, but the place is huge and it they are all individual sellers. After looking throughout the entire place, upstairs and downstairs it was such a waste. Everything was crazy expensive, and over half the items aren't antiques. We have been to so many antique shops, malls, etc. All up and down the East Coast and this by far was the worst/most disappointing. We will never ever be back or recommend this one to anyone!

An amazing assortment of antiques and collectibles. That being said on my recent visit I found areas that did need attention probably due to absentee booth dealers. The staff at the checkout counter were friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. Wear comfortable shoes and plan on staying a few hours

Huge! You can find what you are looking for, and decide if it's what you really need. Some prices are excellent, I don't know if there is wiggle room on prices. But we spent two hours wandering around 1/4 of the store.

This place has it all. It is a large store but also has large pieces of furniture so it is not as filled with small stuff. It’s very well organized and has a good flow. The upstairs area has some very primitive finds, if you are into that.

Phenomenal opportunity to find treasures, memories and always a wonderful rainy or cold afternoon spent indoors perusing the booths. If you don't find want you're looking for, ask! I did and came home with a marvelous Featherweight 221!

Unkind and overpriced. Me and my friend were helped out at closing, and this place is quite large and easy to get lost in. When being led out ,from behind, I made a wrong turn and was informed "Gotta go, the world series is on." I also worked in an antique store for three years in high school, which was only 2 years ago, and this place was terribly overpriced on common vintage items that weren't even antique. If you have a high tolerance for rudeness and a fat wallet then this is the place for you.

This local business is outstanding. A true gem in Huntsville. They have great inventory and the folks that work there are friendly, willing to work a good price, and even help you load the heavy pieces. Highly recommended.

This place just goes and goes and goes. You think you've reached the back but, wait, there's more! Lots of cool things and historical items. You could spend hours in there and still not see everything. Some things can be pricey but if you look hard enough you can find some great deals too. One of the vendors always has a sale going on, too.

Awesome antique store. It looks small from the front but the store just keeps going and going and going. There are so many good finds in there. Make sure to take an allergy pill beforehand if you experience issues with dust though.

I have to go back because I didn't have enough time to look through everything! I loved visiting this store. You won't be disappointed.

You will need hours to go through the entire store. It was organized by vendor and each item was price marked which was helpful. My only issue was there was no one to ask questions about locations of specific things I was looking for. Will definitely go back when I have more time.

I've never parked in the back parking lot before but the one time I did, I parked in the wrong area. I was a little confused since it's all gravel but I made it a point to stay out of the way. Anyway, as I was leaving, a vendor or owner (not sure which) was walking inside and told me my car was going to be towed. I told him I was about to leave and would move it. He continued to harass me, make phone calls, bring out other employees, in just a matter of minutes. I mean, let me get in the car! The antique store is nice but if the psycho staff is going to harass a middle aged woman on a rare afternoon out, it's not worth the stop.

Loved this place! I've driven past it for years and never stopped in. Went with a friend and it was filled with treasures! Reasonably priced and friendly atmosphere.
