Store manager is quite rude to customers and employees! The website stated that a product was in stock on the shelf. I asked the employee and he stated that he would have to get his manager to look. The manager flat out said no! I showed her that it was in stock on the website and she said “no that wrong”. I asked if she could look in the back for them and she said “no”.

This is the best dollar tree but people can’t wake up in time to open their store at 9 am. Absolutely nobody in the store at all and a lady walked up and somehow knew who was working and said she running late coming from fort Payne like is there not any dollar trees in fort Payne she can work at? Fort Payne is an hour and 15 mins away that’s ridiculous, Why not have local employees so you can be sure your store gets opened when it’s supposed to.

I have to say that I had the most wonderful experience of genuine kindness thanks to the manager Breana! I came in at the last minute looking for cancer awareness pink lapel pins for a charity event. I had been to probably 15 different stores, no luck. I came here and asked Breana if they had anything. She said, "unfortunately, no." But then she said, "We do have some of our pins for employees and I think I might have an extra." I said, "I actually need 4 of them." She went into her office and brought me 4 pins! She didn't charge me for them. She genuinely saw how stressed and worried I was and went out of her way to help me! We don't know each other. I had never met Breana before in my life. But she's the kind of person who is willing to help the people who come through their door, regardless of their needs. That is why I will continue to go here. I could not be more grateful for her kindness.

This is one of the best dollar trees in Huntsville. They stock a lot more items, greater diversity than the other dollar trees. Everything was orderly, clean, undamaged and even though there were many people in the store you didn't feel crowded or packed in. Aisle were clear and east to navigate.

I recently shopped at this Dollar Tree location and had a horrible experience. The cashier, Carolyn was extremely rude and disrespectful when I wanted to exchange my items that were broken.When trying to return my items, I was questioned and harassed. When I went to pick out items to replaced what I was returning, I overheard her talking about me to another customer. I strongly believe she was racially profiling me and another minority who was in line behind me.

The Jones Valley location in Huntsville, Alabama staff is horrible... I fell coming into the store, the cashier Anthony didn't even ask if I was ok. He never wrote it up... therefore I took pictures of the ice and having to seek legal advice.

We just walked out no one was available to check us out. 2 employees in the whole place . We stood up front for more than 10 minutes. I called spoke with the manager who said honestly maam we don't care and hung up.

No one would ring up my items. We left ober 40 items laying at register 1. There was 1 employee and the lady was rude. She saw us standing at the register and took her lunch from the main who had brought it to her and walked off.

I was in there tonight and after waiting for more than 15min at what appeared to be an open cash register (light was on) I was rudely told I had to just move my things to a different register which was annoying by itself but then when I got all my things to the other register the cashier was gone again. I didn't wait I just left. There are so many dollar trees in town I will not be going back to this one.
