One of the best Dollar Trees in Huntsville. I've found items I've never seen in others, the worker there was super friendly and kind. Very organized, no stocking boxes anywhere, shelves are organized and super easy to find things. 11/10 will return.

Went to Dollar Tree tonight . Arrived at 8:50 front doors locked. I needed one item …. A small dinosaur for a birthday party. I could see workers stocking but they had already closed the store. Not sure if managers know this store was closed earlier than regular store hours. What was more annoying is the stockers laughed as I knocked on the door. Poor customer service and extremely rude. This store has been declining over the past year. Guess I will be driving to the location over by Target

I live this store! There are so many products to help you in every aspect of life. I've become crafty since the pandemic and there craft section just keeps getting better! Also you can find trendy items like pink Himalayan salt, coconut oil, jojoba oil to make DIY beauty products .The customer service is always through the roof. One girl, Mandi, is so phenomenal! She I a friendly and professional and an expert on customer service. She knows where anything is. If you throw a problem at her, she is wicked to resolve it. Keep this girl and treat her right because she is a gem!

I can clearly tell this store is poorly ran. I visited this store on Sunday. Only ONE employee was working. She seemed very stressed out between trying to help all the customers, run the store, and check people out. Although she was VERY pleasant and helpful ! I think the management team needs to run the store better ! That is beyond unacceptable to have one person run a whole store. I’ll def be sticking to the whitesburg and Madison locations.

I visited this store? April 20, 2021. The manager there, by the name of, Amy, was VERY, VERY RUDE!. I called, the store made a complaint and even called the 1800, number, to complain about this employee (Amy). I have as yet, to hear back. I'm assuming, this rude person, with no people skills or management skills, is still in her position. I'll contact, cooperate next. She's HORRIBLE!!.

Dollar Tree has been a life saver for me when it comes to essentials and convenience. Some of their items have gotten better over the years. I love that they are carrying brand names as well now.

All the workers there just run around in the store like little kids. Everytime I go up there they never have enough people at the register , and you can literally here them arguing about who takes the next person. Either do your job the right way or find a new one. SMH

Up front, I'm knocking off one star because though it rarely happens, when this place is in disarray, it's in serious disarray.That out of the way, the staff always seem nice and courteous. The store is mostly clean, with the rare exception mentioned above. I shop here all the time for everything from baking to aquarium and craft supplies. Occasionally I even get lucky and find books from authors I love, yarn, travel speakers, or name brand foods.Now, to be fair, they don't sell typical aquarium supplies. But they have several great selections for the DIY fish keeper. Check out YouTube for some ideas there.This is also my go to store for travel supplies. Especially if I just need products to get the job done and I'm not insisting on name brand products.

The store manager Marci Jones gave the best customer service I've ever had in a dollar tree. Store number 02500. She treated me so well I asked for the store number. Lol. She was patient and helped me out alot. Thank you

This location is alright. Mostly everything that other locations have they have. And it's pretty clean in comparison to most other locations.i would go here before I tried the others if I had the option.
