This is the best Dollar Tree in the HSV area. Always well stocked, organized, and clean. Other stores have empty shelves and boxes waiting to be unpacked crowding the aisles. Not here. You can tell they take pride in their store. You can usually find things here that are seen on the website that many other stores don't carry. Staff is very friendly, too!

The store is huge and has a lot of good stuff. It also had a worker who seemed really concerned that I was buying two kids' puzzle books for myself bc my kids didn't want them. She apparently felt I should only buy things like that for my kids, and that making a customer aware of her feelings was top priority, bc after that she kept asking my kids if every item she rang up was for them. I tried to be polite and ignore her, but she just wouldn't quit. Five more minutes and I wouldn't have cared if I looked ugly putting Grandma Nosy Britches in her place. You just don't comment on people's purchases, at a busy register, in front of other customers; and she's old enough to know better, bless her heart.

I was greatly disappointed in the lack of cleanliness in the store. It was rather dirty. Trash was on many of the isles. Trash met you at the front entry. They have a lot of products. But you can't concentrate on your shopping for the clutter of things. It appears that if there is a night crew or cleaners that are to clean store after hours. It didn't happen. The pandemic has made some unwilling to work. So I know many business are short staff. But this was sad today.

I love $ Tree. I will buy holiday decorations for my front porch and always get compliments on how good it looks. So, if I have to throw something away I don't feel so bad about it. So glad we have a location in our area now.

I was happy to have a new store closer to home. The one on South Parkway is poorly ran and always a mess. However, the last two times I've been to this one in Jones Valley, has been even worse. The customer service associates are SOO SLOW! I understand one cashier can only do soo much when you have one line open, but waiting over 20 minutes to buy three things, is absolutely ridiculous. There's no excuse for a cashier to be that bad.

My husband wanted me to share this one.He stopped by the Dollar Tree #110 on Whitesburg to pick up a few things for me.He just about made it out of the store with no hassle until he asked for a receipt.The cashier computed the receipt and walked off.He asked if that was his receipt?She just left it hanging there where he had to reach way in back of the counter to get it. It doesn't hurt to show a little politeness,concern, and respect to the customer.

The check out lady said I throw the money are her twice and I didn't. When to the bank and told the cashier how I hand the money and she said I didn't throw the money , l go to this store at least six times a month . Glad you got your name brand bread. Taste good

The store was under staffed I noticed only 1 employee and she was on the register (the line was backed down the isle midway through the store). Stock was scattered throughout the the store on buggies but not being put on the close to emplty shelves. I understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic and some items are on shortage but the store was in total disarray. This location has been like that the last few ti.es I've been there to shop.

Dollar tree shows me how much of the stores mark up their products. I've seen reading glasses go for $12.99, cheap sunglasses for $15, yet everything in Dollar tree is $1. It's not top of the top of the line products, but they're just as good in many cases.

I have never had a worst experience with a store in my 33 years of life! The cashier was rude,disrespectful,& just had the attitude that she didn't want to be there. I waited in line to check out for 20 mins(only 2 registers open). Then rang up my stuff & forgot my money,when I explained I would have to run home 10 mins away & I would be back to get my items she said they will probably be back on the shelf. When I got back I found my items still bagged up but was told by another cashier I would have to wait on the original cashier & she was on break. I waited an additional 10-15 mins,When she came she charged me for a pair of socks that she asked if they were mine & weren't put in my bag. So I guess I paid for something she wanted. DON'T SHOP AT THIS LOCATION!!

The dollar tree was good found everything that I was looking for the staff was working there was great the one item I couldn't find the young lady at the check line was ask me did I find I couldn't find one item so called on anther employee she went a got the item for me. So I will be going back. I highly recommend the dollar tree.

First I must say that the staff were friendly. However the thing that literally had me running from that store was the fact that my toddler had to use the bathroom. I was directed to the facilities and the nightmare that was behind that door was so serious. I honestly dont know how anyone could overlook how deplorable that situation is. Toilet was clogged and filling up, it looked it had not been cleaned in years. The bathroom overall was a safety hazard.

Love this place !! Everytime I go in the staff is amazing. They are polite and helpful ALWAYS. I WOULD give it 5 stars but they dont have as good as a variety of products that i usually see at dollar tree stores.

I went to the Dollar Tree on Whitesburg and as I was checking out I pushed the button to get cash back with my transaction. I noticed that they now charger a dollar service fee to get cash back. I wasn't really happy about that. I mean I just shopped there and now you are going to charge me to get cash back. Won't get cash back there anymore.

The manager Peggy and the Jennifer refused to exchanged unused items although I had my receipt. Their excuse was one of vases did'nt have a barcode although the cashier Jennifer rung me up and wrapped them herself. She was very rude and refused to return any of my unused and she refused to give me the managers name and number or call for me. Is this customers service or what!!!!!!

I like this place, everything is a dollar. I can always find some little thing I can't live without. And if you're on a tight budget, it's a good place to pick up personal, housekeeping, and food items.
