Kyler helped us purchase a coffee table and a mattress. We needed the items quickly, and he was able to give us one item the same day and the other with only a 2-day transfer from the other store. He also gave us a deep discount that we weren’t expecting… after committing to the purchases. The items look great in our home, and we will definitely be back!

Went in with one LR set in mind, found out it was no longer available I color I wanted. Tyler was very quick to assist with finding the next best thing for me in a sectional but getting it built into a sofa and love seat. Very highly recommended Dogtown. Pete answered all my questions and gave detailed information on the quality of the items I was interested in. Love this place!! My fiancé and I were looking for a king sized bed and went to several different places around Huntsville. Dogtown definitely has the best prices I’ve found and the customer service I received from Kyler was truly top notch. He understands that taking care of customer needs comes before just making a sale. Kyler is very knowledgeable about furniture and honest and I’ll definitely come to him first for my future furniture needs. Kyler went above a beyond by talking to the GM about letting me borrow a bed frame until the bed we bought came in after finding out that I was going to sleep on a mattress on the floor. This was his idea and he offered it after we already purchased the bed, which I thought was pretty considerate and kind. The only negative thing I can say about the place is it has a giant dog on the front of the store and it’s just a furniture store that has nothing to do with pets, which was confusing before I actually visited the place lol.

I actually happened upon this store by accident after being disappointed in the selection at a furniture outlet in the same plaza. Immediately upon entry I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful displays and quality pieces. We were greeted but not stalked and all of our questions were answered. Pete was really helpful and honest. Ended up getting a beautiful kitchen table and chairs set and a bed, but spotted several other things I now have on my wish list and I will definitely be back and look forward to working with Pete again.

Very Nice variety of quality furniture. The sales staff is very good. They don't overcrowd you. They allow you space to browse and decide without pressure. Each saleswoman I encountered was informative in letting me know how to tell what's in stock. And the time needed to allow ideas to be purchased from backstock. I think I may have found my next peice. I am excited to furnish my next area.

We didn’t know this was a furniture store. Don’t let the name fool you. They have a great selection. And if you’re as lucky as I am, you’ll run into “Kyler, with a K.” What an awesome guy. He’s knowledgeable, he’s funny, you’d think he was just a regular friend instead of a sales rep. Not pushy at all. His job is to meet you where you’re at. And he does a phenomenal job of it.One satisfied customer.

The facility has a wide variety of furniture, and if something was unavailable for floor display, they were able to provide something equivalent in feel while giving visual alternatives. Kyler was wonderful at this and took more than 20 minutes with us in total to make sure we were satisfied.

This was my first visit and first purchase; my experience was absolutely positive! Great and very friendly staff, excellent customer service and beautiful furniture! There is a mix of modern, traditional and unique furniture and accent pieces with a hint of lux. Jesse is the best! He was so helpful; his expertise helped me blend a new chaise with my living room! He patiently answered all of my questions and even looked at pics of my old sofa! 🤭😂 I’ll definitely become a frequent shopper! This is a must visit location for home furniture!
