I do not recommend anyone to bring their dog here. My last 2 visits, my dog has came back with injuries that I was not made aware of. The 1st time It appeared to be some form of burn on my dogs back right leg. When I called the next day asking about it. I was told oh we forgot to mention it & advised me on how to treat it." Fast forward, I bring my dog back & as I am putting her in the car, I notice a huge blood spot on my shirt. I immediately go back inside and ask why is my dog bleeding. I pointed to the blood stain on my shirt. Lara an employee there, asked the others who had serviced my dog. The young lady with the purple hair then said she did & that my dog was cut in the process. I asked why didn't anyone tell me. The young lady with the purple hair then said she forgot. I find it hard to believe with all the blood that was on me & my dog. Let me add that the previous time I noticed the bur, I spoke with Lar, even sending her pictures of the affected area. I then asked for the owner & was told by Lara that the owner was not there. The owner Bernie's number was on the door, so I decided to call her to let her know of my concerns. I called her & left a voice message & a text. She never called back but responded to the tex, basically telling me that the groomers are independent contract employees avoiding responsibility as she is the owner. She texted me that she is out of town and would give me a call when she returns. It has been 2 weeks since & she has made no effort to reach out to me. Again I would not advise anyone to take the animals here because when something goes wrong they are not going to tell you & when you discover that your precious animal has been injured in their care they will lie as if they forgot to tell you. They were mor hoping that I did not notice their neglect. I will never ever bring my dog here again. I don't like how they do business her, and you should not use them either. I was not offended anything from the owner. Lara helped apply peroxide on my dog & gave me peroxide to lift the blood stains out of my shirt. I understand things happen, but the lying about it & the owner not taking accountability/responsibility is too much for me. I wasn't offered anything other than excuses. My dog is 10 years old & is used to getting groomed. I get her the same cut every time. The young lady with purple hair even whent as far as saying because of my dog hair getting cut low as I prefer is why she was cut in the process. Lara said that she was new & just not as experienced & that's why my dog was cut. Lara even encouraged me to reach out to the owner, saying that I should be fully refunded for this inconvenience. The owner didn't respect me or my situation enough to even speak with me to offer me anything.

Lara is amazing! She treats our little rescue pup Rip with such love and patience. He loves going to see Lara! Would highly recommend her!!!

They were very nice here! Even though I was 5 minutes late dropping Lucy off (because my daughter was in the hospital having her baby) they took her in and did an amazing job!! Very fair pricing too!

Bernie, the owner, was awesome! Booking my appointment was a breeze. Lara and Diana, the groomers, took good care of my parent's dog, Paco, when he came in for a nail cut.As his nails were long ( and dark in color), my parents were concerned that someone might cut into the quick. No such worries here! They use a Dremel type tool to grind the nails, thus avoiding the chance of not seeing the quick while using conventional clippers and causing injury.These two young ladies (NO, they are NOT twins, just sisters...lol) were professional and displayed a caring attitude to both the dog and myself.The location is clean, does not smell (like some boarding kennels do), and has ample room for your furbabies to overnight or spend the day at doggie-spa.You can watch them groom your pet right in front of you, watching how they treat your animal and the care they use to ensure your baby's comfort and safety.They not only groom here but also have Pet Daycare and Boarding,I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Doggie Do's. They are located on Governors Drive, just off the I-565 exit. I know I will be back!

They did an initial groom. It was very good. It was my first time there. They are very sensitive to a pet's needs. For instance, I recommend using the drill as opposed to nail clipping. It worked out well. They will call to alert you of problems. Five stars 🤩

These are great groomers. My dog Sammy loves it. On our way home he loves to show off his fresh cut. They have always done an awesome job....Before and after photos.

I just started bringing my Golden, Lucy, here last week and she absolutely loves it. She always comes home looking like she does in this picture! The staff is always super friendly and welcoming, and Lucy is always excited to see them. I also love the fact that she plays with other dogs her size and energy level. 100% recommend this to anyone looking for doggy daycare.

Place is too small and chaotic. Too many dogs in too small of a building. Did not even request vet records. I saw two dogs in one crate at the front. Not very organized. Will not be coming back.

Great staff! Super friendly and you can tell they really love animals. We've been taking our dog there for about 5 months now for grooming. Prices are very reasonable!

My wife and I absolutely love this place! Ms. Benny and the staff are so sweet and the customer service is hands down. I have a lot of medical issues and am hospitalized a lot. I just got out of the hospital and can barely walk but my dogs needed a spa day badly. Tammy came to my truck and got my babies so I would not have to walk. A few hours later and my babies looked and smelled amazing! 😊 Tammy and Doggy Do's have been grooming and boarding my babies for years and I will not take them anywhere else. 5 star treatment and you know how much they love animals because it shows through their customer service. Try them out and ask for Tammy; you won't be disappointed.

Called on a Tuesday for an appointment the following Wednesday. Called beforehand and they had no record of the appointment. They then found receipts of my call but Dianne never put it in the system. They then explained they would not get my dog in on Wednesday unless there was a cancellation even though I booked an appointment. Don’t let Dianne make your appointment for you. Also it looks filthy on the inside so good luck.

This groomer is amazing and caring. New to the area and needed a groomer to take care of my aging golden retriever who is nervous at the groomers. The were incredibly kind and accommodating from the very first phone call. Would recommend to anyone. What a great place!

Agreed to groom my dog at 7:30am because I had to go out of town. Was informed that my dog was giving them a hard time. After 14 years of grooming never once had that complaint. Picked the dog up. Last grooming was from the local Mobil grooms whom I give a 5 starts to said that the dog is amazing..

I'd rather give no stars at all, I don't feel they run a very good business. I had an appointment this morning 9/5/20 for my Roxy (this was our 1st time) & I had to GPS the location. The address was to a roofing company the web site stated they were closed & no one would answer the phone! How do you even have a business??? If you know your going to be closed then DON'T BOOK APPOINTMENTS!!!!!! WILL NOT WASTE MY TIME AGAIN!

The staff is more than helpful. My honey has been going up here for over a year and we love it. She is always so excited to get there and the owner treats her like one of her own. They're prices for daycare are lower than anywhere else in the area. I would not dream of taking her anywhere else. She is the white one next to her best play mate, Tide.

I have 4 yorkies. I used to take them to Doggie doo. I would explain and show pictures of the cut I wanted for my dogs. Several times they would cut my dogs how they wanted and would give an excuse. They have told me several times oh we told the groomers how to cut them, or we're sorry it was miscommunication. PLEASE DON'T TAKE YOUR DOGS THERE.

I’ve been taking my baby to this place for about two years, loved the staff. But recently had a very bad experience with the new staff. She stayed for 3 days for boarding, and I had asked for grooming to be done on the day she was gonna be picked up, until I realized that the girl who usually grooms my baby was not there, I decided to just picked her up, and she was handed back to me with a huge ball of poop, that I know it did not belonged to her.She got poop all over my car, and she had poop all over her.It made me feel like she was not well taken care of.Never taking her back, as the new staff does care and do not put the love on this babies. They simply do not care.
