We went to the men’s department looking for my son a suit after leaving another store in the mall without finding one. As soon as we walked in where the suits was we was greeted by a very nice man! He was so helpful from the moment we walked in that department! We found the perfect suit for my son. I wish I would have remembered his name because I would highly recommend him for your suit needs!!! He was very knowledgeable and kind!Also, Josh in the men’s department was very helpful! I had to end up returning the pants I had bought. He was very nice and helpful!!

Gents, if ya need a suit, go see Gerald. The man knows his stuff and is an absolute professional. I just bought 2 suits from him and he was super patient and knowledgable. It didn't take nearly as long as I thought to find two suits because he was on a mission to find the right ones. He helped picking the right shirt and tie combos too. He knows fits to a tee. I wanted to argue a couple times about sizes and he proved me wrong. Great service from a super nice guy. I don't think you'll get that level of service anywhere else in Huntsville.

I will never return to this store again. Honey I am not going shopping if I don't have money. And I am shopping or looking at Dillard's and apparently I was the only white female and that made all the employees on edge. Next thing I knew an officer was on my every step. Can we say profiling. Like I am wearing a cardigan for God sakes. I miss Madison square mall. I will never go back to Dillard's I bet the employees cannot even buy half of that stuff with their discount, I will go back one more time just to buy that purse that I was looking at just to show them they're running off good paying customers.

The lady who attends the dressing room, she said her name was “Lisa” (probably not a real name) was extremely rude to our whole family and didn’t let my family come into the dressing room to come see me try on dresses. She got into a verbal argument with my 17 year old friend about being rude to us and then tried to get mad at my mom for defending her. Hope she feels good being on her power trip over dressing rooms and arguing with teenagers, must be a miserable life!

I bought stud earrings on Thursday, put them in that night to wear to dinner. When I put the earrings in both posts bent and one nearly broke off. I attempted to return the earrings this morning and the jewelry sales lady refused to give me a refund because I don't have the card the earrings came on. She stated they aren't in original condition. Of course they aren't. They are bent and nearly broken. So I am out the cost of earrings that aren't worth anything to begin with.

Just got my wife and daughter shoes last minute at Dillards in the Parkway Place mall. Apparently they bring in the real talent over the holidays, because their guy Chad got me everything I needed in less than 30 minutes and was easily the coolest dude in the entire mall. Best retail experience in decades.

Tiffani at the Lancome counter did my makeup. What a treasure! She listened to me and chose makeup that fits my style. She is so talented at makeup application and choosing product colors that are flattering. I learned so much from her.

Second store we walked in to at the mall today and walked right out. Wife was trying to find some clothes and was bossed around by a little girl’s mom who pretended to be a store worker. Don’t know why people can’t be nice, especially during the holiday season. Will take our business to Bridge Street from now on.

Expensive just like any other store in the mall. Did have some awesome sales though and their staff was great. Often times someone would be nearby and would ask if I needed help, because I looked lost. Haha But really enjoyed all employees that I encountered.

The lady in the shoe department was SOOOOOO nice. The little girls clothing department the men were so dry and didn't make the shopping experience an EXPERIENCE. Anyway the pink dress was badly damaged they wanted to take $6 off a $60 dress. My daughter cried her little heart out because there was no way I was buying that. Also the camis were not on the correct sizing hanging neither were the dresses. Two ppl working in that department and YEA....NO. 4 stars for the nice lady in the shoes section. She had personality and made the experience a good one. Thank you for her. Otherwise, I wouldve took my $300 elsewhere.

My mother & I visited Dillard's over the weekend in hopes of finding a wider selection of bras, considering I wear a larger cup size with a smaller waistband, it can be extremely difficult to find a proper fit for me. We were greeted by Becky in the lingerie dept. and she took it away from there! She immediately was able to "eye my size" and she got me perfectly from her first try! I was beyond impressed & relieved to have found someone that actually knows what they are doing. Anyone with an experience at Victoria's Secret knows what I mean... that store is an absolute scam. Becky was knowledgeable, kind, professional, and beyond HELPFUL!!!! I'm not sure what Becky is being paid, yet, I feel fairly certain she needs a raise. We will be back next time I am needing new bras. THANK YOU, BECKY!! :)

This store is overrated . Got the money they’re charging, one would think you could find a more beautiful selection of clothing. It’s a snooze fest…ESPECIALLY in Florence, AL.

Dillard's has a nice selection of everything. I can always find something in the men's and ladies departments. The store also has a nice housewares and shoe department. They also have a nice selection of ladies dresses for special occasions.
