I have been there 4-5 times since getting the Dick’s Sporting Goods app from the App Store! I love it! The staff there are so wonderful and nice and friendly! I am even the top fan of this store on Facebook! Woohoo! The products they sell are consistently so wonderful! I will definitely be back! And, I have gotten a lot of use out of my utility bench that I bought from there for $200!

I want to specifically mention how helpful Richard, in the golf department, was last week! Not sure if he works there regularly or if he was in town from another store for inventory (they were doing inventory that night!) but he provided excellent customer service and was extremely helpful. Out of all the times that I have been to DSG and looked at golf equipment, I've never received that level of interest and service as we did that evening - and I'm there almost once per week at the Bridge Street and Jones Valley locations. Appreciated his efforts so much and will definitely be back for him to help again if he is available!

my wife and i were shopping in the outdoors section of the store today and chelsea, who was working that area at the time offered help to us in finding what we needed. i have to say that it was probably one of the best customer service experiences i have had anywhere in a very long time!! She was very helpful, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the products we were looking at. And the best part was the patience and honesty, when i asked her about some of the specific details about products that she was unsure of, she researched and found the CORRECT ANSWERS instead of getting impatient and making something up. I was very pleased with the experience. Would give 10 stars if i could.

I am one half of the coaching staff of the 14u Madison County Rec champion girls fastpitch softball team. We come from north Madison county to this location for one simple reason. The management and store staff are second to none in customer service and product knowledge. This location is always very well stocked and clean. I will argue that this is the best sporting goods store location in North Alabama.

It's a typical Dicks sporting goods store. There's nothing overly special about this location. It seems about the same as all the others.Employees are helpful and friendly. They do their best. The selection is pretty good, and prices aren't terrible. It's usually not crowded inside, and everything is kept stocked. Would go again.

Dick’s Sporting Goods was created for hunting and fishing. This location sells none of it. Take the hunting and fishing pictures down, and lose the attitude if you are asked where the ammo is located. This particular store is nothing but another clothing, shoe, sports, and fitness location. Don’t bother with anything else.

One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Tiffany helped me and went far out of her way to find the exact sized item I needed for a Christmas present. It was not in the store or online, so i settled for a larger size. But the cashier told me as she was ringing up my order that Tiffany had found it in the back. My son's Christmas present is complete because she took time to go the extra mile. Thank you Tiffany!

They have a lot to choose from. We were there for a coat for the holidays. I don't know if it is from working extra hours or what but it seems that people that work in these places aren't very friendly or helpful. I'm probably one of the easiest people to deal with. I'll never understand why people go into the line of work where they have to work with people if they can't treat people nicely. Again, I'll just chop it up as it being the holiday season and they were probably tired. We didn't find what we were looking for but we did find a lot of great deals and prices. A great variety of things as well.

So we decided to spend one of our stimulus checks on my lovely daughter. Bought her a kayak, a life jacket and a bunch of other stuff along with some chacos. This was at least 2 weeks ago. My daughter called tonight and noticed she had two right shoes. No box, we don't have the receipt, but I called.... AFTER HOURS and very nice guy answered. I explained that he was my only hope, if he had two lefts in the store we were good. He very nicely said that he thought he did. Brief hold and we get to swap out the left for the right. Answered the phone after hours. Thanks guys!!!

This is where me and my boy head whenever my wife wants to go shopping. I mean, what guy can't spend hours walking around the store, looking at large expensive toys??? I was surprised how some items are pretty competitive with Amazon..like the Goalrilla series and some of the other higher end items. Service is okay once you find someone to help. They seem pretty knowledgeable on their products.

Terrible customer service; employees standing around socializing. Not helpful at all. Keep in mind the store was practically empty. I finally asked an associate to direct me to the soccer cleats. He walked me back to the cleats and then walked off. He never offered to help with sizing; no one came to check on us. I walked around just to see if I could get someone’s attention. No associate acknowledged me; I guess they were too busy socializing . If I had not absolutely had to purchase some bigger soccer cleats for my daughter, I would have walked out. So disappointed.

The store manager Mr Baeder was extremely helpful in our Kayak buying process and the inventory on hand was outstanding. I know we were a pain but he didn't even blink after we asked him to take down about 4 or 5 different kayaks to look them over. You couldn't ask for a better manager and the new store is great. Cabela's needs to send their staff over to learn what customer service is all about.

Sorry. Went to ck out counter with assorted fishing lures marked down priced two dollars each as on signDisguised pricing. Said ha to get min of 3. Went back to. Sporting goods and very small print stated min of 3. Same thing with whopper popper lures. Left store and spent $ 78 at academy. Thing haven't changed at Dick's.

A great store to go see, try, then buy it online for much less. Seems like most of the prices were full retail. We did get some plastic straws to fit a cooler bottle.

This location is my favorite for toddler and children sneakers / tennis shoes. Excellent selection and great prices. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They know what customer service means.

the only reason i’m giving 2 stars instead of one is because i love the product. but every time i come in there’s seemingly no one around to ask for help other than the cashiers and they are usually always too busy ringing someone up to leave and come help me

Don’t go here looking for fishing, hunting or shooting gear. They have removed all of these items... manger said it wasn’t their call, so maybe all Dick’s locations are heading this way. My money will now go to Academy Sports by default.
