The old man with the glass was so rude. I handed him my card and he threw it down on the counter like he has an attitude and didn’t want to hand it back to me. There was no greeting. He act like i wasn’t there. Don’t give nobody a bad day cause you having one.

I went to the drive thru at 12:44pm on November 26,2023. I asked for 4 COVID home test, I paid for them but also asked do they not offer free test kits anymore, she said no I said that is unfortunate the pandemic is not over since people are still sick with COVID. She threw the bag at me and slammed the drive thru window. I was in shock. I called and spoke to the pharmacist about her behavior and plan on contacting the store manager tomorrow ( Monday).

My wife was in this CVS today. She is diabetic and was in the pharmacy section when her blood sugar bottomed out. When her sugar drops she becomes disoriented and can even collapse, so requested help from a pharmacist, and he told her he was going to get her something to bring her sugar up. She sat down, but he didn't return for a long long time, and when he finally did he had nothing for her, and looked at her and with astonishment said, "your still here?!?....I'll go get you something." She told h nevermind and struggled to go get something herself.This is despicable customer service and we will never step foot in a CVS ever again!

Terrible pharmacy. Scheduled a covid vaccine appointment but they never bothered to call me to tell me they were out of the vaccine, only found out when I showed up for my scheduled appointment. Avoid.

My insurance company had me change my pharmacy to this CVS. Total failure!!! They didn’t have my prescription and they said they would have order it and it would be in Monday. Being no one called to let me know my prescription was in, I decided to call. First, I was hold for 10 minutes before someone picked up the phone. Then they said it did not come in and they said it was on back order. They told me I could call another CVS to see if they had it. Then they hung up on me. Terrible customer service! Go anywhere else if you can.

Too many bad experiences at this location. Staff is rude, hateful, and undeserving of any more of our time or business. Please stop taking your anger out on customers and acting like you hate having to do anything for them.

I called the CVS to check on medication all the from Madison, I was still on hold when I got here. The medication was still not ready. The pharmacist is so slow. Then the little skin chick that look like boy got attitude.
