Fennell was awesome! He has the best customer service out of any employee I have ever encountered, at any store in my life. He was building a bed, and was helping me pick out furniture for my new house at the same time. The bed he was working on actually ended up being my choice so I was able to see how to put it together for future reference. He was so kind and willing to help. I tried to come April 24th but was told I could not by furniture and would have to wait by I assume the manger because nobody that could help was there at 7pm. So I cam back the next day, unfortunately the mattress that was on sale day prior was no longer on sale because it ended the 26th, but I am glad she turned me away because my service experience with Fennell was much much better.

This place has what you need at competitive prices. Fennell , an employee when an extra mile to help me... Staff is great and seems helpful. I do recommend this to my friends and family. I will be back..

It is always fun shopping at Big Lots. You never know what you can find amd buy. It is not always cheap and few items sometimes their cost is higher compared to Wallmart ( for example)

This is the cleanest, most organized Big Lots I've ever been in. The shelves were neat and organized, well-stocked, and the staff was very helpful. The restroom was even impeccable! Due to to the pleasant shopping environment, I definitely lingered longer in the store and spent more money. :) Shout out to Vickie at store 5141. Job well done.

Fennell in the furniture department was fantastic. His customer service was top notch and his knowledge made the process easy start to finish. He alone makes a stressful process easy. We had 3 kids with us and he helped us manage them while we were making our choice, he was fantastic. Please let him know we appreciate him and he brings the customers in this store.

Last night we came in because we had a $10 off of $20 e-mail. Jayden was super sweet and did a price check for me because the clearance details were a little questionable. At check out he helped me pull up my coupon since apparently I pulled up my member card instead. Normally the employees at this location are just getting through their day, this kid was wonderful and helpful with a positive attitude.

Big Lots is a great place to shop and the staff is great. It was the only place in town today that I could find a nice small plug in Christmas Tree under 50 bucks after shopping in larger department stores. The staff is friendly and willing to help at your request. The prices are competitive and they have a little bit of everything!!! Keep up the good work Big Lots!! I ll be back :-)

They had some good deals but they seem to be to busy to help me with the stuff I came in to get. The patio section is where I needed help but nobody was available and the lines were long. I didn't want to go through the long line just to ask for help. I left and drove all the way to the competition. I'm glad I did. I got a cheaper one for a good deal and they helped me right away. Looks like I'll be going there from now on

The store manager is very polite and knowledgeable. You can tell she really puts her heart into her job. She has built an amazing support staff and they too care about the store and their customers. It is always clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The big box store chains can learn a Big Lots from the staff at this particular store.

The store was clean and organized. They greeted me as I walked in. Pricing of the items were great. I was disappointed when I tried to use a manufacturer coupon at checkout. It would not scan and the clerk didn't seem to know what to do. I would still recommend the store, just not to use that type of coupon (proctor and gamble) there.

Probably the cleanest Big Lots I've ever been in, especially just a couple of days after Christmas which is when I went. I got some good deals on what I needed. Super friendly staff, one guy saw I had an armful of stuff but hadn't gotten a buggy so he ran and got one for me, without being asked to do so. Friendly cashier. You can't ask for much else in a store.

It's a quick store to get in and out, but be prepared there a lot of things they don't carry. And sometimes they might have something you like and then not have it the next time you go. It's a hit or miss, and a little pricey on some items.

Great customer service from Anthony. My husband and I purchased a couch, ottoman, and entertainment center. Because of their 20% off sale we got everything for a great price and pretty much got the entertainment center for free!

They fired me because i couldn't come into work and i specifically called in the day that i couldn't come in to work and i was told to call back later on to speak to scott and when i did i told him the reason why i couldn't come in and yet again he was rude and disrespectful towards me the last couple days and he decided to fire me because i tried to get a hold of him specifically the whole entire day and i never heard back from him so tbh im glad he fired me because i don't deal with disrespectful people to well

Was sent to this Big Lots Store from the other Big Lots to get a piece of furniture that I wanted. It was on February 8th Saturday night about 7:00pm. The workers were just like at the other Big Lots Store in Huntsville. They were on the ball. I told the lady at the register what I needed and she called to someone in the back to check to see if they had the furniture item that I wanted and they did have it. He brought it right up and she rang me up and I was in and out of the store within 15 minutes. Exceptional service. Nice and friendly and helpful too. Thank you all so much. The service was excellent unlike any he service in Lawrenceburg Tennessee Big Lots where I was run around by workers that knew nothing for about an hour and I still didn’t know anything. Had to do the calling other stores for my item by myself. Never want to go there again.

As always, Big Lots delivered....but we do have one suggestion, please order more AKC pee pads for dogs, we have three tzus and go thru a pack quickly, so we purchase like 6 or 7 packs of 100 pads a month. Thanks.....

This store is very clean and organized. I always enjoy shopping in this one. You never know what you might find when you go to Big Lots, but you can be sure it will be a bargain. They had lots of Christmas sale items even though it was before Christmas.
