Great experience. I took on a 3 tier fountain project and the Across the Pond staff was with me every step of the way. When you start these projects, you get to know everyone as you work through the process and walk the grounds daily to talk strategy, buy materials, and order scoops.First off, Everardo knows his stuff and stayed ahead of me as we discussed photos of the progress. Great recommendations on building a wide enough disappearing basin, rigging something to get enough pour out of the bottom fountain tier, best way to build the pump housing, etc. This is during the build, not fixing things after the fact. His guidance was huge in nailing the project and not having to go back. Had a good time talking about the possibilities also.We aren't done yet. I told Everardo that I want to add a spray ring and put some lights in.Thanks all. Well done.

Bought screened leveling mix and screened top soil for new lawn. Staff seems pretty awesome. What I got was pretty quality stuff. However it was full of rock, concrete, and glass. Just beware before you put this on your lawn. I am still finding glass in this soil. That creates an unsafe situation for pets and kids.Edit: Owner went out of their way to contact me and talk to me. Offered me a more than generous gift card. You guys are awesome, service and soil is is top notch.

I needed a soil blend for a raised garden and, after investigating prices and labor involved, chose Across The Pond for a bulk delivery. My 8 x 16 foot garden required 27 cubic feet or 2.8 cubic yards of soil mix and having the delivery truck dump it directly into the garden made my job much easier. My finished garden is shown in the photo below.The staff was very helpful and courteous. I highly recommend them for any garden or landscaping needs.

Lots of quality pond supplies. Tons of koi and goldfish.They do have just about everything for making an outdoor oasis, but its not cheap, its all top of the line high-end quality and prices to match so be ready for that.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, and have had some good experiences there, but I had a less than satisfactory experience with the owners. I will NOT do business with again.Edit in response to ATP comment: No, my situation was not resolved after speaking to the owner - owner did not provide proper discounts. Owner provided our contractor with less of a discount than usually offered even though the contractor is a very loyal and high quality patron. ATP should take better care of their contractors.

Finally after going to this place for 10 years I'm writing a review. They are exceptionally helpful. Whether it is 100 degrees or below freezing, they are always willing to help me find something in the yard. Their inventory is best in the area, they are friendly, and they know a great deal about their products.

I came in for some Alabama pea gravel and I was impressed. The place was crowded but I only had to wait for 2 minutes to check out because there were 2 ladies working checkout. I paid for my gravel and by the time I walked to the truck the guy running the Cat was already there with my gravel in the bucket waiting on me. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I will be back next week for another scoop. It is nice decorative gravel for a good price. It sure looks better than pine straw and I won't have to replace it every 6 months.

Super friendly staff, and a plethora of product to look at and put your hands on. They took their time and answered a slew of questions we had for them. Their price point was great. Highly recommend using them for your landscaping/hardscaping needs.

Worst company I have ever done business with We had 2 tons of Alabama river rock medium sized paid for and even paid extra to have it delivered. My wife sends me a pic of the gravel they dropped in my driveway it was not barely over half a ton. Called them and they argued that it was the full 2 ton, after sending them a pic they continued to argue it. Then the so called manager called us back and said no it was only 1 ton that they were out and we would have to wait til they got more in. I told him I have waited a week and was told that they would deliver two tons. I should not have to call and argue with you that you didn't deliver the right amount when I have already paid up front then have to wait what I was told possibly 2 more weeks for the rest. On top of it all I asked for a refund they come and got the gravel out of the driveway and it has been a whole week and have yet to get the 487 dollars back.

The owner is a bit rude, everything is overpriced but nice selection.As per the owners response. I have previously worked at a previous location years ago. However, google ask for a review and i feel my review is fair and just. The selection is very unique however quite overpriced. That's evident if you have ever visited the property. Also by your response its quite evident you are rude and a bit bitter to say the least. I didn't go into detail how most pottery and some concrete products come from countries that promote sweat shops and forced child labor. Nor did I explain the ludicrous profit margin that is made off such items. I'm still baffled as to what discipline you mention considering I left ATP due to low wages, giving a very generous two week notice when I did leave.

Walked in and not one person, out of the SIX I saw, ever acknowledged I was in there. Walked past me, never spoke, nothing. The items I wanted, I put back and walked out. And NOBODY was in there, so they weren't busy. Won't go back.

anyone using Across the Pond should beware of extra setup charges. I purchased three river rocks for a total of $240.00, I asked about delivery and set up and was told $95.00, little more than i wanted to pay for this but it was for my Wife's 65th birthday. The rocks were delivered and my wife told the driver where she would like these rocks placed and the driver stated that he don't do that and that there is an extra charge of $60.00 charge. This was not told to me and with my wife and I being 65 & me at 66 years old there is no way we can do that. So beware anyone using Across the Pond they will give you the delivery price but don't tell you about the set up charge. I did call another place where I could purchase some river rocks they did state that they would deliver for $50.00 and since my setup is in my front yard they would charge only $20.00 for that.

Employees are awesome and it's great fun to feed the join and turtles. However we came for pond/fountain tops and unfortunately they don't even sell them. The only few they have are $600+ which is a little ridiculous. For all the pond, landscaping, and fountain equipment they have, they lack some of the simple things.

This place is great. The array of outside decorative options is wonderful, plus if you're looking for rock or stone of any kind, they have it. They will building anything you want on your patio, from rock benches to rock or stone fireplaces....

Love Across the Pond! They sell all kinds of outdoor stuff there and I am completely obsessed with the Koi! Everyone is always helpful and friendly! I don't know all of their names but yesterday while I was in there Aaron was especially helpful. I am on a knee scooter and he came out to my car to help me with my scooter, held both of the doors for me and was patient while we picked out the fish we wanted. I do not know the cashiers name but she was great as well! Thank you ATP for always making us feel welcome!

Beautiful place! They are very helpful, and they a huge selection of stone and pavers. They also have an excellent selection of koi and many other things for the backyard. The staff is very helpful, and they will help at every step of the installation process.
