So I did a price check last night to switch my rx they told me for name brand would be no charge, and this morning it would be available. I showed up at 915am and it wasn't ready. They told me it's not supposed to be filled till today...I knew that and the lady last night said it would be ready... next I got text saying my rx is 30 dollars. So I called the lady was absolutely rude told me I had it at a different pharmacy and it will be still 30 for the generic and I asked about what had happened to last night she said she didn't know and the name brand is over 400 dollars! So much for trying to save money and awful customer service won't be refilling here ever again!!!!!

Was waiting on notification that a refill was ready . After several days, I calls the refill line back . Computer says to call the pharmacy for more information . I tried to call several times . They NEVER pick up the phone. Went to a Walmart by my job & had them call Hueytown. My medicine was back ordered . It would be nice if the pharmacy would call to tell me that😡

I have tried to give this Walmart pharmacy the benefit of the doubt but once again they have disappointed me. There is a SERIOUS lack of communication with customers regarding medications needing to be reordered, medication change etc. If the customers don't call to follow up, YOU WON'T KNOW because they will not call, send a text or send an email. If I have to drive a good distance to go to another pharmacy I will, but I WILL NOT be going back to this Walmart pharmacy.
