Of course, this is a grocery store and to leave a review. Sounds a little ridiculous, but just hear me out. This has to be the best grocery store i've ever been to, not Just because of all the products that they have, but the management and the staff members are so amazing. They really make you feel like you're welcomed. And they really care about their customers period let me put it into perspective. I have been coming to this grocery store for 8 months since I have moved here. They have checked on me through my entire pregnancy. To make sure I was okay and that the baby was delivered safely period they know my children's name and are always so sweet to them when we walk in, they notice as soon as we enter in the door! If you want a grocery store that makes you feel like you're home, this is a place to go!

On October 14th I was in your store. While at the register waiting to check out, a tall young white woman( I’ll call her Karen) walked up to the cashier and asked her in a loud voice, did the customer in front of me pay for the little boys candy. Karen didn’t make eye contact with anyone in line, but stared at the cashier, who appeared stunned by her question. The cashier replied yes, she paid for the candy. Karen then looked at the family with disdain and turned and walked away. I will not shop in this store again. Had I not needed the item I had and it was to late to go anywhere else, I would have left it behind. I don’t think I have to say, but the family was black. If I could, I would give less than one star.

We understand that things have changed since the covid-19 and I have been giving them most of my business. When I was here the other day the manager told me they moved back their closing time to 10pm. I was surprised. Online it says they close at 10pm & I pulled up at 8:50 PM just now and the rude rent-a-cop Security guy said, “They are closed” and so the now close 10 minutes before 9pm and they have a rude guy who wants to make sure you don’t come back? I am going to guess that PW many stores may lose customers & have to close too. Is it too much to ask to understand that the customer keeps you in business!

Early morning shopping, I use to think it didn’t matter, but coming here is making a believer out of me. The store was clean, uncrowned, and the employees seemed less stressed. They had the meat selection my wife wanted which made me happy, one store shopping is my preference.

The store seemed to be laid out very well, it was neat and clean and all the employees I encountered were very polite and helpful. Everything appeared well stocked and I found everything I needed to be my first time shopping here. I will probably be back when the need arises.

Nice and clean. I'm giving it only 3 stars due to the lack in variety compared to all of the other location. The general manager was very nice and courteous to me and explained that they do not offer the items of other locations because they view the area as "lower income" which is just not true. Perhaps if you stocked your store like the other locations you would see that people here want to buy the same items offered "over the mountain". Although they do offer an excellent variety of Hispanic foods.

*VERY Disppointed - VERY HAPPY *I call this store to see if they had "Kelly Meats" ( I am from out of town), I was told that they did however, when I got there I couldn't find it. I spoke to the store manager Alonzo, and he found it for me. Thank you for your professionalism and attention to detail.

Cost plus 10%, I feel like they are being paid to allow you to shop there. Even take an additional 10% of your food stamps. Prices may be lower but it all adds back up for them when you pay the 10%

We purchased steaks here on Saturday April 6, 2019 and cooked them on our grill. They were the MOST HORRIBLE STEAKS WE'VE EVER TRIED TO EAT. They were gray, and smelled funny after we cooked them. Not only was the color and smell off, they tasted awful and no one could eat their steak. TO ALL HUEYTOWN RESIDENTS, DO NOT SHOP HERE, ESPECIALLY FOR MEAT!

I go there sometimes. Most often it is a good experience. I have had a number of cashiers who were not very friendly as well as some who were. My main complaint is sometimes the produce people will have their carts all sideways and you can not get by and they are oblivious to the fact that people are trying to get by. Sometimes 2 or more are talking and they have to see you, yet won't straighten cart to let you by. One pulled up & blocked a short narrow little isle they had created which I was in the middle of and paid no attention to me and she was on cell phone. I was trapped and asked her to excuse me..She was not friendly...Maybe I have bad luck with timing re: produce people...But they just seem to have no awareness or care that people are trying to get by. It has been awhile since this has happened, as I do not go as often or have not gone to produce dept. Maybe it has since improved.

I buy all of my meat here!! Great selection of fresh inexpensive meat!! Be informed that you pay an extra 10% on top of your final price. That's the only downside. But it's still a good deal on the meats.

Decent selection. Good prices. Meats and produce are always fresh. I only gave 4 stars though because the layout doesn't make sense to me and management is rude.

Between the lady that gets off on asking 40 yr old women if they want a senior citizens discount (repeatedly), not traning how to bag groceries ( always putting raw meat with non cooked fresh foods) to not making sure you get your bags (I'm home trying to cook and they left out a bag) m losing patience with these people.

Shop here every other day. Stopped in today for a roll for of quarters and it was a problem(never a problem before). Maybe the manager was having a bad night because he had to play cashier... which is still not the customers fault. Customer service goes a long way.

The Pig has done a great job with this former Winn Dixie store. They have very nice selection and very attractive prices. Plus their employees seem genuinely glad to see you shopping there.

I love the selection and the great savings.ALWAYS worth the drive ! I recommend everyone go if they want products not foumd at Wally World and cheaper !! Customer service is pretty good especially in the meat department

I went into the store and found everything I wanted. I was asked by the produce staff if I needed help finding something. When I made it to the check out, all registers were open making it a speedy trip to the store.

The Pig,is really my go to store! They have what I need. My only wish is that, they would stock up on more oxtails, sell them less than other stores and better selections of ice cream

I went in looking for some chicken wings I asked the guy in the meat department do you think your going to get some wings in today asked three time and also said excuse me excuse me the manager heard me went and asked the employee and I was told he couldn’t hear me because he had his mask on, mask had nothing to do with his hearing . The manager was great .But the guy was rude

Great prices, great employees. Easy shopping because of stores layout. Good variety of products. Draft beer on tap ect.
