I cannot believe what this shop did to my golden. They shaved him completely and ruined his coat forever. This is completely unprofessional and animal abuse. The took our payment and charged us $90 before showing us what he looked like and refused to give us our money back. Never again. If you love ur fur babies don’t go here

I have been taking my two Cavalier King Charles boys to Elegante Poodle since we moved to Alabama a year ago. The owner and groomers at EP never disappoint. They groom my pups exactly how I ask them, and even store the grooming info in their computer so they can access it each time we come in. Anyone who has owned a Cavie knows how long, soft and difficult to maintain their hair can be, but the ladies at EP trim them perfectly every time. And they love going to the shop, which tells me the staff loves and cares for them while they’re there. The most amazing thing is the PRICE! When we lived in Atlanta I would pay upwards of $100 for just one of my dogs. At EP, it’s less than that for both of them. I can get them groomed every month now, which is what they need due to the heat. I highly suggest EP to any dog owner. We live in McCalla, but it is WORTH the drive!

My first visit there took my little dog there for a full makeover. I was pleased with the grooming that was done. Once I got home, I noticed that my dog didn't smell clean, and his nails were sharp. I called to let them know the following morning and was told to bring him back. They took care of my concerns for my puppy 🐶. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Very friendly staff and I can sometimes be confusing when asking For what I want. But the staff members put their heads together and my little khloe came out with the best haircut ever. She normally snatches her bows out as soon as we make it home, she pranced in the mirror every chance she got.. *she just knew she was pretty* also one of the staff members showed me how to correctly tie bows in her head to where they will stay.. I have found my dogs forever groomers, because they sure made her look and feel like an elegant poodle.

We took our Schnoodle today .His name Is Riley. He actually is our neighbor dog but we have been taking care of him as well during this pandemic we love this dog & after 5 months told the owner he needs to be groomed. This was the best decision ever. This shop knows how to get your dog just right & they are very nice & professional. They tell you exactly the different options . It’s a 5 star for us. He will be back 👍🏾

Princess loves going to her "Beauty Shop" appointments. She loves the staff here and so do I. They are so friendly and gentle with all the fur~babies. This grooming shop is very clean. This place is a joke! Absolutely horrible! I dropped my dog off at 9:00 & she was put into a kennel. At 1:30 I called to see if she was ready & they were just starting on her! 5 hours later! My baby was stuck in a kennel with NO water, had not been outside to potty for at least 5 hours before they ever touched her! 😡 Then once ready my husband picked her up & brought her home. I then saw she had NOT even been cut like I asked! Her face looked as horrible as when I dropped her off! And her face was dirty! It was chaotic & way too many dogs at one time! Don’t waste your time, money & please don’t put your fur baby thru that!! 😢

Friendly staff. However my dog was in misery with fleas. He didn't have fleas when he got there. I didn't expect fleas when he left. He came from the groomer to the house. I had to get up in the middle of the night and give him a flea bath. He gets flea and tick pills every month. With a occasional flea bath just in case, he's a house dog. Theres no reason for him to have fleas his not around other dogs. Please clean up.

I have used Elegante Poodle for several years. They have groomed different breeds of dogs for me. They provide excellent service. Reasonably priced. Caring towards your pets. I would strongly recommend them for grooming service.
