The store is just fine, and friendly staff. Easy to get to the location in a Plaza with a Piggly Wiggly serving as the anchor. A couple of restaurants in the plaza and a smoke shop for vapes and other things. 4 of 5 because their carts have that tall pole attached to them so you can't roll them out of the store. So shop light.

I have actually shopped this Dollar Tree store twice in the last few months. I guess those 2 days were not the best days to shop. No one greeted us as we entered the store. Employee stocking did say "hi". Several empty spots on shelves. Not as organized as most Dollar Tree. No customer service feelings at checkout.

Large assortment of well stocked $1.25 items, fast customer service at the register even though the lines were backed up almost 17 customers deep, this being the Friday before Christmas, the store was packed but the employees were doing the best they could under the circumstances.

hii Julie you know who this is your wrong for "firing" a manager for no reason and we all know who we're talking about your not even a full time manager and you think your higher then everyone and when you don't wanna come into work your run w your tail in-between your legs toward Leroy crying saying everyone else don't come in when you barely work any hours and complain non stop, even customers complain about you, the workers hate the thought of being on the same schedule as you. You are rude and disrespectful and yet you still work here, when you need to be fired.

It's uselly ok I have went and witness the manager and worker arguing and there was these school young girls in it was 30 mon before closing and the lady yelled at the girls told them they had played long enough to get what they wanted and go check out.the girls was just been girls laughing having fun.well in the next 5 min As the girls exit the store I seen the lady lock the door behind them it was 20 min till closing next thing I knew the lady yelled at Me to make my final purchase go to the front , she was very rude and this isn't the first time a worker there has been rude to be the ladies in Bessemer dollar tree is always polite and helpful they get two times the customer and are never rude.

Line was all the way down the aisle. The cashiers were handling it. They were courteous. Why put them under that pressure. It's my understanding that y'all won't hire or schedule enough cashiers. It wasn't just this store. I was at the Hoover store yesterday, same thing. These stores are busy and you are making the money so please DO BETTER.

This store have Plenty of stock in Everything they sale. The manager & other associates are very nice. Great shopping experience. My husband and I will Definitely continue to shop there.

This review has nothing to do with the staff, this is for the staff....Dollar Tree Corporate Office should be in here working instead of the employees...open the door and the hot air about knocks you down...you make tons of money and the AC should always be running. service them every month and listen to the technician s when they say the store AC has a issue and fix it...I saw where it was 85 degrees in the store and 100 outside and heat index 113 today . You should be ashamed of yourself ...

I enjoy all Dollar tree sores. Some are bigger and more stock but I rely on that store for a lot. And buy more than I should every time I go

A great store for buying greeting cards, balloons for Graduations etc. They have cheap bar soap, snacks candy and gifts, school supplies although limited in amounts.

Went to go spend my money today and my 5 year old squeezed a toy for dogs that made a sound The girl at the register got on the microphone and said dont not play with the toys in the store I was pisst so I went elsewhere to spend my money Also while I was there someone made a Halloween toy go off she got back on the microphone and said do not play with the toys When I found her name I will post I heard her say the manager had to do it The customers also had something to say about her getting on the microphone 🤨

Wouldn't even give them that but there are no Negative signs !!! Why do you say open at 8 pull up and told no don't open until 9 .If you Google dollar tree the one in Hueytown opens at 8 not 9 . It is a real inconvenience to go some where and they don't open when it says .

Service here sucks! The employees talk on their cell phones at the cash register. Also, this place never has any balloons...i end up going to the one in Fairfield.

Does not even blow up balloons that is not theirs I had to blow balloons for a gender reveal they said no. They has to be theirs.
