Worst CVS and that's saying something bc they're all bad. But this one in particular is the worst pharmacy, worst public bathrooms, worst photo pickup, can not find one positive thing to say about this place. I'm petitioning my insurance company to stop making this the only available pharmacy to get my medicine bc EVERY time I leave here I leave angry.

Went to pharmacy this morning after a trip to the ER last night. The gentleman at the pharmacy was able to process the medication immediately and I really appreciate that.

I just arrived tonight (9/29/23) at 7:40 pm in the drive-thru. The car in front of me moved up to the window at 7:45 pm. Nobody ever came to the window to help them, me or anyone. They pulled off at 8pm and I could see employees just standing there. If you're not going to help anyone, you should at least let your customers know that instead of wasting our time, especially when we are sick.

This pharmacy has a lot of issues. I left the urgent care last night and went to this CVS to wait inside for my prescriptions to be ready. The Muslim lady got an attitude and said the prescriptions just came in so I’d have to sit down. I left and came back the next morning and used the drive thru instead. After 30 minutes, 2 cars coming in behind me and then leaving because it literally took that long AND hitting the call button at least 4 times, the same lady finally came to the window. I feel terrible and just want to go home, take my medicine, and go to sleep. I will not be using this pharmacy ever again. Family owned is absolutely better than corporate. If you’re looking for a better, caring atmosphere, Stephen’s Pharmacy on 15th street never disappoints.

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. No customer service training at all. No one greets you, or acknowledges that you're even there. Until the pharmacist is replaced, I doubt it will ever get any better. They all look miserable and must hate their job.

I wish I could give zero stars now I remember why I stopped going here originally and switched to Walgreens. I am made to feel extraordinarily uncomfortable every time I go in the store to the point where the cashier will stand at the end of the aisle I’m on and stare at me but will refuse to acknowledge me or say anything when I try to speak. I really wish I would’ve got their name I made sure to pull a receipt from the check out just in case she tried to start something with me but I certainly will not be going back here and I suggest if you need to visit a pharmacy you go to any other location or anywhere but here. You will more than likely be discriminated against here.

I've been with cvs pharmacy for 15 years I'm about to leave due to the pharmacy staff especially ALL the peronaties of the staff except JACOB. EVERY ONE IS BEYOND RUDE..THEY ARE SO LAZY AND SLOW.Constantly ignoring customers and act like they DON'T WANT TO BE THERE. THE ENTIRE STAFF SHOULD BE FIRED AND ALL NEW STAFF MEMBERS. it's not my fault they work there. It's OBVIOUS THEY DON'T WANT TO BE THERE. IM CONSIDERING CHANGING PHARMACIES

I normally have a decent experience here but when I called to find out about a prescription I got an attitude from the lady on the phone and she kept cutting me off when I was speaking. I was not rude or hostile at all. This is absolutely unnecessary. I work in the medical field and I understand it’s frustrating sometimes however I literally dread having to use this pharmacy because of the attitude. Plus my medicine was called in 5 days ago and when I checked then I was told they had nothing ready when I know for sure my doctor called it in. Then I had to go without my meds for 4 days and continue to do so because they failed to order the medication I needed on time and didn’t tell me that my medicine was on “hold” and they wouldn’t have it until Friday of this week. That’s a whole week without my meds and not to mention I’m 8 months pregnant. Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere and sharing this with the better business bureau.

Don’t know why I’m even doing a review. Nothing with these places ever changes. Slowest pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with in my life. All I needed to do was drop-off a prescription. Stood there 30 mins. Just walked out. Headed to Walgreens smh

I called to add good rx codes to check prices for several prescriptions, to decide if I would get them at cvs where I got my usual stuff or at Publix because they’re cheaper. The lady told me it was easier for her if I just scanned them at the store. I was trying to explain the situation when she hung up on me. When I got to the store the codes didn’t work on some. So I transferred them Publix and saved over a hundred dollars. Please don’t use this pharmacy.

this cvs has grown so much over the course of 5 months, the employees are way nicer and help way more, the pharmacy is way more alert and buckled down on satisfying customers, and the front store employees are very sweet women. i used to never come to this cvs and now i do all of the time. good job guys for making cvs a better environment!

I really do not understand the low rating for this branch of CVS. These folks have always been helpful and nice to me. They answer all my questions and I’ve never been on hold a long time without someone checking on me and letting me know what’s up. I really have not had a bad experience here, at all.

The male African American who works the front store is always extremely RUDE especially to couponers. He is also very lazy, never offers to help you and will lie about product availability in order to not have to look or ask anybody. There is literally only 1 nice front store staff member, she is a very pretty skinny African american girl, usually works afternoons. She is sweet as can be. The Caucasian manager is also nice.

AwfulI tried to get my babies medicine and the lady did not greet me. Then she lol at my prescription and said we don’t have it toss it back to me and walked off. No one didn’t offer to see if any other location had it. Just rude

Just called to have a prescription filled and Tammy answered (I guess Tammy is not having a good day). I needed an inhaler and told her I'd be there in 25 mins. She told me there was no way she could have that filled by then and that it would be two hours. I said, "Okay, I'll see you in two hours." *click* No okay we'll see you then or nothing. No cordialities. Oh well I guess they are keeping true to always serve up a good helping of curt and rude. Well, it is the day after the election. 😂🤣😂

If I could give ZERO stars I would! This CVS has the RUDEST employees. They are all standing around cutting up, no one will help you, and they have horrible attitudes when they finally get to you. It's like you're bothering them by being a customer. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Walgreens. They are actually helpful and nice.

THIS.PLACE.IS.AWFUL. I personally hope this place gets shut down, or the people working there get fired.Do they even understand people need medicine to live? Obviously not. When you call them, they hang up on you if you try to say anything, like the rude people they are. LOSE THE ATTITUDE AND GET A HOLD OF YOURSELVES. GROW UP. Not to mention, there's one person there helping, and the rest are just laughing, joking, and not even paying attention to their job. That one person actually helping most of the time has an attitude, too. Just go to Walgreen's, or Rite Aid, if you actually want to get you're prescription filled. They'll ACTUALLY HELP you.

Rude, unhelpful, liars... The pharmacy manager said it was against Alabama law to fill my prescription as written by my dr. Went to Rite Aid and they said lots of people have the same problems at this CVS.

Ask same question to five different pharmacy techs, get five different answers. Some people here are great but most are not. Whoever is in charge of training techs is not any good.

the worst pharmacy customer service. had to wait on hold for over 30 min, to just see if my daughters rx was ready. worst and rude people ive ever met at a pharmacy

Worst customer service I've ever seen. Had to wait 25 mins to drop off a rx then waited over an hour in line to pick up. There were 4 girls standing in the pharmacy laughing and cutting jokes but only one person helping customers. Will not be back. Pack a lunch if you need a rx in this place you will be sitting here for a while.

I went to get documents printed and the cashier told me they don't do that there even though their web page says they do. So I said ill print it as a picture then and she Disappeared. The front of the store was empty. Another customer walks in and asks if Noone was working the front I told her yes there was but she Disappeared.

Arrived in store around 9:10am Tuesday 10/13 walk back to pharmacy to check on availability of a over the counter cream Voltaren (none on the shelves)Three employees in pharmacy 1-on the phone 1-rearranging something 1- not sure what he was doingNevertheless no one acknowledged me or spoke to me for 3 to 5 minutes (not along time to wait but had to be at work) I walked out no one up frontI WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE STORELike cvs but probably my last visitThanks
