8/29/21 The ladies are really sweet and nice. I didn’t have not one problem. Stores looks really good. Plenty of hot food to choose from. Fresh coffee. I even had a great waiter in Denny’s (Jessica ). She was attentive even with having a few other tables and running the register. She’s the G.O.A.T. This store didn’t miss a beat. They were speaking to literally every customer that walked in and offered help. I didn’t see anyone looking down on their phones. This is how a travel center should be. Oh the shower, I’ve never seen a shower as clean as theirs. I didn’t find any hair or nail clippings, the toilet was super clean. The soap was filled. The water was 🔥. I really like this store. Great job everyone at this location. Keep up the great work!

Very clean and well arranged, great parking access, and that's where it ends. They're nice and friendly as long as you let them herd you to self checkout, here. This is twice in three days I've requested a register and they insist for you to use the self checkout. Don't let them bully you, contact corporate. Also on this same day, I reserved a shower before my checkout issue, and suddenly all showers are unavailable for 1 to 2 hours. Maybe just coincidence, but doesn't look good.

1:15 waiting for the shower to be cleaned I had to talk to the manager to do something about it. 10 minutes later I finally have to take a bath. this place sucks, the workers treat the drivers badly all the time. The manager was courteous and polite but apparently the workers do not respect him, all the reviews talk about the same thing.

Stopped here for fuel en route to Florida and it was a nice gas station with more. There is a Denny's on location as well as a Cinnamon too. The gas station also has its own selection of hot foods like pizza and chicken. It has a range of products in the store from drinks and snacks to equipment needed to work on vehicles. There are areas for truckers or travelers like laundry and showers. Overall, not a bad stop and would stop again in the future.

Pilot Flying J whats up with your employees at this location forcing customers to use the self checkout and being very rude about it? I told her i would rather not, as I needed cigarettes and to pay for parking and get my receipt. She wanted me to use self checkout for the items I had, then when done come over to a register for the parking.. say what?? There were 2 other employees behind the counter doing nothing, and she was so rude about it that I left about $70 worth of merchandise on the counter and walked out. I went across the freeway to the Loves where they don't charge for parking, nor have self checkouts. Between the merchandise, parking, and me planning on eating in the restaurant, your fine employee ran appx. $120.00 out the door, and you have to pay them to put the merchandise back. This isn't the first time and only store it's happened at and I've done this. I will from now on avoid spending my money at Pilot at all costs. If I wanted to work for Pilot, I'd put my application in.

This is a truck stop not a regular gas station. Yet this truck stop has completely removed a driver's lounge or any place where a driver can sit and feel welcome for any length of time. As a trucker I will never come here again as there is no point in me ever coming here.

Friendly staff with great customer service!! Absolutely one of the better flying J"s. Clean restrooms. Shower rooms are clean and you even get little cup of mints. Great variety of foods and gifts.

I arrived late, but surprisingly there were plenty of overnight parking space available for HotShot Namads👌🏻My shower cabin was sparkly clean with a new efficient showerhead 👌🏻and that lovely artificial flower by the mirror makes me feel at home...Warm regards to all friendly and caring workers of this hospitable Flying J. I will be back one day for sure.

No cold water in the showers plus nobody in Dennys they supposed to open at 5:00 am daily and at this time is 6:10 am but nobody is here so disappointed with this location definitely never come back here again

Definitely will not being going back to this location due to the disrespectful attitude and behaviors of the guys that clean the showers. The shower attendant was very unprofessional and rude by calling me the B word and accused me of leaving shaved hair on the floor and shower. He couldn’t tell the difference between black fleece pants and black Nike sock lint so instead he tried to embarrass me and I confronted him and told him that is not hair but fleece lint. I didn’t get any help from the on-site manager and called the customer service line to file a complaint. RickAs I was finishing my laundry I stepped to the bathroom and came back someone poured motor oil on my clean comforter and wagon. I brought this to the attention to the on-site manager and the only thing he done was to ale the bottle of motor oil from me and took a picture of the incident and said someone will call you and he walked off with out giving me anytime of solution which lead me to call back and file a second complaint. As an OTR driver I have been to many truck stops and I have never been treated this bad by employees and I will never come here again. I’m attaching a picture of my ruined bed comforter.Update 1/2/23 received a voice message from risk management explaining that he was able to get in touch with the correct general manager and he said he was familiar with the incident and stated that he attempted to take a report however I disappeared which is a straight lie when the general manager on duty that night is the one who took a picture of the oil spilled on my belongings and he also took the bottle of motor oil and if the risk manager really looked at the security footage he would have seen the manager with the bottle in his hand discarding it. There has been so many inconsistencies with the management and all my proof added up with time on my screenshots and dates. He also stated that he extensively checked the videos and the laundry room is not in view. However I know for a fact there is a camera in the hallway and he would have seen the employee go in the laundry room during that time. So he said there was nothing he could do meaning pilot will not accept responsibility for an employee damaging my belongings in retaliation of a driver making a rightful complaint. I definitely will not support pilot and will pass the message on to other driver to not give them their business.

This clerk needs to leave her problems at home. What an attitude, u could clearly see she was in a bad mood and being rude to customers. She needs to stay off her phone and fix her attitude .she even had her purse and personal stuff on the counter.

They have an RV fill station but don’t have any certified propane techs to fill your tank. And, the RV gas pump in front of the propane station is out of order, forcing you to circle the parking lot to get to the next RV gas pump.

Small but has most of the essentials at other Flying J's don't have service is very nice the dishwashers I like them because they work with credit card now the bathrooms are not the best most of them are in need of some work but I like them because they do have their privacy good amount of parking space inside you can find a Denny's.

Good, competitive fuel prices. Plenty of parking. Nice, widely spaced pumps. There's even a separate RV fuel island, which is always a nice touch. Friendly staff. Facility appears overall clean and well maintained.The pump kept giving me issues to pay at the pump, and its annoying as hell to have to walk in and prepay on your card when you don't know how much its gonna take, then have to go back to get a proper receipt. This is the only reason for just three stars.

Asked about propane fill, and told worker Class A was blocking propane tank. Could not get her to understand. Finally she told us no bulk propane salesWasted 20 minutes of my life.

Very scary!! Beware of strangers approaching vehicles at gas pumps asking for cash, saying they were in an accident and need cash. This was the middle of the day.

I just spent $600 in diesel here, I should have went to Love's. Their customer service is from hell. I asked for return on a simple shower credit, because the shower stall was so filthy. No refund or apology, I was told this basically was my problem. Customer service from hell. You must assume their level of quality service is lacking in all departments. Don't give them your business.

Spent the night here, nice big parking lot with plenty of room. No one bothered us. Inside is very clean and staff is nice and helpful. Took a shower as well and the shower was great! Very clean, loved that they give 3 towels of different sizes. All in all if we ever pass by again we will definitely be staying!

I love going here whenever I come home to visit!! Not only can u get gas here but for us cinnamon bun lovers, there is a cinnabon here!! There is a Denny's attached so you can get some food and nourishment!!

The manager on duty today 7/30/23 at 8:05 needs to be fired. Worst attitude ever. She wouldnt help us with a shower problem and then when we wanted to talk to a manager said she was the manager and was so rude and disrespectful still. Something needs to be done about her. We all have issues at home. She shouldn't bring it to work.

The rudest bunch of front counter people (except for the new-hire/trainee) I have encountered in ALL of my 1.5 Million miles! There absolutely NO REASON TO BE TREATED WITH SUCH DISREGARD & DISRESPECT! Over worked, busy, whatever - SHOW RESPECT!
