It has a nice variety of fruit and vegetables! I enjoyed shopping around for good deals. It's definitely a good place for anyone with strict dietary needs. Some items are pretty pricey but just look around and see what options they have. The cashier was so sweet and helpful with helping me out with my two year old son who was having a meltdown.

Wonderful selection of hard to find items. Their produce is always top notch. Every single employee I’ve interacted with was so nice and extremely helpful. I’m always impressed with how organized and friendly the team is.

Everything was clean, well-layed out to help even new comers to locate desired items, and clearly marked. I wanted fresh bean sprouts, but didn't find any, and the fresh mushrooms were sparse, but still the offerings were superior to my local supermarket.I am glad I made the effort to drive to the closest, yet 15 miles away, Sprouts. Will make a fresh market trip at least once a week.

This Sprouts is my #1 market and has been for years. As someone who is a vegetarian, but also has a severe gluten allergy AND lactose intolerance; this store is like Heaven on Earth for me! It's easier to shop with their color coded labels of gluten free, organic, etc. I don't have to read every ingredient label searching for meat products, diary, or wheat gluten products. Also, they have more variety options for me. Plus, the fresh fruit & veggies are so much fresher! Or maybe by this point I'm already biased so they can do no wrong lol. Lastly, the bonus are the cashiers! They are sweet uniquely talkative. Meaning you can tell it seems genuine and better without the mandatory script other stores make them say unenthusiastically repetitively.

Incredible gluten-free and organic selections!I mistakenly grabbed cookie dough that I was under the impression was gluten-free. I got out to my car and took a bite and quickly realized it was not gluten-free. Sprouts willingly returned my item for me with out shaming or guilting me. Thank you, Sprouts!

Good vegetable and fruit selection. Don't miss the meat and seafood counter. (from 2022)You can see my original comments from 2 years ago, I scored them 5 stars as well. Today they disappointed me for the last time. The usual issues of poorly staffed areas, this time was the meat counter. I stood there for 5 minutes, as did another customer and we never were helped. There were 3 employees working behind the counter in the area doing their roles. They never acknowledged us customers and never thought to find someone to help. The check-out line issues are frustrating enough. They regularly are down the bulk aisles at peak times because only 2 are open. Nobody comes to open more lanes, this is beyond frustrating. The people are typically very friendly, they just do not seem interested in going out of their lanes to help anyone.Sprouts, your service has become poor in the last year, I blame management. The prices have gotten out of hand, even compared to Publix. You have lost this customer, I am sure I am not alone.

Today was something I haven't seen here before and was a bit disappointed. We were checking out and chatting with the cashier and a guy comes up asking about an audit for one of the cashiers. He was being very pushy about it. It was uncomfortable the way he did this in front of customers. It could have been handled much more professionally. The cashier stayed professional. He could have waited until we were gone.

I visited last week and Keith (tall guy) in the produce department was so friendly, courteous and overall super helpful to me. I am terrible at picking out the best tasting items and he showed me different ways to pick certain items that no one ever showed me before. Great customer service and very clean well stocked produce department!

I like to go here Mondays and Tuesdays ti grab fresh veggies, fruit and meat. They have good deals those days. There is one thing I keep missing from here, light sour cream sprouts brand, maybe next time I'll be more lucky. As a costumer, I understand the situation we are in right now :)

The staff was friendly. The environment was bright and cheerful. The floors and shelves were clean and well organized . Oh, by the way....the store itself , and displays are very accessible.which is great to see as a person with a disability. I'll be back!

I’ve only been to Sprouts a few times but am now a consistent customer! My family and I recently started eating super healthy/buying organic. We usually get Kroger delivery but their organic selection is lacking. Aldi has an okay selection as well. They have decent prices on organic produce. They have nice clearance/mark down deals throughout the store. I picked up a beautiful bouquet of flowers as well today. I was told there was a coupon on the app but of course I couldn’t get it to load. I enjoy coming here tremendously and will come here several times a month for my family’s needs.

I love this store. It’s fairly small but it has everything I need and want and doesn’t take forever to walk around like Walmart or even Whole Foods. They always have a great selection of organic produce. I also love the nuts and seeds section. There’s a deli and bakery with many options. Everyone who works there is very friendly. Great store.

Just finished shopping at Sprouts in Hoover early this July morning, trying to beat the heat. Lol. I was pleasantly surprised with the wonderful sale prices on wild seafood and organic veggies. Equally pleased with the wonderful customer service from the tall Black gentleman stocking shelves, with locks, sorry I forgot to glance at your name. Also, the cashier that checked me out was a just a delight. I think her name is Marina. My positive experience at Sprouts with the smiles, fresh food and positive atmosphere was like a ray of sunshine.🌞🌞🌞

Visited today for the first time. The cashier seemed upset that I needed the 10 cent plastic bag and kept suggesting I not get one (I didn’t know you were supposed to bring your own bags). After I paid, he made me lean in to whisper a bizarre “joke” that I still don’t understand.

Used to be a weekly visit, not anymore. Prices have skyrocketed beyond normal inflation. Not as much selection too. Clean place though. It has become an average store to me.

I have been coming to Sprouts for the past several weeks. The deli has Boar's head and a good selection of seafood and meats. The fruits and vegetables look fresh but I have only purchased salad items. There is a small selection of beer and wines with some discontinued bargains. It is not as crowded as Publix or Walmart and bring your reusable bags for a discount. The staff has been friendly and helpful. I enjoy shopping here.

Came in late, almost closing. Was greeted by cashier. Nice girl. Was helped by two different people. Great staff super friendly. Note: to whomever cleans the toilets. My friend would like to apologize for wreaking that bathroom. He hadn’t ate all day and decided high fat and dairy meal would be a great idea. Well between leaving the restaurant and helping find mct oil and loose leaf tea he had a “chocolate mudslide” brewing. I waited awhile at the entrance thinking maybe he already had left and was waiting for me in the car. Finally he came slinking out with a particular chagrin. Anyways great place. I think I won’t go after eating Italian though
