Got my 2 Goldendoodles way over due grooming as they were so very matted and I am extremely happy with how well and even their shave is. Awesome job and very decent price! I definitely recommend for grooming and plan to board my babies here as well soon so I will submit a review on boarding afterwards! Btw, it smells so good when you walk in, that’s just an extra plus to me ♥️ I’ve shared before and after photos

This was our first time boarding our puppy. As a rescue dog, she is extremely skittish, and gets terrified of random things. We were very very worried she would be so scared and not do well. Boy were we wrong! The staff at Pet Suites made the whole experience great! They sent me texts updating us on her, asking questions if need be, and even calling me the morning we were picking her up. They eased my worried dog mom heart and made us feel so good. Our dog has slept ever since we picked her up and from the pictures they sent on her “paw-gress” report, she had a blast. We will 10/10 be sending her back there!!!

We had our 1st grooming service done and I must say that I'm very pleased!! Logan did a phenomenal job with the haircut and the cute pink bows on Coco's ears were adorable! The front desk staff were very nice at drop off and pickup. I highly recommend! Photo of Coco afterwards

We took Our almost two years old Yorkie for the day when my husband had Doctors' appointments, and we planned to meet with relatives for lunch. We did this with some reluctance due to his not having been with other dogs. He did great. The staff was a pleasure to deal with, all smiles and welcoming, and we recommended the service to our daughter for her dogs. Will definitely be back for any time we need a pet sitter or grooming.We got home with one very tired out little guy, who promptly fell asleep. Hard to know exactly what they are thinking, but he seemed so content.

Maggie Grace seemed to enjoy her play day at Pet Suites. The attendant was very helpful with getting us checked in. Thanks for a fun day for Maggie and myself! I was able to get some Christmas shopping done!!

We are very worrisome pet owners as we have a dog reactive dog and won’t let her stay just anywhere. The entire process of this stay was nothing less than incredible and we are more than trilled with our girl, Trixie’s, stay. When making her reservation we were giving a full tour of the facility and detailed descriptions of activities. With private play times to a secluded room, PetSuites offered everything to make a pet parent feel confident their baby is getting the best service available. We were even able to get a pawgress report and photos daily which made our vacation so much more enjoyable. The hours of operation make life extremely convenient as we felt we were able to drop her off and pick her up whenever was best for us and no waiting around to pick her up once we made it home. We opted to get Trixie a bath and a trim during her stay and the groomer did an excellent job trimming up her feet and hindquarters! Trixie came home smelling fresh and clean with a new cut. She was so happy and ready for a nap. Thank you for taking such great care of our girl!

I have 2 chocolate labs, Harvey and Henry. We have been coming to PetSuites Hoover for almost 2 years for puppy preschool and daycare. I've also boarded them several times. I have had minor issues but nothing that would stop me from bringing my 2 boys here. They seem to like it very well; gets very excited every time we pull up to the door. The facility seems well kept and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The hours of operation are another plus.

Do not leave your pets here if you love them! My daughter lasted 30 minutes- to an hour! The lady took her back and put her in a dark room and nasty kennel and said it was her adjustment period! I saw a tour and the daycare room was over crowded and packed! Front desk lady was hatefulAnd rude! Made my friend go get her back I didn’t feel safe leaving here there! Heard fromOthers as well there horrific experiences

I was extremely pleased with Pet Suites. Our dog,Darcie, came home happy and relaxed. My only complaint is that you have to pick up your pet by 10am or be charged an extended day fee. For people traveling, it is almost impossible to be back in town by 10am. I understand the concept but feels like unrealistic expectations.

My dog Bailey loves everything and everyone at Pet Suites Hoover! He gets so excited the moment we pull in the parking lot because he must know that it is a full day of all on play! Everyone is so personable and professional with every interaction! Pet Suites is a pet parent life saver for those of us that work long hours.After a full day, Bailey is exhausted and can only eat and call it a night. He usually puts himself to bed after all of the exciting things that he gets into when he is there! Strongly recommend for Day Play Daycare and Boarding!

Planned to use this daycare for the first time on 3/2. Called 3/1 and asked when I could bring my dog in for the first day of daycare evaluation and if I could bring him in this weekend. They told me I could bring him in at any time, including weekends. Drove across town and came in the very next day and get turned away and told that they can't do the evaluation because of staffing issues. So much for finding another reliable daycare/boarding option for my dog. I guess I won't be using these guys. Bad first impression.

We have boarded our two dogs at the Hoover, Alabama, location of PetSuites several times. Our dogs appear to have a great time and the people there appear to really enjoy taking care of them. And they will call us if there is any question or problem with them. I definitely recommend them to other dog owners.

My dog got groomed here yesterday. I was very disappointed. He had a gauge taken out of his fur on his back all the way down to the skin, ears were so choppy and he was supposed to have a golden retriever cut and was shaved down. Poor baby looks terrible. I was really hopeful about this place but i was sadly mistaken. The manager I spoke with was super nice and refunded my money for the cut, I am glad they tried to make up for his cut.

My pup, Crockett, absolutely loves puppy preschool here! We pull in the parking lot and he's already wagging his tail with excitement. He also happily walks back with associates every time.While I love both the convenience to my home and the hours (6:30am-8pm 7 days a week), the best part is that he's completely worn out having had so much fun. 😉 Tired puppy snuggles are the best!

We've been taking dog to PetSuites Hoover for two years, and it's been a wonderful experience. The staff genuinely love animals, and their affectionate care towards Loki is obvious. He's always excited to visit, which is a huge relief for us. We wouldn't consider boarding him anywhere else. They are our go-to for reliable, loving care, and we highly recommend it!

We LOVE PetSuites! They took excellent care of our two elderly dogs while we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary. They kept in touch with us and gave our dogs the special care they needed, even bringing them to the vet! We will definitely leave them in PetSuites care again.

I take my shih tzu here all of the time. They are so flexible with pick up times. I also want to recognize one of the hostesses Tiffany. She was working alone one morning with like 10 people waiting (some with multiple dogs). She was still very patient and handled herself well! Give that girl a raise! lol

Lola had her first visit (10 days) and she came through in flying colors. Bath prior to leaving was a plus for us and other than being exhausted from playing she is happy to be home.

We have two large dogs that get boarded here periodically and they love it. Finn's tail starts wagging when we pull in and he is pulling us in the door. Our younger dog, Lainey is a little more laid back and hasn't been boarded as much as Finn but she is finding her vibe here. They both love the group playtime. It's so cute to watch the dogs from the glass window. You can order different services like a Paws Report to get daily updates and a photo. We love their upgraded room that have glass walls, a basket for their own toys and a raised cot, along with a TV in each room. Yes...our fur babies are spoiled and PetSuites is set up to continue their spoiling, even when we are out of town.

Multiple stays here. The staff is pleasant and helpful!! My Cooper has a wonderful break while I am out of town. I have been very pleased with our visits. Cooper gets so excited when we drive into the parking lot-- he is ready to play with his friends!

do not ever bring your pet here. i used to work here. i have seen animals forced into day play , forced into the bath, held by their neck, multiple dog fights in the span of one month, squeegees being advanced toward animals, etc. i have also seen many grooming mistakes, ive seen staff lie to customers (i made sure they know the truth). dogs have been injured and been forced to have baths. puncture wounds have been found on canines and reported to clients as a “little scratch” (the picture down below is what happened) DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!!!!!

Booked a cat condo with a view to travel for Thanksgiving.She loved it so much she didn't want to leave. The large multilevel cat condos are great and we got a Paw-gress Report while away.Thanks for taking care of our girl with special dietary requests.

Our old girl loves pet suites. She is usually very anxious, resistant, and shy but when we bring her to pet suites for boarding she goes to them willingly. My dog is like my child and it makes me so happy to see her go to them, the staff remember her, and her not come back sick from being nervous. We use Pet suites for boarding purposes.

My pup loves PetSuites! She gets anxious at all the puppy day cares we’ve tried in town. But she’s excited when we go to PetSuites. The staff there is great! Everyone is friendly and has taken awesome care of my pup. Oliver the trainer is amazing. I’ve scheduled some sessions to work on behaviors and it’s made a huge difference!

Old staff was very good. New staff is absolutely horrible, unqualified and does not have ANY passion to be around dogs. Dropped our baby (Toby) last time and checked on him on the phone they said he ate all his food and treats. When we picked him up the lady ignored us even though we were the only one there in front of her for 15min and they gave us most his food and all his treats back for 2 days. Would NEVER bring my guy back here again sorry…

Very poor communication and customer service. First time using them and will never use them again nor would I recommend them. I spoke with Anastasia on July 1st regarding boarding for my 3 dogs and was specifically told that my vaccination information was fine with the exception of the missing influenza for 1 dog. She said that I could sign a waiver if needed, but I contacted the vet and uploaded the the information. I received an e-mail and text the day before they were to be boarded that said they needed a copy of the vaccination records. I informed Pet Suites that the information was already loaded and had been reviewed. I get a text the day before they are scheduled to board from Tiffany stating that one of my dogs could not board because a vaccination was required despite Anastasia saying they were fine 2 weeks prior. I am leaving for a week long vacation and have no boarding for my dogs and their vet closed at noon so there is no way possible to get him the vaccination. I also called the week prior to confirm cost and that the reservation was fine and nothing was said. They has plenty of time to contact me and this is very poor management, communication and customer service.

This review is long overdue! I love the staff at PetSuites. They are so friendly, caring, and show my dog Freud so much love. They are conveniently located close to the highway and their hours are great!! I always know my little guy is taken care of.

Everything is an upcharge. You want glands squeezed. It's an upcharge. You want hair pulled out of ears. It's an upcharge. You want a pic of your dog's while you're away. It's an upcharge. Otherwise, the dogs were fine when we picked them up.

Not only do they take great care of your dogs, they even send you a daily “paw-gress” report with photos and updates on who they are making friends with and how well they are eating. I was very nervous to board my puppy, Sage, for the first time. PetSuites made me feel safe and able to relax on my short vacation. I will continue to board here in the future. Sage had a wonderful time!
