We have 2 canister vacuums and 2 upright vacuums. We are having to replace 3 cords (because of our puppy) and serviced. Do not have back yet. Have had serviced before and it makes them like new.

I was not pleased with the sales manager. He was not knowledgeable about the vacuum I was interested in and even sent me home with the wrong attachment. I was also given a floor model which was supposedly new out of the box but I would have preferred a box. I ended up returning and ordering a canister vacuum instead from the vacuum doctor in Utah, instead. Free shipping, no tax, and Clint was a pleasure to do business with!

The lady that has been there for years (I think her name is Alethea) is awesome! You can ask her just about anything and she knows it all. She represents what customer service should be and the repair folks are top notch as well...plus my vacuum is the best vacuum I have ever owned (the extra $$ is worth it folks!) and I will continue buying from them for those reasons.

I went to take my vacuum cleaner and the sign said they were open but no one was there. I’ll call ahead next time and speak to a live person bc even the recording said they were open. A waste of time driving there.

Hey folks, fake reviews, I'm real, and here to tell it like it is, how in the world is somebody supposed to buy a piece of plastic, for 1200.00 dollars? I mean these things are junk it's a cheap motor, in a plastic box, with a tube attached to a plastic handle? When it breaks, they try to get you to trade it in for a new one??? It's a con, just over the top, a scam, and they are belligerent, when you need something, hey it's unreal, I'm a working person, not a rich stay at home mom, you get the same thing with a 50 Buck vacuum, waste of money.

I had a good experience. They repaired my vacuum cleaner. The person who helped me was very kind. They did a good job.
