Best groomer there is! She worked with my schedule and made my Mini Schnauzer look like a princess again! She's excellent with my dog even when she was timid. I'll never go anywhere else! Her shop was very clean and sanitary as well!

I have been using Angela for the past 5 years to groom my two Havanese.  She and her staff are amazing groomers.  I have had dogs that needed grooming since I had my first poodle at age 12 -- I am now 69.  Angela is the best I have every used.  I have never had to tell her what I wanted.   She has an innate ability to see what looks best on the dog.  I have received countless compliments on our two Havanese.  Once person drives from Tuscaloosa after seeing my dogs, to get her dogs groomed.  I book her a year in advance so that I know I will get an appointment.

Our Shih Tzu is much happier at Happy Hounds than other groomers we have taken him too. They truly care for the animals they groom. They recognize our dog has anxiety issues and do not put him in a kennel, but, in a in closed pin so he is more relaxed. He always looks great as well when we pick him up. Thanks Happy Hounds for always looking after our baby!

I cannot say enough about Happy Hound Pet Spa and the owner, Angela. I offer this praise because she went above & beyond to help me with a problem I was having.I have been taking our 2 Shih Tzus to Happy Hound Pet Spa to be groomed.However, recently, for the first time in her 4 year life, one of my doggies began scratching & biting herself all the time. In one night, it got so bad until she created an irritation & hot spot that was raw. I had decided I would be forced to take her to the vet against my better judgment (because I knew they would give her a steroid shot which has dangerous long term side effects.)Upon my routine visit, Angela & I discussed type of food she was eating, possible vitamin deficiencies which may be causing it, etc. & essential oils for treatment. Her knowledge & advice was right on target. I made some changes and she has completely recovered from her itching & hot spots within a few days. And no more scratching. Amazing, indeed!By Angela sharing her knowledge & experience, it helped me to figure out a natural way to heal my dog without dangerous meds.Not only is she the best groomer she really cares about the pets she services. Thanks!

Unfortunately rude. When I called, she immediately stated, "Just like our voicemail states we are NOT accepting any new clients." She picked up the phone so I never heard a voicemail in the first place. Completely uncalled for. I opted for Sudsy Buds Pet Spa and they were really nice and responsive.
