Shopping at Target saves me time, money & anxiety compared to shopping online or at any other retailer. The quality of items available at Target always balances quality & value. Plus, it I’m in a rush, the drive-up pickup option is outstanding. Customer service is also top-notch.

This target is smaller & has way less inventory than a lot of bigger targets, but even still, you should be able to find most things you need. The staff is nice most of the time. I'm able to get my products & promptly leave without too much hassle. I do not trust the produce and milk section too much, seeing as though they have had a lot of products on the shelf that are moldy or expired. I posted a picture of milk that says it expired on August 22nd...today is september 12th. that's 3 weeks old. That is completely unacceptable & gross & this means that the people who are stocking items are not doing their job well enough. If you sell that to someone, & they get sick, it isn't on them. It's on target. Even though the consumer should have some common sense, we all know most people do not, so it's up to the staff to make sure expired items are properly disposed of. I know this isn't a "grocery store" per se, but even still, the items should be somewhat fresh and at least able to be consumed. A decent target location nonetheless.

Two story nice parking in garage but elevator to get your items out. Not good school supplies compared to other stores. Nice store ride escalator up down unless have a cart ride elevators.

The Target in Trussville was very disappointing. The nightwear was too expensive, low on sizes and selection. The card section was completely empty and the toy selection was small. The store also seemed dirty and it took a while to self checkout and there were only 2 full registers open. I do not recommend this store!

It's true what people say. This is definitely a rich man's Walmart. They have so much of a better selection on better quality stuff. I wish I could afford to shop here on a regular basis because the overall shopping experience is just way more pleasant. 5 stars!!!!

I am a Dasher and I had a Target Shop and Deliver Dash. I had eight items and one of the items was a package of makeup remover towelettes and it was a in house brand. After searching profusely and was about to give up, I saw a woman doing stock in a red shirt and her name is Elizabeth.I know they are so busy, but I didn't want to select the item wasnt available until I asked for help. Elizabeth took the time to look at my order, took and picture and went in the back and found the ONE item I needed.She could have easily said "there's none left". However she took the above and beyond effort to help me and my customer.Elizabeth should recognized for her excellent service

This location the workers are very welcoming & nice.I don’t like the fact how recently you have to wait in line like at WalMart. It takes a minute for them to call for back up on front end. Other then that this is my favorite 2nd favorite target location. My children and I pretty live in here. We visit at least once a week.

Shopping with my family while visiting. The only thing that was an issue and I have this happen at lots of places. Maybe this will get addressed. There were no handicap carts available. As one generation gets older the baby boomers are needing these types of mobility to continue shopping in these stores. Other than that one thing I absolutely love this store.

Super Helpful and Friendly Staff!! I was looking for Method Soap that I got a sample of in my Target Beauty box. I had no idea where to go, saw an Employee and asked for help.The ice lady scanned it, walked me to where it was supposed to be on the shelf. When we saw the particular kind was no on the shelf, she searched her little machine to see they were in the back. She ran back there and got me a bottle, and made sure there were some on the shelf! Awesome Customer Service!! And I ended spending an hour in there because everything was on Clearance!!!

I'm a disabled veteran and I spent all morning calling the store to check on my items, selecting every department just to get through to someone and it just rings until it hangs up. Can't even get the main desk! I have a huge problem with a business that is unavailable to it's customers. I don't know if this is laziness or a lack of willingness for proper customer service but why have a phone if you're not gonna answer?!

I would understand myself forgetting to get the security tag taken off if I went through self checkout. But I went through the regular line and I get home and the security tag was still on my clothing. I called to speak to someone to get it removed because I couldn’t make it back up there. No answer whatsoever. And ended up damaging the clothing when I tried to take it off.

Nice location. Everything seems clean and orderly. The staff are friendly. The food section is good, just don't count on produce. I don't love the smell as you enter the store and it lingers on you a bit, something to do with the Starbucks I assume. Overall it is a good shopping experience!

Oh yes - a Target with 1st floor parking and 2nd floor store!! Always super tidy and organized at this location. I prefer this type of layout because you won’t have to worry about being caught in the rain with sheltered parking. Nice & convenient location too! Starbucks inside.

Love my Super Target!!! Very easy to order in the app and drive up is always fast. Even when they're busy I don't have to wait long. The took off 1 star because for some reason some items are not Available for pickup, they're in store only. Not sure why.

Friendly cashier, even near closing time. Helpful with WIC. The store was out of most meat and gallon chocolate milk so I'll have to go somewhere else for that. Generally a bit pricey but that's ok if the employees get paid more.

I just came home from another great visit at Target! Sarah, manager, keeps the lines moving, and “loves to help people!” Jaquisse, in Customer Service can solve any problem!! Great employees!!I just went by the Homewood Target and Rosalin, the cashier, helped me save money with Cartwheel. She helped the person in front of me save $34!! Best place to shop on a rainy day; great for last minute school supplies, outfits, gifts, or whatever you need. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful! I can order online and pick it up in the store. Returns are easy, too. And I can grab supper on the way out! We ate pizza at Target tonight; it is always delicious. Then we looked at all of the Valentine gifts, stuffed animals and candy galore! And, of course, we have to jump the red balls when leaving! It’s tradition!

The place was totally remodeled from the last time I went inside and I couldn't find anything.I was short on time due to work. The place was beautiful. Just have to go on an off day to really look around again.

Love this Target! It is very clean and huge. I asked if they sold iPods in the store and the friendly guy from electronics went to the back and brought me one out. He was friendly and helpful. The girl selling AT&T service was really friendly also. She went and got us help and told us all about the services they have. Will definitely come back and shop at this location. We got some lunch boxes on clearance too

Target is finally getting close to completing their remodeling. Though it's taken forever it seems, you can now appreciate the improvement. The addition of the deli will earn 5 stars instead of the 4 I gave it!

Every one raves about Target. While the store was clean, and I found what I needed, I am not a big fan of being "forced" to self checkout. I avoid Target in the busy times. The line for self checkout at busy times will go down the aisle a long way. Hire cashiers!

I love this Target. It's clean and bright and absolutely VOID of old, grumpy, bigoted, hateful old pinched faced people. Everyone is friendly! I love coming here now and am making a pint to come more often. They have a great selection of products at competitive prices (which surprised me), and Target always has the best home goods (furniture, kitchenware and small appliances, rugs and linens, etc.) of any other store. :-)

I always like Target, even tho some items are expensive, they always have good selections. We all have seen how tough it has been for brick and mortar stores during Covid so in most cases I don't mind paying a little more to get what I need immediately!

Target is a cut above Walmart. The store has a good variety of electronics, homegoods, clothing, books, and toys. The grocery section is nice as well with name brands and store brands. The self checkout is easy. Customer service is good. Instore and curbside pickup for online orders are available. This Target is conveniently located and has s Starbucks.
