I went in here looking for sandpaper and after asking someone to help me, the guy made me feel like if I don’t work on a construction site I didn’t belong there. He was rude and short and not helpful at all! I looked up item online before I went into this store, and even though the item Al said in stock, He said they didn’t have it. I went to Ace Hardware and got way better service.The guy at Harbor Freight was not nice or helpful.

The staff was helpful and friendly I wish I could remember my cashier's name but she was very friendly and of all my visits the woman who I believe is the store manager is always a great help. Missing a star due to the store not having a few things in stock that I needed. Overall a good experience. I will check the other store in Birmingham for my missing items and to post a review. The pictures attached are a few of the products I bought and plan to use for work and a long term review of Harbor Freight products.

Go to place for inexpensive tools. This is a great place to pick up different tools. Always check for coupons before you go so that you can get 20% off and a free gift.You can find coupons online.

This place is good for the diy crowd but not the tools i would recommend for any task that you need them for on a regular basis bc for the most part their tools are trash but it for sure serves its purpose

Harbor Freight can be very addictive to the handymen of the world. The costs are irresistible. But keep in mind you get what you pay for. The low cost items should be viewed as disposable or one use items. Some of there power tools are low on power and be sure to get the extended warranty on them. However, the industrial items, hand tools and accessories have proven more than adequate for the job.

So this store can really intimidate us ladies because most of us are not a handy man. However when I visited this store to look for a drill and a sander to do a home decor DIY project, the staff her was very helpful. The gentleman even gave me a 5 min training lesson. If you are new to using tools, they are willing to help you.

This is the largest Harbor Freight I have ever been to. The store was well organized and it was very clean. I appreciated the assortment of products and the helpfulness of the staff. If you work familiar with this store, the products are way cheaper than Lowe's, but unless you're using them day in and day out, they are great. I highly recommend their products.

Canvas drop cloths are half the price of my local ACE dealer. Not everything measures up to the popular name brands, but if you're after value, Harbor Freight delivers.

This is the largest store and you will find items not found at the other local locations. Store always seems clean and organized. The staff are very friendly but they are not super knowledgeable about some items but they do have items that are very job specific and can't expect someone to know about every item. But all in all a great place to find a heck of a bargain

It really is a good value. A lot of people dissent for low quality but for the price you're getting it at you get a tool that serves its purposes. Maybe not for professional and Industrial work or for the more complicated things that have an engine but it's still a good value.

I really like Harbor Freight for inexpensive tools and supplies. The store sometimes gets a bad rap for being "cheap" but I have found that a lot of their products are quite good for the price.

GPS brings you to the old location so I'm taking a star off. They moved a stone's throw away. Now they're sandwiched between Floor&Decor and Dollar Tree. It's a regular Harbor Freight store.

Harbor freight is beginning to carry more higher end tools than they used to for a reasonable price and you can still buy their regular Pittsburgh brand pretty much lifetime warranty on their hand tools and other stuff you can buy an extended warranty for I have had pretty good luck out of their stuff so far as long as I have been trading with them since I've been here around Birmingham.

Man do I love this place. Quality of merchandise has gone up along with prices. The staff is generally helpful and knowledgeable- NO IDEA how they manage that.Often have fun specials like toys or household stuff. Their ceramic kitchen knives are essential for me.If I were a single lady this is where I’d hunt a date/husband.... but what do I know.
