Dr Payden Smith is professional, personable, and informative. He cares for the dogs I take from the animal rescue where I volunteer. He is knowledgeable, educated and uses his common sense. I admire his compassion for these pups, the ones our fellow citizens discarded because they got sick. Thanks to vets like him, rescued pups get a chance at a better life.

I was referred to this office by my mother. I drive an hour to get there. Our dog has severe allergies and after spending thousands of dollars on meds, specialty foods, etc., I feel like Dr. Paden Smith cares about getting her not just temporarily better, but for her to have a quality life with less itching, scratching, biting and losing hair. The wait is long sometimes, but that's only because they are busy. That's a good thing. That means many people trust their animals with them. I will continue to drive an hour to use this Vet office!

2-7-2024, i took my dog to get his normal regular shots and he went into anaphylactic shock, Dr Peyton Smith got in my face(a 15 year old female) and started yelling at me whilst i was on the phone with my father, having a panic attack. Then one of the ladies in the office proceeded to laugh at me and give me dirty looks. Dr Smith then proceeds to tell us we cannot bring our animals back as well as didn’t give not one apology. he was not understanding of the situation what so ever. I figured this should be put out there considering many people take their animals here. we’ve been going here for over 4/5 years and have NEVER had an issue like this. it was absolutely ridiculous. and as a 15 year old female, i was a little worried in that situation so i stuck up for myself of course, then he proceeded to say i was in the wrong. Don’t bring your animals here!!!!

Dr. Smith has always seen my animals, and he's great with them. His diagnosis and treatment have always been spot on. His son, who is a vet there now as well, has seen two of my cats, and he shows every sign of being just as caring and intelligent as his dad. Every staff member has been excellent.

These Folks are awesome I own a pitbull and last time I took him to a vet in Huntsville they acted scared of him they were great with him wonderful I highly recommend that you take any animal you have here I know my baby will be going back

I took my sister's dog here because it got into a dog fight and was injured pretty bad. The Dr took great care of her and stitched her eye right up. This was her before picture.

This is the best vet in my opinion. They go above and beyond for you and your animal! They are so sweet and very educational. I definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a loving caring smart veterinarian. I always have alot of questions and he didn't seem to mind at all he answered all of them and more. He helped me get the medicine my puppy needed and checked everything on him. I have been here before with another dog i had and she had gotten hit by a car and was in really bad shape. They got right on top of it making her comfortable and treating her with the most love and compassion like i would. They helped me so much I will forever be grateful for them!!

Great place and great vet! I was really impressed with the time and care they took with my puppy. They got me in quickly too! The prices are great and very reasonable. It's a little bit of a drive for me, but the money I save is well worth the extra gas money

Leaving this 4 months late. I sat in the lobby for 3 hours nearly. That wasn't enough for me to complain. However the main reason I came was for a rabies shot for my dog. Well after my dog was attacked by some animal last night i find out that she didn't even recieve a rabies shot at all that day. They literally had one job. I won't be wasting my time with this vet anymore. They obviously didn't care and were just interested in getting me out of their hair.

We were looking for a new vet. My wife was told about HPAC by the wife of the son. Our dogs were due for their yearly so I took them to HPAC about a 20 minute drive for us 🆚 a 2 minute drive but was so very pleased with the attention they gave our dogs and listened to our concerns about our older dog. We highly recommend HPAC. If you are looking for a vet please give them a try I don't think you will be disappointed.

I've brought my 25 and 38 year old horses in on separate occasions and Dr. Smith has been out to my place to float all my horses' teeth. He is gentle and patient with them, describes what he is doing and why and explains his diagnosis well. His staff are helpful and friendly. I'm happy and my horses are too...

My mom uses this vets office and has nothing but wonderful things to say about them. They treat the animals very well, are helpful and kind to the pet parents, and are much more affordable on visits, shots, and medicine than my regular place. They also do large animals and farm calls, which if you have ever needed one to come to your home, you know they are few and far between and are a blessing for both you and your animal. Great little place, fantastic animal care.

Great vet in the area. Friendly atmosphere and very caring staff. They are inexpensive on visits and medicines too. Call before going just to make sure one of the two vets will be in, they also go out on house calls to deal with cattle and horses. If you unfortunately have to put a dog down, they will come to you, they've done it for my family. I've paid with cash, checks, credit and debit cards and no problems.
