I'd showed up without realizing I needed an appointment. They were kind enough to work my pet in for the afternoon. The front desk staff was very polite and kind. The assistant was so sweet and took time to listen to my pet's complaints. The vet herself was gentle, understanding and took time to explain the results. Thank you for your help with my pet. Next time, I'll make the appointment first.

The Doctors and staff at Helena Vet Clinic take excellent care of both pets and the owners who can be just as needy. Facilities are always clean and fresh smelling. Highly recommend Helena Vet Clinic for all your pet veterinarian needs. B and D & =^..^= x2

We took MiLLiE (Great Dane) to be spayed. The entire staff was amazing! They prepared us with instructions, details of the procedure and post-op instructions. They called to let us know that MiLLiE was great and the procedure went well. They told us what to expect for the next few days and let me know how to get in touch if she started having any trouble. Millie is our first pet to use Helena Vet and we have been incredibly please and will certainly use them in the future with our pets.

The worst experience ever! We originally had a vet for our dog that is very lovely in the city. However, we wanted to get a vet that was closer to our home. I called Helena Ver Clinic to make a new client appointment. The receptionist gather all the information to complete our dogs paperwork in advance on the phone. We arrive about 10 minutes late. There was another customer in front of me. She was done until about 10 minutes later. I get to the receptionist but it wasn’t the lady that booked our appointment. She tells me I need to fill out the paperwork. I looked at the paperwork and i told the receptionist that I have already previously given this information on the phone about 3 days ago. She tells me that I will have to do it again. I was frustrated. However, I tried to start writing it back over. The receptionists went to the back. When she came back she told me they have a 10 minute grace period. I was late and I will have to reschedule. I told her this is unfair to me as a new client because when I called the receptionist she didn’t mention it and I see nothing in your office with that policy written. In addition , I’m sure I missed the grace period because there was someone in front of me. The receptionist said the person that helped me to set up the appointment was new and she herself is just finding out about the 10 minute policy. My poor dog was so nervous that he pooped in the lobby. A behavior my dog has never had until we went into this clinic. I took my papers and told them you all treat your clients awful. My dog was only coming for a flu vaccine. I left and call Our dogs vet in the city and told them the situation and could we please bring our dog back. They told us sure come back, and that is exactly what we did. We don’t care how far it is from our home. Our dog is a part of our family and Helena vet Clinic need better communication and receptionist that know what they are doing. Don’t take your pet to Helena Vet Clinic . It’s the worst!

Each time we have needed care for our pets, Helena Veterinary Clinic has been very helpful. We recently had to make some very hard decisions with one of our beloved pets. Dr. Barnett and the staff were so compassionate and supportive every step of the way. They took such good care of our sweet kitty and made sure that he felt safe and comfortable throughout his care. We are thankful to have a great vet close to home.

I had a great experience bringing my dog in for a last minute appointment! After calling several vets in the area who were fully booked, Helena Veterinary Clinic called me to let me know that they had an opening.I had no wait time to get into a room, and barely had to wait when I was in the room. The doctor and the assistant (along with both of the women at the front desk) were both very friendly and they let me know what tests needed to be done and why they were being done.When all the tests were finished and they brought the medications out, they let me know the procedure for each and what each medication does, along with some tips about certain medications that my dog would not want to eat.Finally, our doctor texted me to make sure my dog was doing well. This was unexpected, and I’ve never had a vet reach out like this! It’s very appreciated!All in all, my visit was a 10/10 and I’ll be coming back next time I need to see a vet.

Very helpful to work with us to take care of our dog since he has a history of having seizures. Only complaint was the amount of the bill. We are on a limited income and had we not received our income tax back we would not have been able to pay that big amount.

The care of Joe is very good. Very convenient and efficient drop off and pick up. We have used several boarding providers. Yours is the only one that averages double or more to the boarding cost with “required” services. That is very irritating since it is not considered best practices by other providers.

Veterinarian and tech were both great! Very kind. However, during check out, questioned the front desk regarding the 66.00 examination fee. She in formed me that it because they checked my pet's weight and vitals??? I'm a healthcare professional and I have never heard of such. I was there for my pet's 3 year rabies vaccine and a DA2PP vaccine ONLY. I'm not argumentative, so I paid the fee. However, I asked around among friends and coworkers who use other clinics and they all agreed that the charge was not "normal" for a vaccine visit. I have used this clinic for a few years. However, I will likely change clinics due to unnecessary charges. I recommend that they inform customers of this fee BEFORE the VACCINE ONLY appointment.

When I first got my little Isabella from the shelter, she had worms and parasites, and she was all kinds of sick. She had the worst anxiety and teeth chattering.Helena vet Clinic is the reason my baby is so happy and healthy now. Her anxiety is now down bigtime and she doesn't chatter anymore because of their treatment. Bella loves them and they love her just the same!! Best vet hands down. We love the doctors and staff. 💘

I absolutely love this place. The staff and service was superb. I was really nervous about leaving my new puppy for boarding but the staff reallly made me feel comfortable and at ease. To know that Denver was well taken care of was a plus!

Janet was very compassionate, understanding and accommodating. We were in a very difficult spot between our cardiologist being out of office and our regular vet being unresponsive. Janet listened and understood our urgency in getting our precious Ally seen. Erica supported us and kept us informed throughout our visits. She was very warm and compassionate. Carmen was extremely loving and supportive. She managed the “business” end of things so easily as to make it not feel that important compared to what we were going through. Michelle was busy, but still managed to let us know she cared and showed us compassion as well.Dr. Myrick was thorough and thoughtful. And in the end, she was calming and compassionate as she explained what she was doing to make Ally comfortable as she passed. Our family cannot thank you enough! You guys have answered your true calling and for that, we are grateful.

Great vet! You can tell everyone there loves animals. The entire staff is always polite, helpful, and they are great at communication. The vet always answers my questions and fully explains what is going on to me. They even went above and beyond to help me give my dog his medicine on a Saturday when I couldn't get him to take it. Janet is the manager here and she went absolutely above and beyond for our cat and was able to explain everything to me so I better understood what was going on with our poor cat. She gave him a second look and assured me on his diagnosis and eased my mind. She made me feel comfortable and took extensive measures on him and he is already feeling so much better! Sorry to say, I will be finding another Vet. because you have become very unaffordable. Your new fees are unnecessary. My baby is 2 1-2 years old and your the only vet he's ever known. Today was our dog Princesses first time at the vet. We could not have picked a better veterinarian clinic for her! Every single staff member made us and Princess feel comfortable, safe, and happy to be there. Everyone treated Princess like the princess she is. I could tell they care so much about animals because they treat them like their family. I always worry that my animals won't be cared for by others the way I care about them..but you don't have to worry about that here! Such a wonderful facility/faculty. I have only kind things to say. 🐕

We are new in town. Tried another clinic. The staff was so nice.However, Helena went above and beyond for the health of our fur baby.Literally came in the exam room, sat in floor, examined, loved, and got familiar with our baby.Shared the visual x-rays with us (as opposed to verbal)....We left with a print out of labs, xray findings, next appointment, etc.You ABSOLUTELY will not find a better doctors office for your babies!

I had to bring my cat in last minute before we went on vacation. I had never been here before but they still worked me in, called me with updates, and took great care of my boy. We were very impressed and will be back for sure! Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and helpful! Also with all they had to do, it still didn't break the bank. Genuinely felt like they just wanted to help despite never having met us before.
