Very clean, well stocked and very organized store!!!!! I had the pleasure today of meeting the Manager, and I truly LOVED her passion for her job. I first spoke with her while she was on a step stool placing items on an upper shelf and later on she was the person to check me out! Her attitude is AWESOME!!! She was so POSITIVE AND I sincerely needed that today! I’m sorry I can’t remember her name. She told me but my memory fails me at this moment. We complimented her today and she was a REAL JOY to meet. We told her that we would see her on our next trip(because we live outside of Columbus, Miss). Dollar Tree you did REAL GOOD IN HIRING THIS GEM!!!

The dollar tree is my best friend. They got cool snack and stuff for the house and everything really. They got those cheap Valentine's gift and every holiday gifts you can think of just my favorite place but its a $1.25 now 😔

Clean, well stocked, and pleasant and helpful employees. I was able to find everything on my list. I was afraid that the shelves would be almost barren, but to my surprise they are keeping the shelves loaded. 😁

Junky and not friendly workers. Heard the manager say Sh!t three times in a row out loud today.Every time I shop here it’s bare. They need to learn how to restock items.It was nice and clean and well stocked when it first opened for a little while.

I wished I could give this store a negative five star review. I witnessed multiple people throwing things around and leaving their trash in buggies. Lisa the manger came up to me and a few other girls and blamed us for multiple things. I have never witnessed such horrible costumer service in my life. You should be ashamed. Blaming teenagers for throwing things around is ridiculous. I missed place one item and after I apologized I kept getting walked all over about how my parents raised me wrong. Never ever coming back. Find a new manager and get organized. I couldn’t even find a golden bucket it in there. Do better.

It started out as a great place to shop. But I think 9 out of the last 10 visits the store was closed. Either it hadn’t opened yet, like today, and has a “closed” sign on the door. Or there’s a “closed” sign and it’s 8pm. It’s really frustrating, if it is actually open, because they’re always out of things that I’m looking for, like mop heads. They’re closing because the employee on shift is about to be at 40 hours and they don’t want them to get overtime. But I’ve heard them be asked to clock out and keep working. I don’t know if the store manager realizes that’s against the law. But this place needs new management if they can’t keep the store open for the posted hours. It’s ridiculous.

I get up to check out at the register. Both ladies are standing there and see me but keep on talking and working. I see a bell and a note that says “please ring bell loudly” so after a couple seconds of them still not coming up to help me i ring the bell and look their way. White lady says she’s coming and immediately comes while the black lady says “damn you didn’t have to be rude about it”. And I’m confused about what I did that was rude and I was shocked at first because I did exactly what I was suppose to do while the employees were not. I explained to the white lady ringing me out what the note says and I wasn’t trying to be rude. What I dealt with today was uncalled for and very poor customer service. If you can’t put a smile on your face, do your job, without getting mad at customers when your obviously having a bad day maybe you should find another job not working with the public. I was just trying to check out. I was there around 11 o’clock and I’m sure this was all caught on camera.

The manager, Lisa, is so rude. Don’t go here, especially if you’re in high school. Lisa will accuse you of making a mess. Lisa will also harass you about the way your parents raised you.
