So...been a while since I ate here. Thought I'd give them a try and welp still dissatisfied. We ordered here at lunchtime 12pm, there were no cars in front or behind of me, very little people inside.They managed to give me the wrong food, and the food was cold. I live close enough that I should not have had to microwave food just purchased.Opened the apple pies to vent(had to microwave them as well) and find out there is basically nothing in them.This location along with two other fast food restaurants in close proximity are horrendous due to the incompetence of their employees 😑 sad sad sad. Wish I were the manager id let everyone go on the spot.

2 stars are because the young lady in the drive through gave exemplary service. Otherwise there would be less. I ordered chicken tender meal, and hot dog kid meals. I was parked. So I figured, eh no big deal, the food will probably be fresh. Wrong. My tenders were cold. And near burnt. The hot dogs I received looked awful. Old and dried out and just generally gross. Would you feed what was in the pictures to your kid?? Nah, me either. So if none of my food was fresh...why was I parked to wait?? Will not be returning here, however i hope they make the Drive through person a trainer, she was super sweet.

The last few times we have made a 4 hours trip to Florida, we make this our pit stop for breakfast or dinner. The loaded omelet biscuit is our favorite at breakfast time. The biscuit is so good. If you've never had melt in your mouth biscuit and complain about how light & fluffy it is, then you've eaten it wrong your whole life! Please, Hardee's don't pander to the ignorant. Keep making them biscuits.Now dinner time meals, it just depends on what you order. Sometimes it's good. Sometimes, it's okay.The service here is so great. The ladies that took our orders were so nice and would even bring our food to our table when food is ready.

I'm not going to say the lady who took my order (in store) had an attitude; it's better described as she wasn't warm or customer focused.The food was prepared in a decent amount of time, but the hashbrowns were on the cooler side of warm. The Coke Zero was running low on the syrup. Other than that the food was fine.The thing that concerned me was that an employee, who was at a food station in the kitchen, was eating in plain view from the dining area while standing at her station....then she flung something from her eating utensil onto the floor.

I came to get dinner with my parents after the ball game tonight, and the Manager was extremely rude not one time did she ask me nothing just stared at me so I stared back she didn't like that much. Then I use my tap on my phone and her system shut down then went on to say it's been fine all day. Like she basically said it was my fault.

We eat here nearly every morning and it's a pretty great place with friendly staff. The only issue we have had is getting back to the shop and realizing we didn't have a fork for a cinnamon roll or any jelly for a biscuit. Compared to the arches across the road it deserves 99 stars!

It was a young girl who took my drive thru order who was very rude and raising her voice because I asked her to repeat what she said. Then when I pulled around to the window she was blowing and wiping her nose. Yuck! This used to be the best Hardee’s around to me and now I won’t be back.

Surprisingly good! Not sure I've ever had more than cinnamon raisin biscuits from Hardee's before.Got the charbroiled chicken sandwiches and the kids a couple of chicken finger kids meals and it was all delicious. Everyone was very happy! Fries were a bit on the greasy side but nice and hot.Definitely will be trying more lunch/dinner menu items.

The time it took to get our food was quick and the employee was really nice! (Both waved at each other and complimented) The food there was also delicious. Too bad it was expensive-

Was very hard to order made us repeat multiple times even when we got to the window . The one lady was just rude and her face read that she was over it and her attitude reflected that . Food is good but service is lacking

Pulled up to order in drive thru, there was no greeting from the young lady. Only "What would you like to order." Placed the first item of my order and was told she wasn't taking my order. There was noone else in the store other than employees. This location has been plagued with very rude employees especially on the afternoon/ evening shifts for some time now. I will not return.

The food was very good had the Frisco burger & fries. Staff was friendly...was very clean on inside. Service was fast finally had more people working which was so good to see. Will be going back.

I just visited this Hardee’s location. I have never received better service regardless of the price I paid for a meal. Angela (I think she is the manager) is fantastic. She deserves the very best from Hardee’s and if she doesn’t get it, I will hire her for my business.Thanks AngelaKLH
