Highly recommend! I left a large clinic (Countryside) when I felt they were not giving my 14 year-old dog the best of care. Dr Hayes and his staff have been nothing short of compassionate withhim and my additional pets. He’s highly knowledgeable and his prices are fair. It’s a longer drive for me but well worth it.

I needed a new vet pretty quick for my cat Richard. I called and explained what was going on and they got him in in a very timely manner. The vet tech was super sweet but Dr. Hayes was absolutely amazing! Richard can be somewhat aggressive when he doesn't feel well so I advised Dr. Hayes of this. He literally opened up his carrier and just sat back until Richard felt more comfortable. I was so impressed at how he interacted with my cat. I'm definitely very happy with Richard's new doctor. ❤️

This place is amazing. The amount of care that they take with the animals is above reproach.I recommend this place to anyone who has pets or anyone who needs to find a wonderful place to bore their animals... Oh my gosh I almost forgot. They have doggy daycare. It's amazing.

This is possibly the biggest scam veterinarian in the State. It is unreal how they give you a price in services, perform the service, and then charge you double that. Another thing is the fact that some of the staff are just plain unprofessional and not friendly. There are much more professional Veterinarians in the area that are honest and upfront with their customers. There should be negative stars on google reviews especially for this place. Dr. Hayes should be ashamed of what they have turned this place into.

Absolutely an amazing staff. Everyone one was super nice.... Had an unexpected injury happen to my senior dog and they were hands down amazing with her and took us right in even tho we were not established with them. So this vet I highly recommend. Ppl have said high prices but honestly I didnt think they are. I think the prices are reasonable and like insaid before the staff are hands down absolutely amazing ....I will forever be grateful for all their help with T.

We love this vet and we REALLY love Dr. Hayes! All of the staff are super sweet and kind to my small dog who is terrified of the vet and is really neurotic. And I don’t know what it is, but the second Dr. Hatted is in the room, she’s so calm and happy. She just loves him so much. And usually she’s a little skeptical of anyone in a vet office. But not him. He can even pull blood from her without a flinch! Murphy loves Dr. Hayes!Nellie as pictured below, is really good at the vet! She just likes the love. The techs are so sweet with her!

Dr. Hayes is great, but the office seems to be very unorganized. Really long wait time. Got an e-mail from them touting the online pharmacy. Placed an order which was denied by them. Called to fins out why and they said the online pharmacy wasn't up and running. So frustrated with their office.

STAY FAR AWAY. Horrible vet, would not recommend to anyone. If you ever attempt to leave your pets here go look at their area of boarding. It is ridiculously small and they don’t have anywhere to take the animals out on grass only concrete. I implore you to please seek another vet as I think this one should be shut down immediately. If you look on Facebook there are also multiple posts of neglect and even death of animals caused by Dr. Hayes

I have mixed emotions. I called today and spoke with Ray and asked him that my dog need a Cytopoint #10 injection. He told me if the my dog veterinary office send them the records I will be responsible just for the injection. After arriving at the Hospital and confirmed that all my dog papers were OK, the veterinary gave the dog the injection and I was surprise when they charged me $49.50 EXTRA for a Physical Exam that never happens. If I knew that I Will Not take my dog to them. The front office needs to provide better information.
