This location went downhill when the one lady who worked almost every day was running it. (That maybe have been a year ago now, I'm not sure) Now, you never know if they will actually be open when they should and entirely too many products ring up for higher than the listed prices at the store. Two employees hurried inside and locked the doors one night, an hour and 15 mins before listed closing time. When I called they claimed they were told to close at 9, but they locked the door in customers faces at 15 til 9:00 without saying anything and wouldn't come back to the doors at all. I don't understand why so many DGs are opened, if they don't have enough employees to run them.

This is the nicest, cleanest abd well stocked Dollar General I have shopped. I pray it stays thus way!!! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hwy 80 location in Alabama is we worth the trip to shop.

When I went to Dollar General there was hardly anything in the store. Most of the merchandise was moved around and l had a hard time finding what I needed. Nothing in the freezers. There were stocking papers taped everywhere. Maybe they are just changing everything and I went at the wrong time.☹️

If this is the one in Whitehall, I am done. Will not go back. They do not honor sales ads or the prices they have on their shelves.
