Same as usual. Staff is rude and short when spoken to or asked a question or for any assistance. They maybe shorthanded, over worked, & underpaid. I dont claim to know why they are so hateful. The lines are usually long but not constantly. You can hardly shop due to them working in new stock, continuously & those dadgum enormous carts or shelves thingys parked in the isles from here to high heaven. U try to ease them out of the way & find out ur only making a bad situation worse. Lol. Parking could also be improved some what.

I often find the isles filled with the new stock and often hiding other stock already on the shelves. I have, on way too many occasions, find the employees smoking right outside the front doors less than 5 feet from the entrance. Employees are always friendly and most of the time they are willing to help me locate something by pointing out the direction and maybe an isle number, which side of the isle and maybe a high, medium or low on the shelf. On some occasions, they escort me right to the item. Bathroom on many occasions is under par to well under par. Almost always a shortage of paper products for drying hands (I'm male and don't always need the TP side of the paper products). I've been in better Dollar Generals, but I've also been in worse (like the one in Cleveland, AL). I won't even go in that Cleveland, AL store any longer. They have had some of the rudest employees and managers I've ever run across in my life. When words like that come from me, that is really saying something about that store. Sorry I drifted from Co Hwy 160 store with very nice employees and manager. I will continue to use this DG rather than the new store right off I-65 in Smokerise because they do not have enough checkout counters open to handle the after work crowdthat visits that store. I often have found 7 or more people waiting to purchase their items.

Not enough people working at this location to keep up with how many customers that come to this location. At times you will have a 20 to 30 minute wait time just standing in line waiting to check out. Good luck with your Ice Cream on a hot day. Because it will melt before you get out of the store. District manager that is over this Dollar General should be fired for not doing his job. It is understaffed and I'm sure the ones they have there are underpaid.

Convenient because it is close to home. There times it is more cluttered than others, but for the most part, it is a good location to pick up items you need quickly.

I use the smaller store of the two stores because the employees are much more helpful. Molly, the manager seems like she is always there and is so helpful.

This store is usually not messy but boxes laying everywhere. Whomever is over this store now is doing a good job.

I've just about quit going to dollar general. They run out of products and I have to drive now over thirty miles just to get what I used to be able to get from dollar general
