I have always had a wonderful experience with Tangled Tails. They have listened to my preferences in grooming my golden doodle. My dog has been well treated and comes out looking gorgeous. They are always prompt so I never have to wait. I get a call when she’s ready. They have given me helpful suggestions to keep Paisley’s coat looking pretty between visits. I have highly recommended Tangled Tails to my friends.

Absolutely perfect! I chose this salon based on reviews and close proximity to our house. Found out they've moved, but the experience was 1000% worth the drive. My dog is 11 and we've lived in several states... this is hands down the best she's ever looked! Plus, the owner is super, and the rates very good... it's safe to say we've found our groomer!

I used to take my two Yorkies here. They have both passed away over the past year but one of my Yorkies was 16 years old at his last groom. He had become very agitated just to be touched but they were always very patient with him and did a great job. We now take our Goldendoodle there and they do a great job with him. He's a big, lazy guy so not always the easiest to handle but always come out looking great. I always find that I can pretty easily schedule an appointment online and the price quotes we have received have been accurate. They are express groomers which they are very upfront about which won't work with everyone's schedule but otherwise I think they do a great a job and are upfront regarding their services and pricing.

First time going to Tangled Tails and after seeing how BEAUTIFUL my two long hair chihuahua's looked coming back from their grooming session, I can definitely say I will be coming back! They were given a bath, a shave, and nails trimmed and the cost was cheaper than other places. My pups were so happy and you can tell the staff care for their furry clients.I have bathed my animals many times but they have NEVER came out looking so good.Tangled Tails did an amazing job!!

This is the spot to have your dogs groomed! The staff does a great job. They don't keep your dogs all day, they are groomed and you pick them up immediately. My dogs never come home stressed out, its truly spa time for them.

My dogs have been going here for years. I love how they took extra time with my lab Buddy who had doggie dementia. They allowed him to sit out with them as they groomed. The only one pup I have left is now 16 and she comes back looking like a puppy. every time

Amy at Tangled Tails is the best groomer I have been to, and that's saying something considering I've had my dog groomed in numerous (and more expensive) places in Birmingham prior to moving back to Huntsville. She does the best work I've seen and charges very reasonable rates. Tangled Tails is so good that when I still lived in Birmingham I'd plan trips home to Huntsville, just so I could take my dog to them rather than using someone in Birmingham.

New in town and first time at new groomer. Tangled Tails did a great job with my handicapped shih tzu. I called several groomers and nobody would take him, either they didn't have time or wouldn't answer the phone. Prices were affordable and I didn't have to leave him all day. Thanks Tangled Tails!

The groomers love dogs and it shows. The dogs love going there. The cut is great every time (2 Shih Tzu's) and the price is reasonable. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Never Answers the Phone and when they do the groomers are rude. The one time I did get in for a groom they did do a great job but their manners leave SO MUCH TO BE DESIRED.
