I Will NEVER use this place again. I used to go to this place fairly regularly. Initially, prices were reasonable. Eventually prices became erratic. Every time I went with the same two dogs, prices were never the same. So I went elsewhere. After 2 1/2 years I called today to see if there were any openings or cancellations. They told me to bring my dog at 1:30 pm. They weren’t finished with him until nearly 9pm and I was charged an unreasonable amount. Apparently there is an up-charge if you call and get a same day appointment and another fee because he is “aggressive”. This dog has been to multiple grooming establishments (including this one) and seen different groomers within those establishments and I have never been told that he is aggressive. Because he isn’t. If he showed any sign of this it might be because it took them over 7 hours to groom him. My other groomer can do both of my dogs in that time. If there is a fee for a last minute appointment you should mention that when you make the appointment. I shouldn’t be surprised. Amy (the owner) has always been unprofessional. This is a reminder of why I stopped bringing my dogs here in the first place.

I would NOT recommend this place to anyone I took my two mini Yorkies to her yesterday for a TRIM , she uneven cut and completely cut my little girls hair off . I addressed this with her and she simply said HAIR will Grow back .The lack of unprofessional service is beyond disrespectful.Please , please DO NOT take your babies here

I absolutely love this place and would recommend them to anyone. The owner and her staff are so friendly and loving to the pets they service and do not discriminate against your pet's breed and not to mention that the office is soo clean and has a fresh smell. Give them a try you will not be disappointed

I have been to multiple groomers around Athens trying to find someone who would get my baby right and she is by far the best one and super nice! My Lucy came out looking perfect and I will definitely be back! Highly recommend her for your dog grooming<3

Was recommended by a friend, told they were very reasonably priced. I took my Shepard mix, to be bathed and cut. My 7 yr old could have done a better job than she did. None of his legs are cut the same length, you can literally see a line down the middle of his back that is shorter. This is a very docile 14 yr old dog who will let babies and toddlers crawl over him, and he never flinched. So the problem is NOT my dog, it is a problem with the groomer. Oh and as far as reasonably priced, this total disaster cost $120.00. And beware she only take cash. Otherwise, I would have called my credit card company and had a hold but on the charge!She may do good with little lap dogs, but as far as a medium size dog weighing 58lbs she is totally lacking.Also, her assistant called me to let me know he was ready to pick up and I told her it would be between 3 and 4, because as I had told them when I dropped him off I had to pickup my child at school between 2 and 3. She called right as I was leaving for the school. So when I got there no one was there. I called, and she said she was at the doctor and I was told to be there after 4:30!No, I was not told that! So, she called her assistant that lives across the street to come open so I could get my dog.And my friend that referred her, was as upset as I was about the outcome and she said she will not use her again!

Professional and friendly. I boarded two dogs for six days. Reasonable pricing and they were well cared for. Since my dogs get along, they were able to be kenneled together.

Horrible. They actually shaved both of my doodles undersides and they can barely walk, they're shaved to the skin, red and inflamed. The rest of the body is blotchy and uneven. One still has mats all around his face. Apparently she allows another business, Paws and Relax, to operate out of the same location but refuses to accept any responsibility for them.

I will never use this grooming service again. I have an Alaskan Malamute and what she called 'matts' was actually his undercoat. She not only shaved part of my dog, but there were bald spots from where the hair has been ripped out. She shaved his underbelly and the back of his legs. These dogs have a special coat that keeps them cool and now his is gone. She also trimmed his nails too short and one is bleeding. When asked about it i was told she doesn't trim them she uses a grinder and that something must have happened on the way to the car. My dog is miserable and his beautiful fur is gone. He doesn't even look like a malamute anymore.

When I went to my wedding and honeymoon they cared for my dog like he was their own!! He has social anxiety and isn’t good with people or other animals but she worked with him and had him in her arms only a couple of hours after I left Spot!! Amazing service!!! I live in hazel green now but will still make the drive to take him here!!
