I toured many kennels in the area, before finding Regine at Monrovia. She takes such awesome care of my 15 year old beagle, I don't have to worry about going on vacation.I had one instance last year, where my dog was previously on a certain combination of medicines with his food. I brought him this time, and there was one deletion from the regimen, and a change. I had forgotten about the med we deleted and so only described current meds. About 10 minutes after I left, Regine actually called me on my cell to check about the med we deleted! She remembered what he got before and was concerned I had just forgotten to bring it and wanted to catch me before I left town. How many kennels can you say you trust to have that kind of care and attention??!!The facility is very clean, and she is making improvements all the time. She is VERY caring and obviously loves animals so much. My dogs are happy to go there, time after time, and I think that says it all!The grooming: I've taken my cat and dogs and they do an amazing job!For boarding, I won't go anywhere else. Belinda has my undying loyalty and she deserves it.

The gals here love your fur baby as if it were their own. They take excellent care, kennels are clean and have access to outside as well as I side. We’ve been using this place for 12 years! Also, grooming is awesome! Pricing is great!

I don't want to tell you anything good because I hate it when I call to board my dog and they are booked up and then I have to take my dog to a kennel I don't like.7.30.2021Three years later and this is still our "go to" kennel.

Belinda does a fabulous job with the dogs. She is a great groomer! While my Pomeranian, Chauncey, was alive, she was always so good to him and he looked beautiful every time I picked him up. She grooms my little Yorkie, Petunia, and always makes her look adorable! We have also boarded all three of our dogs here in the past and they have always done very well. This is a great place! I will not take my dog anywhere else to be groomed. I have had very bad incidents happen at PetSmart and very bad grooming done at Petco. Again, best place in town!!!💖💖💖

I have been using Monrovia Boarding and Grooming for over 3 years. I was always impressed with the personal attention my 2 dogs received from Regine and now from Belinda. I'm pleased with the grooming and I never worry about leaving them in the kennel. It's always clean. Great location!

Regine is so kind and caring with our dog when we have him boarded with her. She takes such great care and remembers his own needs when he is there. I would HIGHLY recommend Monrovia Boarding and Grooming for boarding your pets. And for grooming, she has done a great job with our miniature schnauzer. You can't go wrong with taking your pets here. She's great!

When we took our dog there approximately seven months ago they did a perfect cut. However, for some reason the quality declined and my wife started making a list of items we were wanting, We have always had her cut on the lowest setting. When we picked her up today she said she didn't do it becausethat blade was broken . Yet they knew how short we liked her .Of course though we were charged the full grooming fee .unfortunately the groomer was for some reason always unable to recreate the original cut. We went as far before as taking her a color picture to show her what she looked like during the first few cuttings. We made specific request about the length of her tail and ears today . She then informed me that we could not bring the dog back because we complained, but she has never consistently had the same quality of hair cut . She said no one ever complains as much as my wife and I do but the last time I checked customer satisfaction was the key to a successful business. The groomer was also upset because I showed up at 4:15 to pick up my dog, and apparently they closed at 3:00 I apologized emphatically and stated that I thought they closed at 5:00 PM. The bottom line is they started out as a great groomer and for some reason thier quality went out the window. That's too bad. Great location and awesome prices. Just lacking in quality.

This is probably the best boarding and grooming location I have found for my two dogs (1 Catahula - 1 mix Chow/Golden). The Kennels are clean and exceptionally large and the Grooming for my Chow mix was done today and it looks GREAT. Highly recommend.

I've used Belinda with both Barnabas and Daisy during the Christmas rush. She did a great job. The facility is super clean, and both my cockers looked adorable after their grooming.

Decided to go with them because they have amazing reviews. They lived up to every star I gAve them. The you g lady at the front desk is super friendly and helpful. They took me in as a walk-in. Place was spotless very clean. My dog came out just as happy as could be. He was sooooo clean and smelled amazing. I will be going there from now on.

I think we will have to pass on using them again. I've always had a great experience while Regina was there. But my last visit I found that because my dog doesn't use the bathroom where he lays it's an additional fee to walk him. Which was fine as I would prefer for him not to use it where he lays "that's good traning" My issue is I feel like my dog suffered from Saturday night until Sunday evening waiting for us to pick him so he could use the bathroom. My dog was so bloated he ran to the grass area to releave himself. We all know our animals and I know mine... he suffered! So it's fine if your dog's is okay using it on a concrete slab.
