New experience for me. Did rental online which was easy. Went to office to give a physical copy of my license but found a virtual assistant. She was very helpful. I didn’t need to do a couple of things per the instructions because of my location, instructions were standard. I received a unit number but not the building it was located in. If I can recommend change, I would tailor instructions per location so customers won’t have to travel to office for nothing if not needed. Give the complete location of customers unit. The location feature on App didn’t work, not even when I walked past my unit. Overall, the process was good, unit was clean and facility was new. I would recommend this facility!

Space is clean and new. You have to signup virtually, not a human on site to help you. I signed up and could not pick my units - they should let you do that. There are all these little fees that they tack on on top on the unit price which they should tell you up front. I went to my units after signing up (you download app for a key) and one lock did not open. I sent a text to the help desk that is one the walls and they replied 3 times over three hours and just said sorry that there was a problem. I called the number to front desk and no one answered. I went back inside virtual office and was able to talk to someone after 5 min wait and they said they would try to fix access the next day because no one is one site and then let me know when fixed. No access still and no calls…..still can’t get in my unit and it’s been 2 days and counting.

I got a storage unit at Midguard a little over a month ago. They told me the 10x15 unit would only be $57 a month so I got it. Now all of a sudden they sent me an email saying that the price is raising to $130 a month. My father also has a unit here at they raised his monthly to over $200. I highly recommend not using Midguard!

I would give a zero star if I could. I hired movers to deliver furniture to unit. It took 40 minutes to access gate and once I had access, the unit would not open. I was told that the App was down. I had to pay workers an additional $275.00 because the gate & unit would not open. They said that they could not do anything about it. I WILL never use this storage place again‼️ BEWARE‼️‼️

Units are clean, and climate controlled which is a plus. However the entrance leading to my unit has an out of order sign on it…which has been there for over a week. It would be nice if that was fixed so I wouldn’t have to haul my stuff all the way over the other side of the building.

Beware!!!!! Company will rip you off!!! Terrible service. Multiple storage companies within half a mile at half the price!!! 75$ with great service vs 150$ with gates that won't open 24/7 and staff that doesnt care.

Easy access and set up. The place is clean and I really like the customer service kiosk with a real person on the other end of the video call.

The rep. Payton was great. I am moving my things into storage on 2 June. I called in to set up access a day early. He made it very simple..really easy. Then explained the referral program and who doesn’t like to save money when it all boils down. Move-in review to follow. :)Post Move In:Everything went amazingly smooth. The unit was clean and in the perfect located. Def will hold everything in my home and allow space if I need to come back and search for something.One suggestion…It would be great if the music can be turned down just a SMIDGE :)….being a single woman I find myself looking over my shoulder. Because I can’t hear anything else.

Store Ease was a very pleasant experience! The facility and storage units are immaculate! Everything you need to access the facility and storage unit is through the easy to use phone app. I would 100% recommend Store Ease and I would only ever use them for my storage needs.

Anna was the best , and very helpful to me and setting me up with my 10 x 15 unit… she answered all my questions, gave get directions on how to enter the unit, visited it today and everything worked well, I thought went your company built down the street ( 1/2 mile away ) I didn’t. Know what to expect… now I know… thanks for being a neighbor
