How am I standing in line and a white man cuts in front of me and when I said hold on I been in line the cashier scans the persons items … then when I get up there to pay she says “I’m sorry I didn’t even realize” excuse me you can’t be sorry if before you scanned that persons items I spoke up..

The people that work here are most welcoming, friendly, and courteous. They treat me as if I'm their neighbor. They are most helpful when I can't find an item I needed. They've went so far as to calling other DG stores nearby for me to check if what I was looking for was in stock. And the digital coupons are definitely worth signing up for. I've saved at least $15.00 to $22.00 per week in the last month. 😁😉👍

This is the Dollar General that I have always shopped at. They keep it clean and well stocked. People don't work here for long so there is always someone new. I am not sure why. Most of the time they are friendly but lately there have been a couple of people that are rude to the customers.

Dollar General is one of my favorite stores. I am a regular every two weeks shopper with occasional trips in between. Love the digital coupons. All my brands. Most stores have been renovated but the West side stores could use a deep cleaning.

can be difficult (due to high traffic) to enter and exit parking lot during peak travel times. ample parking spaces. store is very well stocked. aisles are tight, yet manageable. friendly and helpful staff!

Great visit. Employees were more then helpful. The store assistant manager was great and Chris went the extra mile to help me. This will always be my go to DG store. 🤗 i left the store with as a very satisfied customer. With prices, with what I had come purchase and with the service. Thank the folks at location for me. I don't know how I would get by without this store.It has saved me when I need something I didn't have more than once.The employees are the nicest people and so helpful. I recommend this store to anyone.

The store itself is usually easy to navigate, although it does tend to be a bit disorganized and untidy on most visits. It does seem to be understaffed as well at times. Beware when shopping for some items, as they will be much more expensive than other stores that carry the same products. But, there are good deals to be had at times. Also, the standard Dollar General will NOT accept coupons from the Dollar General Market and vice versa. I would not recommend buying produce from the Dollar General Market, as it tends to spoil very quickly (within a day or two).

Just like the other dollar stores, same complaint. It's been over a month and they haven't gotten any Tylenol PMZ in stock and they only carry chocolate minutes or moon pies when the popular choice of moon pies are vanilla chocolate and banana but they only sell chocolate

More times than not, there is an issue with the card reader. They always seemed really well stocked, but it gets frustrating to have to make sure to carry a back up payment when I go in.

Polly who is the assistant manager is very rude. I had a bad experience all over a $5 bag of candy. Polly was rude when I simply asked where the razor cartridge's were at. She acts very inconvenienced if bothered. Definitely not who I would want as an assistant manager handling my customers. Customer service is not her forte

The crew there is great. They know many by name, make sure and greet you as well as say bye every time a customer comes in or goes out. Also very helpful when you need to know where something is at

I was in this store this morning and I was not pleased with my experience. Numerous employees were not wearing their masks properly. The mask must cover the nose. Also, a jerk walked in without s mask and none of the employees said anything. I asked the cashier why she said nothing and she claimed that she did not see any such person even though he checked out approximately 2 minutes before me.

Service from the cashier can be improved with ‘monthly training in communication skills’. Counseling on performance by way of oversight would greatly improve the customer’s experience. Counseling the cashier and announcing their shortfalls in front of customers is a fail, regardless of the situation. The experience at the counter is similar to dealing with an open market in South America. You never know what is coming your way. Strange experience each time. Semper Fidelis.

dollar General on 53 has lost my business. cashier told my mother in law that we needed to get that crying baby out of there that she couldn't stand that noise. sorry I had to buy my gassy baby some gas relief drops. my baby is only a month old
