Great place for grooming. The staff is nice and they do a pretty good job. The dogs smell/coat could be better after grooming. They do not go the extra mile like adding perfume or conditioner after bathing. Even though they are a tad expensive

This is the place to take your pet for all kinds of needs besides the vet!They offer all kinds of services , from bathing, grooming, boarding and more!My wife and I bring our Boxer Luna Moo to them to help with shedding and more plus about 75% of our family use these guys.They take really great care of your fur babies.The staff is super polite and courteous and explain to you everything their doing and whyI'm not going to lie I was expecting the place to be expensive but their prices are really good!Don't forget to tip!5/5

I’m not sure how you can claim to be a place that cares for animals in the community if you put stipulations on the ones you will care for. I’m going on a family trip and this establishment is so under par they won’t accept my dogs, both of which are pit/husky mixes. Both of which are up to date on all shots and vaccines and are most likely more well trained than any other dogs that have been in these peoples care. It’s so ridiculous and stigmatizing to turn my animals away because they are mixed with a little pit bull. Honestly if this place is so ill prepared to take care of certain animals they shouldn’t even have an establishment to begin with. I hope they see the error of their ways, but this is Hartselle we’re talking about so I highly doubt it.

We take our boxer "Spike" to have a bath once or twice a month. Spike is always excited to go get his bath. When he sees the employees he starts jumping for joy. We are always satisfied with their work.

We left our sweet dog with Kim and staff for 6 days. This is the first time he has ever been boarded. We are so happy we chose to leave him with them! While gone he was kinda used as a therapy dog. They are going way beyond being a baby sitter they treat your family member like family as well! Thank you again!

I love the owner and have meet the groomers and they are very sweet and take time with your baby. Both of our babys love going there. You let them know what you need from them and they do there best to please there customers. Before you take your baby else wheres please give them a chance you wont be sorry. I have used Pet Masters at least once a month to groom my Shih Tzu. She has always been groomed to my specifications and satisfaction. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I am ver satisfied with their service and their treatment of my pet.

I love this place because they took good care of my pup.Other than that the daughter of the owner she looks unhappy to see my pup going home. If you love your family member I highly recommend.

They don't groom cat's they are to independent..oh well....see "meet the parents"...pet grooming?? Really??.. should say dog grooming no cat's.... only in Alabama

sorry you feel that way. I can understand now the real reason you no longer work here. i'm sorry that things didn't work out. I just cant pay for something that doesn't work. I gave you plenty of chances to pay me back. after 4 months of nothing , I had to take it from your check.really, theres no space between be and ware. dead give away.
